About this villa rental

Ideally located in a privileged area, a few steps from the Sablons beach and 5 minutes from Pornic, discover this elegant villa accommodating 8 people very comfortably. Everything is thought to offer a holiday in exceptional comfort. The spacious volumes provide relaxation, well-being and tranquility. WI-FI network and high-speed Internet throughout the villa.

The smallest details have been taken care of; the open living room has a dining table for 8 people. The southern exposure permanently offers a constant and refreshing light. The enclosed garden with trees allows you to enjoy the sun on the deckchairs. Enjoy an indoor ping-pong table and 2 adult bikes available.

Parking: Closed garage with the possibility of placing two vehicles in the interior courtyard.

Ground floor: entrance hall with cupboards, fitted / equipped kitchen open to living room / lounge facing south, master bedroom with bathroom, separate WC, bright veranda and games room.

Upstairs: three large bedrooms, two with sea view, bathroom, separate WC, child safety barrier (stairs).

We had a wonderful stay. The lovely hosts met us and showed us around. The house has everything you need, and more with a table tennis table, piano and hammock among other great extras. It’s very quiet and peaceful and an easy short walk to nearby beaches and a great little boulangerie 10 mins away for essential croissants etc. A great place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The large garden was private and perfect for our family gathering. In particular it was a safe environment for our twin grandchildren aged 16 months.

Traumhafte Zeit am Atlantik
Wie verbrachten wundervolle Tage in unserem Ferienhaus. Insbesondere die kurzen Strecken zum Meer und das äußerst gepflegte Haus haben uns die Zeit genießen lassen. Die Gastfamilie war äußerst freundlich und schreckte auch vor unseren drei kleinen Kinder nicht zurück. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück ohne jegliche Gefahren gab es auch für uns Eltern sorglose Momente. Wir werden bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal am Atlantik verweilen.

Tout était parfait, la maison est spacieuse, bien isolée et dispose de tout ce qui est marqué dans l'annonce ! Aucune mauvaise surprise, les vélos disponibles sont un peu vieux mais marchent bien (on a pu faire pas mal de km avec) La communication avec le gérant le gérant est impeccable, je recommande, surtout pour des vacances entre amis Merci encore !

La maison est spacieuse avec une très belle pièce à vivre, une cuisine ouverte plus cellier avec 2ème réfrigérateur ; maison agréable et très bien équipée ; la plage est accessible à pied en quelques minutes ; le chemin côtier tout proche nous offre de beaux paysages. Le propriétaire est très chaleureux et flexible dans les horaires d'arrivée ou de départ. Maison à recommander!
