The master bedroom has its own private entrance onto the huge, wrap around balcony where you can enjoy amazing gulf views. The master bathroom has a large whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower - perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The guest bedroom holds two full beds - giving you plenty of room for the whole family! This was my first time to this area and this resort. If you are looking for a relaxing week, this is it. Two pools, poolside bar and restaurant with some good food. Finally, the beach and the water are fantastic. White soft sand and clear water on the gulf that was warmer than the pools.

the unit was above the normal.Furnished better than any we have stayed in the 20 plus years that we have been coming to the Tides. the only negative issue I had was with the housekeeping staff not putting the right fitted sheet on the master bed I didn't call them so It was really my falt, The sheet would NOT stay on the mattress I won't make that mistake again.

Clean and ready to go when we arrived. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all pots/pans/etc that were required. The view was great with the corner unit. It is adjacent to the stairway and the trash chute, so it was convenient. The bonus with the stairway in case of emergency, and we got our steps in daily! It was very quiet, though.We had an issue with the dryer not working (guessing sand in vent area from prior renter?) and it was remedied in reasonable time.I would definitely recommend this unit again.Gibson is an easy process of booking, check in/out as well.

Best Destin vacay yet! We’ve been coming to Destin for the past 6 years and this location is our favorite so far. Our kiddos loved the view, the pools, and the super close access to the beach. The amenities were a bonus for two active boys. All that to say…I’m putting this location and this condo specifically on the “return to” list! My only suggestion would be to bring a can opener as this condo wasn’t equipped with one and I sliced my finger wide open trying to open a can while right in the middle of cooking dinner one night!

We just had the best week in 901 Tides! The condo is beautifully updated with beachy colors and decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cups, dishes, utensils and cookware. We also really appreciated the umbrella and chairs that were in the unit. The balcony is AMAZING and really extended our living space. It had the best views and we spent so much time out there. Our kids also loved the basketball and putt putt that was right on property. This was our 4th trip to Tops’l and we will definitely be back!

The oversized and well furnished balcony provided the perfect spot to share our morning coffee as well as cocktails with friends at sunset. Better Than a Luxury Suite on a Cruise
The size of the unit provided ample room for the two of us. Ocean view was amazing. Kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals minus ingredients, which we brought or bought. Fridge has filtered water/ice dispenser and coffee pot accommodated traditional drip carafe and Keurig pods. Washer and dryer meant we could have brought less clothes. Furnishings were top notch, both aesthetically and in confort. Master bed was just right. Bathrooms were also large and well appointed. This unit provides a touch of class and attention to detail in every way possible. Only one disappointment…. No beach towels. 😉

We stayed in this condo for a month during the off season. It was in a great location - so close to the beach that we listened to the waves rolling in while we slept. We have stayed at several condos over the years, and never have we had one that was fully appointed. No matter what kitchen utensil you needed - whisk, wine opener, cheese grater - it was all there. Along with two large sets of dishes. We played putt-putt and pickleball in the complex which was a nice touch. This condo will not disappoint and we are hoping to stay here again next year! We

November 2021 Stay
We stayed in Tops’l Unit 901 for the entire month of November. When we walked in the door, the view was heaven. The unit had all we needed and more. The kitchen was well appointed and I loved that it had a full set of glass dishes, as well as plastic dishes. It was the best equipped kitchen at any rental we have stayed at. I would highly recommend this unit. It did not disappoint!

This condo was exactly as advertised, big deck with a nice view of the beach, nice furniture and decor inside, comfortable beds. Only small issue was figuring out the TV, they don't have cable but have alot of other streaming options. We took full advantage of the Xplorie activities, we played golf three times and did the dolphin cruise. Getting a free round everyday was a big plus! We will be back next year for son's college graduation!

It had an incredible ocean view and is very centrally located to amazing restaurants, state parks, and beautiful beaches.
