The only thing that was not FABULOUS was the low Canadian Dollar, making this a more expensive vacation than planned. We really liked our unit, a little dated, but quite lovely. Awesome view of the Gulf! Pool time & beach time were the best times for this family with 2 boys. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The public Boardwalk is a definite plus. This was our second stay at Land's End, and will not be our last.

this is a beautiful property and a very nice condo with a great view of the gulf. Pool is large and well maintained. Our problem was all the maintenance being done and could get no peace or quiet. Monday at the pool, they decided to jackhammer the hot tub and wasn't available the rest of the week. Every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 AM was awakened by tree trimming, mowing and various other forms of power tool torture. We have high stressed jobs and was really looking for peace and quiet but got none.

Beautiful view and great rental company. House smelled moldy due to leaks in slider doors . Constant wet carpet and added smell due to many days of rain. Maintenance and management were excellent in responding. Fans and lights have never been cleaned / dusted , kitchen & main bath very outdated but no issue to us. Pool clean and overall pleasant stay.

We stayed at #401 for 2 weeks 2 in June 2014 and had a great time. The property is ideally located but is looking a bit tired and needs updating. Having said that we didn't want to leave and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

The location of this property could not have been better! It had the most amazing views that I have ever seen. We often saw dolphins jumping out of the gulf while we were dining on the very large balcony. The condo size, amenities, layout was great. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas that were in good condition. New furniture in the master bedroom and what seemed to be new mattresses was very much appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped (pots, cutlery etc.). Now for the major issue was with the cleanliness of the condo. The shower in the kids bathroom was not clean. The shower door and shower/tub surround had quite a bit of dark mildew accumulation. It is very unpleasant. My girls took showers with their flip flops on! I tried to scrub it off with the little cleaning products provided, but I still couldn't get it all off. I know that the manager of the condo will say "why did we not complain" but at this price cleanliness should be a given. The master bathroom is very dated and had a lot of dust accumulation around the vanity lights. I think that at $1,400/week the condo should have been spotless.I agree with the comments made by others in that the condo is looking a little tired. Also, on a personal note the beige carpet in the dining room was a killer for me. I was so worried about getting the carpet dirty that we ate on the balcony for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Tile is a cleaner, no fuss alternative that guests would appreciate. Also the carpet in the master bathroom (vanity area) is dirty. It really should be switched out for tile.Next time I would probably rent a smaller (less expensive), but renovated condo. Although, we really enjoyed our stay, I don't think that this condo was worth $1,400/week. I would recommend this condo if the owners made a few updates and ensured the cleanliness of condo.

Everything with the accomidations was great, no problems. The corner units have an extra large balcony and are open and bright. Nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the beach. Weather this year was a little chilly but we still had a great time. Will be back.

The reservation and policies are easy to follow and allow for a worry free stay. Beach and pool were never overcrowded. My husband loved being able to fish the bay side and the ocean.

This was our 4th year staying at Land's End. We like the property and its location. We have never had a problem that wasn't resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. They are strict about the pool/spa rules and don't allow horseplay. That's good and bad, well bad for the kids. This resort has a secluded feel as it is at the end of Sunset Beach. The pool bathrooms were closed at the end of our stay but we heard they are renovating the bathrooms and the pool area so we should see some improvements next year. We stay on the beach side so we never hear any of the reported noise coming from the bars across the water on the weekends.

Vacation Review
It was an awesome stay. This was our third stay with Lands End and we loved our condo. Clean, beautiful views, close to beach and pool. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the elevator in our building was down for a few days and they also painted while we were there and we were encouraged to move our car from assigned parking area. Overall it was a great vacation and perfect rental.

Living room gets very cool, but the cool air doesn’t flow correctly into master bedroom. The bedroom stays hot. There is a dust rabbit in the exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Also, condo needs some dusting on light fixtures.
Someone needs to check for trash around the boardwalks. I saw a towel and trash such as beer bottles and cans there as well. This property is much too pretty to let trash stay there like that . These items had been there for a while.

The property is a gated community, has a great pool and boardwalk and Resort Rentals is an easy and professional company to book through. They are very hands on. The condo was spacious with an incredible view, hard to beat the view. It needs some updating, however, but was still very clean.

I have always wanted to stay at Lands End. Have 2 daughters that live in St. Pete but have always either stayed at ones house or in a hotel. My son was able to come for much of the week and stay with us. The size of the condo was very roomy. Loved every minute spent on the deck looking at the ocean. The pool was excellent...Huge! Parking is easy. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The sofa was so comfortable, I could have slept on it. We just very nice stay and hope to be back often.

This is a beach front condo on the corner. We went from the pool to the beach, mostly at the pool with most meals in our kitchens. The unit could use an updated Master Bath. Other then that the balcony is larger with the corner location. Lots of time on the balcony. Really a great time.

We've been to Lands End several times . We loved the corner view. It was spectacular. Other units are more updated and have been remodeled. This one needs an upgrade for sure. Rain came pouring into the left side windows in family room. It happened whenever it rained. We told resort rentals. I sent an email with photos to them as well. Never heard anything back, not even a thank you for putting towels and blankets on the window sills as to not ruin the walls, carpet and furniture. Didn't have TV until end of trip. The remote was missing. RR couldn't find it either. But a Mark did find us a mother TV.

Have stayed at Lands End more than once, always love the locations, the grounds, the pool. This is the first time at this unit. Overall, very clean, dated decor, but fine. Pool had very disrespectful guests this time and the Lands Ends security did not do much. People swearing loudly in large groups of people as well as loud music being played. Have never experience that before, was disappointed by that. Also, many people left their stuff on the beach all day whether or not the guests were there. Biggest issue I have had is with all the units we have stayed in, the sheets are from a service and thus at times barely fit the bed and certainly do not stay in place, very annoying. Unit was overall good, view is always amazing. Resort Rentals is always easy to work with, will return again!
