About this apartment rental
A child-friendly and practically furnished 4.5 room apartment on the 1st Floor in a quiet southwest location. A large living-dining room with a cozy Swedish stove and a small west-facing balcony form the heart of the apartment. A small and well-equipped separate kitchen, in which the Nespresso coffee machine is not missing, also allows many guests to cook. In the 3, freshly furnished, partly rather small (children's room) bedrooms you will find enough space to store clothes and make yourself comfortable. A practically furnished cloakroom and a separate bathroom and toilet make it easier for several guests to live together.
In the house, Chesa Cuntainta, you will also find a ski and bicycle storage room as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler to be shared by all tenants. A parking space in the garage in the neighboring Hotel Giardino Mountain is at your disposal.
The Chesa Cuntainta is located in the Üerts development, near the center of the village in a quiet location. Cross-country trails, hiking and biking trails, riding stables and a bus stop, restaurant, children's playground, sports and grocery store can be found in the village, all within a 2-5 minute walk. A large selection of other summer and winter sports for 1-99 year olds can be easily reached by public transport or by car in a few minutes. There are usually bus connections to all valley stations of all Oberengadin mountain railways at least every 1/2 hour)

Final cleaning of CHF 140.- (mandatory), tourist tax of CHF 3.15 per night and person (mandatory), bed linen / terry towels up to 3 people CHF 60.-, more than 3 people CHF 100.- and any usage fees for washing machine / dryer from CHF 2.- per wash / drying cycle will be charged on site.

I booked this property on behalf of my son and his 5 friends who are all aspiring athletes. They came to st moritz for altitude training. They had a wonderful time and found the property clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything they needed. The property is close to lots of great running and cycling routes as wel as a track and a lake. The property owner is really accomodating and understanding for example when they lost the laundry room key and also she allowed them to leave their luggage for a few hours after they checked out. My son said he would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of booking it.

Geräumige gut ausgestattete Wohnung
Die grossen und hellen Zimmer haben reichlich Stauraum zum Versorgen der Kleider. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Garage und ÖV sind mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war angenehm und informativ. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Toller Eindruck vom Oberengadin
Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Touren in alle Richtungen. Küche ist klein aber dafür mit allem ausgestattet (auch Spülmaschine). Wohn-/Esszimmer groß mit toller Aussicht. Schlafplatz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr freundlich! Kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und eignet sich hervorragend für (Klein)-Kinder. Sie ist super ausgestattet mit fast allem, was man auch zuhause hat und braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern hat bestens funktioniert. Geschätzt haben wir auch die Zufahrtsmöglichkeit zum Haus, den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hotel Giardino und die nahen Gästeparkplätze. In kurzer Gehdistanz befinden sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und ein hübscher Dorfladen.
Wir kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder!

Schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung an ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sauber und aufgeräumt. Das grosse Wohnzimmer ist hell und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren mit der ruhigen und familienfreundlichen Ferienwohnung in Champfer sehr zufrieden.
Über die Höhe der Endabrechnung mit Reinigungskosten, Kurtaxe usw. waren wir ein wenig überrascht.
Man kann auf alle Fälle die Ferienwohnung vor allem für Skitourengeher und Bergsteiger weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Ferienwoche
Mehr durch Zufall haben wir (Familie 2 Erw. + 4 Kindern) diese Ferienwohnung in Champfer, in der Nähe von St. Moritz, gefunden. Uns gefiel die gute Beschreibung und die und aussagefähigen Fotos der Wohnung. Dank der sehr netten und bemühten Vermieter konnten die wenigen Fragen schnell geklärt werden und bald war die Wohnung auch unkompliziert gebucht.
Nach Neujahr sind wir dann, mit sicheren Gefühl eine gute Wahl getroffen zu haben, angereist. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Beschreibungen und unseren Erwartungen. Sie ist sehr geräumig - groß genug für 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas zum rumlümmeln und lesen sowie einem sehr großen Esstisch für alle gemeinsamen Aktivitäten lassen einem schnell zu Hause fühlen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hell und liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage. Auch von anderen Mietern haben wir keine Geräusche mitbekommen. Im Keller befindet sich als zusätzlicher Luxus eine kleinere Sauna. Das Auto wird in einer nahe gelegenen beheizten Hotelgarage geparkt . Zum Skibus, der uns in 5 Minuten direkt zur nahegelegenen Signalbahn oder zum Skigebiet Corvatsch brachte, läuft man 3 - 4 Minuten Minuten. Einmal Bäcker und zurück dauert inclusive Einkaufen 10 - 15 Minuten. Einfach Urlaub pur !!!!
Freunden und Bekannten würden wir die Wohnung und die Vermieter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Dass uns aber keiner zuvorkommt, haben wir mittlerweile gleich noch mal 2 Termine in 2016 und 2017 gebucht und freuen uns riesig drauf.

Grosse Wohnung mit bester Ausstattung
Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung mit fantastischer Ausstattung - der Holzkamin ist natürlich etwas besonderes!
Super liebe Eigentümer die sich sehr lieb um alles gekümmert haben damit wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben.
Auch wenn wir nur drei Tage dort waren - diese Wohnung kann man für längere Familienaufenthalten sehr gut geniessen.
