8+ years of doing a week in Steamboat w/ my retired parents. Love cleanliness and ease of access to the mtn.
All good ratings but will point out 2 minor things:
1. Outer covers of bedspreads were not laundered with frequency of sheets. Noticeable dirt, pawprints?
2. Love the offering of W/D...but that LG washer has some major funk. Visible mold/mildew in the inner rubber gasket/ring. Run some tub clean cycle.

Had a few small issues with some of the amenities but otherwise had a great stay!!
8.0 / 10.0
This place is just a short walk to bus line, convenient for skiing. Condo itself with nice living space. Minor cleaning issues upon arrival (strong cleaner smell, crumbs on the kitchen counter, dishes in dishwasher) but overall quite nice.
6.0 / 10.0
The place was nice but the hot tub wasn't running.
5.0 / 10.0
The location is convenient and in a great neighborhood. The living space was very clean and easy to use. The layout is awesome and allows you to prep food, cook and have a conversation with others in the open living area. The bedrooms are very nice with plenty of room for you to spread out your luggage.

Quick stay
This place was clean and in a great location. Love the fact it was close enough to walk to the ski hill and go to the hot tub

Great place for a family ski trip
We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Just a short drive to the ski resort, which was perfect. The only negative thing was the garage — it was pretty muddy. We had to do our best not to track in dirt and mud. Made it hard to leave our shoes in the garage, since we’d have to get our feet dirty to get our shoes on. Not really a deal breaker, but it could use a cleaning. The inside of the property was spotless though, so I still give it a good rating.

Ski Vacation
We rented this property for a ski trip. It was very convenient as the free bus to the slope was a block away. The condo has a very comfortable layout with a great kitchen or you can catch the bus downtown to restaurants.

The rental was extremely clean, thoughtfully decorated, and quite comfortable! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice condo
Close to green line shuttle to get to the slopes. Large master bedroom and decent size 2nd bedroom. Great kitchen. I had to call to get code for the hot tub but that was our only issue.

The condo is at a good location with 2 bus stops being a 5 minute walk away. We visited during the winter, and the sidewalks were kept clear making it easy to get wherever we needed to go.
The condo itself was built in the 2000's and the owners have installed some tasteful upgrades, including heated floors. The place was clean with cookware necessary for a family. Vacasa mentioned there was not a crockpot, however we found one available when we arrived (2 qt). Crockpots are essential on our family vacations because we can set it in the morning, go on an adventure, and come back to hot meal. Thank you owners for providing one!

The bathrooms and kitchen were updated nicely. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen table is nice. Those are about the nicest things I can say about this place. The hot tub closes at 10:00 which is no where in the description and you share it with the entire complex. Don't expect a relaxing time in the hot tub with all the kids in there.
There are sizeable holes in the screens so leaving the windows open at night is not an option. There is no A/C, so it's really hot in the unit.
The Kurig coffee pot leaks, so put something under it or you'll have coffee all over the place. Take your own bath soap and Kleenex as the management company only provides one small thin bar of soap and 2 tissues shoved into the box so it looks like it's full.
There are A LOT of families with children in this complex so kids would be crying as early as 4:30am and as late as 10:30pm.
The walls/ceiling is paper thin. The people upstairs (who were not heavy people) sounded like a bunch of elephants walking around. One morning someone upstairs farted and we heard it downstairs!
The place was not clean, light bulbs were out, furniture is dirty and scratched up. The grill is filthy. The garage is filthy also... beer cans on the floor.
The good thing is that we weren't often in the condo, we were out exploring all the wonderful things Steamboat has to offer.
For the price, this is not worth it

The overall property was great. The only complaint is the lack of cleaning products for daily operations such as cleaning dishes.

Pleasant Surprise
Based on the price, we weren't too sure what we would get at this property but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. If you're going to do your own cooking, the kitchen is updated and topnotch. My only complaint would be that the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed and the floors felt dusty. The neighborhood is very quiet so we did not have any problems with outside noise or with noise from other units. There are very few units that we have rented on Vrbo that we would return for another stay but this is one where we would.

Classic Ski Mountain condo
Great 2 bedroom stay here! Perfect for our needs and great value.
We had no reason to contact the property manager.
Everything was pretty great with our stay with only a few minor opportunities for improvement:
- Both beds has heavy wooden foot-boards that we bashed into (I have two fine bruises to show for that), because the rooms are on the smaller side, for e.g. the master bedroom *just* fits the king size bed... Better to remove the heavy foot-boards and give guests a bit more room and fewer hazards.
- The entry code did not work on the front door, which was fine because we used the garage, where it did work. But... I could imagine the following potential disaster scenario which we almost experienced: get into bathing suit for the short walk to the hot tub, lock garage door using deadbolt, lock the front door behind you using the "lock" button (no code required). Then, you want to get back in wet and cold, but surprise, the code doesn't work on the front door and the garage entry door is locked via dead bolt, and you are in your bathing suit outside in the cold...

Quail Run Review
Overall the place was nice. The stools in both the bathrooms are unsafe to sit on and need to be replaced. The chair in the 2nd bedroom is broken & unsafe and needs to be replaced. There are several cooking pans that need to be thrown away as the plastic is peeling off of them. The chairs around the main table are unsteady and the bars at the bottom need to be secured. Those were the items that need attention in this unit.

Great October Fishing Basecamp
Great location and super quite condo. Tons of room for the three of us. Had a tiny issue with checking in but still giving 5 stars because the customer service was excellent and had us in in no time. Having a garage to park my 4runner was also a plus since it snowed a few times. Would definitely stay again.

Poor communication with property management and Company representative
No way to communicate with property management or company representative. There were no phone numbers to actually contact a person during my stay

Very nice spot
We had a nice, restful and enjoyable stay. No bad surprises other than that the hot tub was "closed for the season." We didn't see that coming and had planned to use it. It opens in late October again. Everything worked well.

Prime location, roomy, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. And a quick response when I had a question. Would book again.

Very Comfy!
The unit was perfect for us for three nights. The only complaint would be the carpet is very dirty. Beds were super comfy. The place was hot but thankfully found fans. We saw portable air conditioner units but didn’t know how to use them!
Well stocked kitchen. There is recycling on the property so that should be changed in the description.
Quiet neighborhood and great access to city bus and trails.

Lovely
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely and fit our needs and desires. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and close to downtown. We will certainly recommend it to our friends and family and we will make sure we stay there again when we visit Steamboat next. Thank you.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!
We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family. It's a bike rode away to the lift for mountain biking and a short ride downtown for the Mustang Roundup. The beds were comfortable which we were so happy with after a long drive. Definitely will be coming back.

Comfortable and no hassle
Easy check in and comfortable beds after a long drive is what we needed. Great family vacation with this one. It was a quick bike ride to the mountain biking and lifts, as well as a quick hop in the car for downtown events. We really enjoyed the location and comfort.

Mostly good, but...
The listing mentioned there was a grill, which there was, but the lid of the grill didn't shut all the way and couldnt get any hotter than about 250 degrees. Also, the place did not come with tongs or anything to use on the grill. There were also knives missing from the knife block. There was at least 1 knives that had not been washed before being put back in the block. One of the lights in the guest bedroom was burned out upon our arrival. The oven range was smoking on the first use, so it had not been thoroughly cleaned before we got there. The iron was leaking, so it could not be used. Everything else was awesome! Especially the location.

Ok place to stay in Steamboat
This was a fairly decent place to stay in Steamboat. It was clean and well kept. The only downfalls were the following: 1. the hot tub was out of order which was a bummer as we were looking forward to using it (although they were good enough to credit us back some money for the inconvenience). 2. The pilot light on the fireplace kept going out....they sent someone to fix it but it kept going out. 3. We could NOT turn the volume down on the tv....we tried every remote as well as on the TV itself...nothing worked. 4. The people above us were super noisy...seriously sounded like someone bouncing a basketball on the floor! Overall, this was an ok place to stay...some of these things were just inconveniences, not deal breakers but would consider other places next time we go back.
