This quiet, but centrally located holiday home with only five minutes to the spa park or the city center is ideal for a family vacation or a vacation with friends.
In the holiday home with a living space of approximately 205m² there are seven bedrooms and three bathrooms shower / toilet and an additional guest toilet. There are also a
Kitchen / dining room with seating for 15 people, living room with living area and dining table for 5 people and a covered courtyard terrace with grill available. The equipment includes radio with CD, satellite TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a bread slicer. There are a total of four bedrooms on the ground floor, which are divided as follows: the first room for three people has a double bed and a single bed. The remaining three rooms on this floor are each for two people and have single beds. Shower room with toilet and guest toilet complete the offer. The first floor is accessible via a covered inner courtyard outside stairs. On the first floor there is the kitchen with dining room, the living room and the covered patio. A shower room with toilet and tub bath with toilet. There are three more bedrooms on the second floor. Two are for two people with single beds. The third room is suitable for three people and has three single beds.
