Exceptional

Absolutely outstanding place, definitely to be listed to come again. This is just my second or third 10-score out of hundreds places to stay I reviewed.

Nothing. The only point to keep in mind is that a great part of the stay excellence was in having no neighbours; if both the apartments were occupied, this would have given less privacy...

It was restful and a beautiful location.

The location was just what we needed. Quiet but with the sound of the breeze blowing through the surrounding trees and kookaburras laughing in the morning. We were lucky to have the whole pool area to ourselves for a few days as the other apartment was not occupied and if you want some time alone Tuesday to Thursday could be the go. The lovely, hard working owner gave great advice on trips to the reef etc. We will be back.

We felt like being home instantly - Melanie is really nice and the check in was more than uncomplicated. there’s is everything you need and more :) it’s quiet and really nicely decorated. we wish we could have stayed longer

Nice appt out of town

Clean bright apartment with comfortable bed and large shower. large kitchen with all appliances if you want to cook. Nice pool area and covered porch.

You need a car as it is out of town, washing machine is not in the apartment.

Absolutely gorgeous property!

this property was absolutely gorgeous! The decor and layout was spectacular as was the pool and outdoor area. I will definitely return whenever I come back to Airlie Beach! One of the nicest properties I've stayed in. Our host was also very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

The location is a fair while out of the town centre and getting a taxi is very difficult. It was raining while we were there so riding the bikes was not an option. I would definitely recommend hiring a car if you were to stay here. This wouldn't deter me from staying here again though.

beautiful, comfortable and wonderful host

beautifully decorated! From the first moment you enter you are on a relaxed holiday! The host was wonderful too. Her tips one hat to do and where to go were spot on.

it was slightly far off and there is no view of the ocean. But at the same time the value of money is really good.

Fabulous!!

Such a beautiful property in a tranquil location which made you feel like you were in the middle of a rainforest but only a 5 minute drive from the centre of town. The studio was huge, with a bigger kitchen than in my own home. The bathroom was beautiful, the bath tub and shower were amazing. The pool area was soooo peaceful to just chill and unwind.

Unique cottage style tropical retreat.

Very unique and beautiful room. Perfect for anyone looking for something more then an average hotel room. Melanie was very helpful and Coco and Leela are very cute.

A bit far from the city centre so you will need a car or will have to catch a taxi.

Could stay here forever

The property was off the road in a quiet location, the property is absolutely stunning, the decor, layout, simple but exquisite! The drive from the property to Airlie main strip was no more than 5 minutes, if that. The 2 dogs at the property are also super adorable and love some pats, wish I could have taken them home with me!

Honestly, I loved everything, I don’t have any faults not even something minor or petty!

beautiful and tranquil, secluded but only few minutes drive into Airlie beach. relaxing location, great pool, beautifully decorated. host was lovely and even had a visit from the two dogs. enjoyed our stay. would highly recommend.

Beautiful Air BnB

We stayed 3 nights in the studio and had such a relaxing stay! The Magna pool was a bonus and very relaxing! The decor was beautiful and clean there are two accomodations styles the studio and the bungalow which has the kitchen and lounge area - next time we would stay there but it was booked out at the time- I would highly recommend La Boheme whilst in Airlie Beach and we love the fur babies on-site they are just adorable!

Absolutely beautiful spot in a great location, amazing facilities and had everything we needed. The hosts made us feel at home and gave us great tips with local places to visit! Would definitely come back, wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else after this great experience!

Would definitely visit again if I’m the area! Felt very relaxing and loved the dogs company too.

They were able to accommodate our later arrival. Very friendly and available but it still felt private.

Great for your kid's next birthday.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was wonderfully decorated and quite large. The location was quiet and tucked away, a very peaceful spot but still close to restaurants and other attractions.

We were unable to use any of the facilities for which we had specifically booked La Boheme. This is due to the fact that the owner's young son was having a birthday that included many friends, loud music, and your usual kid shenanigans. The son apologised for the noise, but not the owners themselves which was disappointing. I was really looking forward to enjoying the pool and the peaceful surrounds with a book. Furthermore, our sound proofroom shared a wall with the owner's home and we were able to hear things like cupboards closing or phones going off. We could also hear the guests on the other side of us watching an Elton John documentary. We were given a partial refund for the inconvenience; however, this was facilitated through booking and upon my request.

Good

A beautiful property nestled within the forest lovely and quiet well decorated and appointed. Mel was very friendly and hospitable and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed in a studio room and there was a little confusion over the availability of certain amenities, however this is rectified as best as possible by Mel.

Amazing time, lovely host

Melanie was lovely, very welcoming and helpful- with 2 beautiful dogs and a gorgeous little puppy! The room was immaculate and decorated to perfection. It had every thing that we could have needed. The pool area was great with a wide range of seating etc!

It was a little further out of town & you would need a car. The shower head was leaking so it wasn’t as powerful

A Quiet retreat.

We loved the location as it was peaceful. The company of their Golden Retrievers Coco and Layla were one of our favourite things about our stay. The room was clean and we were very much looked after.

I wished there was a kitchen in our little apartment, but on the bright side we had access to a very nice bbq to cook our meals on which was amazing!

Great and wonderful place to stay - great value for money.

Our stay at LaBoheme Whitsunday was wonderful. It was a spacious room with an ensuite bathroom and some kitchen appliances, it had everything we needed during our stay. The garden and the pool was a beautiful place to relax during the day. Melanie was very accommodating and kind to us during our stay and we would greatly recommend this place for a nice quiet stay.

The location is a little bit difficult to get to without a car, would highly recommend hiring a car if you stay here as the streets can be quite dark at night.
