ADDITIONAL COSTS: $15 per night resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee Includes: Access to fitness center, dry sauna, complimentary bike rental, billiards, beach front swimming pool, whirlpool and parking, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

- Front Desk operates 24 hours per day, midnight - 7am staffed by security.

- All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in 18 years of age.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

- Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked in underground garages. Additional vehicles must be parked outdoors or off-site.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riviera Shores Resort. The room was comfortable and very clean. WE enjoyed a lovely view of the ocean. It was in a great location that was very central to restaurants and other activities. I would certainly recommend this property to others!

Unit was clean, comfortable and all kitchen items were present for food preparation. It was conveniently located to Dana Point and close to San Clemente. Unit was on the third floor which provided an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. Resort is nestled between the cliffs and Hwy One so to access the beach it's a 200 yard walk to the pedestrian bridge. Pools and hot tubs were exceptional.

We stayed for three days late January, it was very nice. We had a room with a view and enjoyed waking up to it each morning. The staff was great, we didn't need to ask for much, just extra coffee. The room was stocked well and it was equipped for an extended stay, we wished we had another day to enjoy the balcony, BBQ and beach. Although we didn't have time to check out the entire property, what we did see was really nice. Giving four stars for a bit of construction going on and a hard sell to buy a time share when we first arrived. Other than that, would/will book again as we have lived in Capo Beach Dana Point area in the past and have family and friends there. Great value and very clean.

This was an awesome rental for the Dana Beach/Capo Beach area. You're very close to DB Harbor. The staff at the time share is very nice and helpful. The pools were also great. The beach (across the street) is accessible with an overpass bridge that is close by. The train does run past the rental, but its not a hindrance. We had friends that stayed at the DoubleTree down the street and our rental was nicer and less expensive than their hotel room!
