The Ruhmühle holiday home is just 3 kilometers south of the spa town of Scheidegg, far from all noise and traffic in the middle of beautiful meadows and forests, right next to the Maisach stream. The Ruhmühle is a simple, original self-catering holiday home with two apartments as well as three double rooms and two single rooms (a maximum of 20 beds). The house has three dining rooms and a large kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings. Unique ambience in the 600 year old house. There is a large meadow by the house, surrounded by trees. The hallway leads to the living room (2 sofa beds for one person each), the office (a sofa bed with mattress, 140 x 200), the kitchen (without dishwasher), the bathroom (tub), the toilet and the bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00). The bedroom leads to another room with an alcove (single bed). Since the house was built 600 years ago, it has low ceilings and thin walls. Most adults have to pull their heads in at the doors :-) There is no internet in the house. The house opposite serves as the family's private holiday home and is inhabited at irregular intervals. Please be considerate of other holidaymakers during your celebrations and stays. The Westallgäu offers a variety of leisure activities and sporting activities. Lake Constance, Austria and Switzerland are right on the doorstep. Visitors to the trade fairs in Friedrichshafen and the Bregenz Festival are also happy to book the Ruhmühle.
