This condo was exactly as described. Clean, cool and spacious condo in a great location on the property. So many great bars/restaurants just a short walk or water taxi away. We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning sometime!

This was my 3rd trip to Roatan and Infinity Bay. This was my favorite condo to stay in, it is perfectly located within the resort. I love this resort, easy walk to lots of restaurants and awesome snorkeling right off the beach. I will be coming back to Roatan and staying in this condo. Communication with the owner was so easy and he responded promptly, he genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We have been coming to this resort for 10 years and love it. This condo is perfect for 3 people. There was a tv in every room and the frig kitchen kept our cervaza ice cold. We will be back next year and hopefully in this condo!

Unit was nice and clean. Centrally located in the property near the shallow end of the pool. It was a great location for the kids. It had refreshing AC. Kitchen needed more silverware, but other than that, everything was great!

This condo is in the perfect location off of West Bay beach. Amazing pool overlooking the ocean. Easy to find a lounger or table by the pool. Pool service was quick and easy. You are able to walk the beach to several great restaurants. Snorkel gear is available for a fee from Infinity Bay and you can snorkel right off the beach (although I recommend taking a tour to Pigeon Cay for the best snorkeling). Host was easily available and answered questions quickly. Had one hiccup- no remote for tv and one tv not working. I called the front desk and they brought a new remote within 10 min and got the other tv working. Quickly resolved. Front desk was pleasant- check in/out was easy. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with two larger teenage boys. My boys shared the king size bed and had plenty of room. Balcony overlooking the pool was nice size and great place for morning coffee. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness due to dirty dishes/ egg on spatula and fry pan. Not a big deal, I just washed it off. Also, quite a bit of sand when we arrived. There was a vacuum which I used. Sand is everywhere so to be expected. There were only 4 forks so if you have more then 4 in your family you may want to bring some with you. The food is so fabulous that we only cooked two meals so really not a big deal for us. The host gave lots of great recommendations and tips. We would definitely stay here again. You can’t go wrong.

A great condo location with a nice view of the pool area (will be even better when the new pool construction is done). Great kitchen for preparing breakfast and other meals (resort restaurant is relatively expensive compared to further down the beach). Nice quiet apartment construction. Stinky weed smoking neighbours two balconies away ruined some peaceful reading sessions on our bacony.

The property and location were perfect! Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable.
Kenny was incredible with his responsiveness and help with arranging the resort shuttle bus for our extended family, some of whom were staying in other rooms. He checked in shortly before our departure to ensure that all was well, which, unfortunately, it was not. Our flight was cancelled and we ended up arriving one day later. Kenny, again, was very helpful in communicating our delay with the resort. Thanks Kenny for all your help!

Accommodations were nice and more importantly Kenny was great. He was Easy to reach and checked in on us to ensure we checked in with no issues. He also checked in during the heavy rains to see if we needed further accommodations.
Our friends, who also stayed in the hotel, were not so lucky. Their host could not be reached and they had several issues.
If you have a choice, chose Kenny!!

Infinity Bay is the best place to stay on the island of Roatan. It has a very nice resort feel, with amenities such as a beautiful pool, beach bar/restaurant, and a nice beach with chairs, shade, and easy water access. There is good snorkeling and diving accessible right from the beach. The Infinity Bay staff (reception, housekeeping, and pool bar) were super friendly and helpful - nearly every staff member greeted us warmly as we walked by them on the grounds. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit had all the space we needed, a nice balcony, and a nice view of the pool with the ocean beyond. We worried about the construction but found it did not really impact us. We obviously saw it was there and could hear some expected construction noise during the day if we were on the balcony, but it was limited to reasonable hours and really wasn't a nuisance at all. The kitchen was stocked with basic items, which included a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. We found a couple basics were missing (a frying pan, kitchen towels and dishwasher detergent), but housekeeping immediately obtained them for us when we asked. Although not a "luxury" resort in my opinion, the condo was very nice, comfortable and spacious, had a good view, and is in a great location. I would certainly recommend this unit and resort to others and would book it again on my next trip to Roatan!

The property was in a great location and was more up to date than other Infinity apartments. Kenny was a great host, offering assistance in arriving from the airport and also helping out when we forgot something at the apartment. Highly recommend! Location is ideal as it is right by the nicest beach and you can walk to many different areas.

My family and I spent a beautiful week in Roatan in unit 503 at Infinity Bay Resort. The property is beautiful and the condo is as well. It was very easy to communicate with Kenny the owner before, during and after our arrival. When our flight into Roatan was delayed, he helped us rearrange our shuttle from the airport to the resort.
The condo itself was spacious and clean and the towel animals left on the bed each day made my kids happy. It was very comfortable while the heat reached 90 degrees and the humidity was 100%.
The property is amazing and we spent a good amount of time in the pool which overlooks the ocean. The pool bar is a must visit and the security on the property is very visible. The snorkeling right outside the property is some of the best on the island and we spent every day in the ocean. There is a dock with water taxis that will take you to West End in minutes.
I would go back to this place tomorrow if I could. The people of Roatan are wonderfully nice and this unit was the perfect place for my family to spend a week. We will be back.
Oh, and take a tour of the island to get a true sense of what this wonderful place has to offer.

The condo was very lovely, but items like salad bowls, mixing bowls and usable paring knives were not available. A handheld shower head would make a great addition because lack of water pressure made it impossible to get shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. The beds had a heavy comforter and sheet. One was too hot and using just a sheet was too cold. I had to use the comforter and turn the air up which wasted electricity. A simple fix would be to supply a light cotton blanket; it is the tropics. The pillows were wimpy. What spoiled our stay were the throngs of under aged kids in the pool unsupervised breaking almost every posted rule. You could hear the screaming kids from 8 am to 9 pm. Why not supervise the pool and enforce the rules? Older adults should be able to enjoy a swim without worrying about bring jumped on by wild kids. Dozens of bees were in the pool at times also. The food and service were okay one time and horrible the next. For those reasons I would never stay at Infinity Bay again. I didn’t pay $4,000 to get a headache and have my ears deafened.

We loved our stay at Kenny's condo at Infinity Bay! He was so helpful helping us get ready for our visit and communicated all during our stay when we had questions. Infinity Bay is absolutely beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful. We snorkeled, ate, laughed, and enjoyed the beautiful condo. Condo was clean and well stocked with a beautiful view. We fished with Jackson Marine - highly recommend them! Caught 5 tuna and had fresh fish prepared right there at the Beach Palapa every day. I highly recommend this condo and we can't wait to come back!

West Bay Beach condo in Roatan very nice stay. Owners very responsive with condo rental. Location with pool view balcony a plus. Condo size and layout very nice - beds comfortable and more firm than I like but that is just a personable preference. I would rent this unit again with the only negative is Infinity Bay sells day passes to cruise passengers that "overtake" the pool, pool bar and become very noisy. Was shocked to find how disruptive to the tranquility of the complex on those days when occurred. Hopefully the owner association can put an end to this as it is a negative. Felt safe walking to beach restaurants and security presence a plus. Beach with great snorkeling and water clear of seaweed and nice variation of depth to view coral. People friendly and vendors on beach respectful. Make sure to get Monkey La La from the bar to enjoy with early evening music by local performers. Had a lovely stay..

Our family was there alternating in and out for a month. The transitioning was impeccable with the help of Danery. She was amazing!!! Our contact with owner Kenny was impeccable!!!! The staff at the resort were amazing!!! I cannot say a bad thing about anything at all - we will be back every year ♥️

Excellent service from owner. The resort was very efficient and extremely lovely. The condo was perfectly situated close enough to the beach but just far enough that you could escape and relax on the deck if you wanted. We would definitely stay there again if going back.

We love Roatan. We love West Bay Beach. We love Infinity Bay. Now we also love condo 503. Our stay was amazing. The rental process was easy. The condo was in the perfect location with a view of the pool yet far enough away from the beach/bar to have some quiet. I would highly recommend!!

Perfectly relaxing
The condo was clean, comfortable, and cool, allowing us a perfect base of operations for our week on the island. Close enough to the pool and beach to swap out towels for our snorkels and be back in the water again. Didn’t need a car, everything within walking/water taxi distance and Kenny was extremely easy to contact with any questions. We would definitely stay there again.
