Πολύ καλό πλήρες μικρό διαμέρισμα σε καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο μετρό

Πολύ ωραίο μικρό αλλά πλήρες και αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, καθιστικό με TV και τραπεζαρία και ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο με καλό διπλό κρεβάτι, πολλές ντουλάπες και μεγάλο γραφείο. Έχει και μπαλκόνι ωραίο όπως στη φωτογραφία του ιδιοκτήτη. Περιοχή καλή και ήσυχη εντελώς δίπλα στη γραμμή 1 του μετρό με σουπερμάρκετ και μαγαζιά για φαγητό πολύ κοντά. Ο ιδιοκτήτης θα σας στείλει και οδηγό με επιλογές και προτάσεις. Αυτόνομος καυστήρας υγραερίου οπότε θέρμανση και ζεστό νερό οπότε θέλετε. Έχει και air-condition για το καλοκαίρι.

Fantastyczny!!! Warty powrotu.

Lokalizacja tuż obok metra i Aldi. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzeba, a nawet więcej. Składane krzesełka na balkon. Zachwyciła nas dbałość właściciela o podróżujących i obecność dużych, wygodnych parasoli oraz włączone kaloryfery, które stworzyły przytulną atmosferę w deszczowy wieczór przybycia. Dodatkowa kołdra - bez problemu i bez dodatkowej opłaty. Polecamy wszystkim!!!

Wszechobecna we Włoszech wilgoć w mieszkaniach, nawet na piętrze, ale trzeba to zaakceptować, jeśli wyjeżdżasz w podróż w miesiącach jesiennych i zimowych. Komfort i wyposażenie mieszkania rekompensują tę drobną niedogodność.

Estadia cômoda em Milão, perto dos transportes públicos e de supermercado.

O apartamento é perto dos transportes públicos, fica literalmente a 2 minutos a pé da entrada do metro de Milão (estação de Precotto), que é a mesma linha que nos leva até ao famoso Duomo. O apartamento está bem equipado e tem tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar. A entrada do apartamento fica num pátio privado, o que dá uma segurança extra de noite. Tem um supermercado Lidl a menos de 10 minutos a pé. Ar condicionado é um ponto a favor deste apartamento!

Os equipamentos de cozinha não estavam no melhor estado. O tabuleiro do forno estava sujo porque alguém cozinhou pizza e não o lavou, a torradeira tem um lado avariado que dificulta a saída das fatias de pão e a chaleira estava suja com leite que alguém ferveu e não lavou. O frigorifico é um pouco barulhento. O chão estava varrido, mas havia sujidade (não foi lavado com esfregona).

Great location, easy access, responsive host and a good accomodation

Although in the suburbs , was a very convenient location. Right bang opposite the Metro on the red line, 2 supermarkets around the corner and a safe quiet neighborhood. Late night local resturant , pizzeria and kebab shop were an option

Bathroom a bit small , ventilation was iffy - Cleanliness in bedroom could have been better

Perfect Italian vibe

The apartment was impressively clean with nice scent. The location is perfect for touring around the city because of the subway around the corner. The balcony and the vibe the yard provide are exactly on par with what a traveler would expect from Italy

Recommended for an affordable place in Milan.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Guido gave us lots of recommendations to how we can enjoy our little trip to Milan.

The apartment wasn't really in a very clean state like how I expected it to be (but I'm a clean freak so maybe I have high standards)

We had a very nice time in this lovely apartment in Milan.

The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a lovely balcony and air conditioning. It is located a bit out of the city centre, but well connected - it is right next to a line 1 metro station, which takes you straight to the centre in about 10 minutes. There is also a grocery store nearby. The host was very nice and helpful.

There were mosquitoes, but I guess that’s just one of the joys of summer.

Do not expect luxuries but it is fine.

Super friendly host. Close to the subway. Close to Lidl and other shops.

Old building, flat needs to be repainted. Small bathroom.

All you needed was there. Very comfortable mattress! Easy communication with host.

Just the towels could be newer. But they were clean, so absolutely fine.

This was a very comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located apartment. It was mere steps to a grocery store and metro stop, and very close to delicious restaurants. The host Guido was so incredibly helpful and provided wonderful suggestions and assistance with our trip and specifically helped us pick places to eat based on our preferences. The apartment also has a very cute balcony area and courtyard which keeps it quiet and quaint. My friend and I had the best time. Thanks Guido!

Perfect apartment to explore Milano. Very close to metro station, shops and local restaurants. Nice place to stay for two people with comfortable bed, full equipped kitchen, small clean bathroom. I love this place and hope can return.

Superb

I like this small appartement . Everything is clean, fresh and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. The only regret is for the small balcony we didn’t have time to test it .

I made mistake I thought that the balcony is on the top . Maybe it would be better to put the circle around the right one on the picture . If not the people might think it’s the upper one 🙃 ( like me ) 😏

Pleasant stay, in accordance to what I needed.

The apartment is very close to the metro station, the host is very friendly and helpful. It is quite a small apartment, but it has all the basic facilities. It is good money for value and it is easy to go around Milan, since it takes only a couple of minutes walking to the metro station.

The bathroom is quite small.. I realise that the building wouldn't allow for a larger one, but there is enough space for a larger sink. The existing one is the smallest that I have ever seen and it is quite difficult to use it.
