Beachfront  apartment (130 feet from the door to the beach) in a private  building that we just recently converted and certified in the city of Hollywood and State of Florida for vacation rental. This apartment is a 2 story, 3 full bath with jacuzzi in each, 3 bedroom (California king bed, queen beds, rollaway bed, toddler crib), 2 ocean view furnished terraces,  ocean view front patio, and 1 FREE car parking space on the property. 
Will accommodate 3 couples, or 2 couples and 2-3 children. Maximum 6 guests.

This is a non smoking property and equipped with vacation rental required noise detectors and outdoor security cameras.
Pets are not allowed due to the hosts medical condition.
6.5 miles from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 22 miles from Miami International Airport, walking distance to various restaurants and next to the Westin Diplomat Resort; 5 minute walk to Margaritaville resort, a short drive to Aventura, Bal Harbour shops, Horse Race Track, Dog Race Track, Casinos,  Ft Lauderdale-Las Olas. Only 40 minutes away from South Beach and Brickell.  

Apartment has an electronic lock that is very easy to use and does not require to carry the keys, very convenient on a beach.
Electronic  code will be issued with provided Gov. Issued photo IDs for each adult staying, ONLY. Photo Ids for each adult staying on the property should be uploaded to this platform within 24 hours of reservation.

Master bedroom has its own  balcony with an ocean view  and full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and convertible shower, 1 California king bed, toddler crib, and roll away bed. The Second Bedroom  has  a queen size bed,  entrance to 2 balconies, ocean view and intercostal  view. The Third Bedroom  has  a queen size bed.
Full  bathroom on the first floor  with Jacuzzi tub, convertible shower and front load washer and dryer.
Each bedroom/ bathroom has 2 sets of sheets, comforters, hair dryer, toiletries,  bath and hand towels and much more.

Full kitchen, granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave oven, big refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, oak wood kitchen cabinets.  Pots and pants, utensils, plates, glasses everything to cook, serve and  eat meals for the whole  family.
Kitchen has dining countertop section and seating for 4. Dining table with 6 chairs set up with wide ocean view corner windows. High Chair for a child is provided, please use your discretion considering age and weight of the child while using it.

Roku TV in each room and  with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and etc...

Beach chairs, beach towels, beach games, board games and more.

We provide Vacation Rentals recommended    "Starter Pack" of  cleaning supplies: 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, paper napkins, coffee filters,  simple toiletries , washing detergent and  dishwasher detergent enough for 2 loads. 
Highest speed Xfinity Wi-Fi and direct Ethernet connection.

Check in  after 4PM. Check out  before 11AM. An early arrival or late check in may be arranged, for an additional fee of $50 in each occasion pending other reservations and housekeeping schedule. Please contact us to make these arrangements.

A parking space for 1 car only on the property is provided.Parking space can comfortably accommodate compact cars, full size cars, SUV, mini vans, but not half-ton pickup trucks. Car has to be parked parallel to the building. No additional vehicles can be parked on the designated parking space. Additional fee of $100 a day will be charged for  parking additional vehicles and the towing company will be notified for towing that vehicle at guests expense.
