We found this apartment to be clean and comfortable with a good location for local amenities of restaurants, shops and bars and not too far to walk to the harbour and beach. We did however feel that we should have been warned before booking about the primary school directly opposite the apartment. Whilst we have no objection to the sound of children playing it was uncomfortably loud for at least 4 hours every day the children were in school, particularly between 3pm and 5.30 pm.Probably best to visit this apartment during school holidays if you want to relax on the balcony

Great communication. Immaculate apartment. Amazing view. Perfect location near to restaurants and a 10min walk to the start of the Broad-walk. I definitely recommend.

Really nice apartment in a central location. We spent 10 days here as a family of 5. The apartment had everything we needed. 2 minute walk to restaurants and bars and about 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Great balcony to enjoy as an outdoor space. Rooftop pool is a small but really nice area for sunbathing. We would certainly Book this apartment again. Thank you to Isabelle and Fatima for any assistance we required.

Spacious apartment, very clean and modern layout.Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very useful Second bedroom is on a mezzanine level fine for family but might not suit everyone. Great views and location. Would use again.

The apartment was in a very good location. Plenty of room and very modern inside. Everything in the apartment you needed for a perfect stay. We will certainly return and recommend the apartment to friends and relatives.

Excellent apartment close to shops and restaurants.20 minute walk to nearest beach. Quiet location. Good pool and hardly used. Balcony gets sun all day.

Great location, very clean and good checkin and a problem with heating sorted very quickly.
However building work commenced at 8am each morning with noisy diggers and machinery right beside the apt. The foundations were just being layed (February2023) so the building work will be going on for quite some time. In fairness all work stopped at about 6pm.
A really pity as otherwise perfect.

we enjoyed our stay unfortunately we had some confusion about the location, but were happy with the apartment. we would have liked it serviced in the middle week . It has lovely views and overlooks a school

Fatima who showed us around apartment on arrival was a very helpful lady and was on hand to help out if and when required.

The car parking is a bit tight, so don't rent a big car as parking of any sort is a premium in Alvor. There is a school over the road, but any noise is joyful and no problem.....it's mum's parking at pick-up time that causes the most nuisance.

A casa é boa mas Tive problemas com a televisão, acho que deveriam colocar na sala estores blackout pois quem dorme em cima, de manhã passa a claridade toda e por fim o colchão da cama individual não era de boa qualidade têm que investir um pouco para este alojamento possa ser superior.

Great appartment with a fantastic location and view!
We had a great time in this wonderfull appartment. 1 minute walk away from alle the restaurants, 8 minutes walk from the beach. Clean and well kept. The view is magnifcent. And sun all day!

Beautiful Apartment in the heart of Avlor. Excellent location, beautiful views.
We stayed in May. 4 Adults and one toddler. There is really nothing negative tho say about this property. It excels in every area. Located in the middle of Alvor, you are a 2 minute walk from the Marina, 5 Minute walk from the beach, two minute walk from all the main restaurants and bars.
The property is very new and is furnished and decorated tastefully. All beds where extremely comfortable and new. The bathrooms had excellent showers and the downstairs bathroom had a shower/bath. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all new appliances. The dining/living room was spacious and extremely comfortable. There was a Big Screen TV with all channels and excellent wi fi throughout. The jewel in the crown of this property is the balcony which runs the length of the apartment and has spectacular views of Alvor Beach, the Marina and Lagos. It gets the sun for the majority of the day. The photos really don't do it justice.
There was an beautiful roof top terrace with a small swimming pool that was secure and private and is shared by the apartment block. (We never met anybody else up there).
Underground parking gave great piece of mind with our rental car and there is a lift straight to the apartment from both the car-park and the main entrance. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Friendly, polite, obliging and extremely helpful. The letting agent was also excellent to deal with. Couldn't recommend it any higher.

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung
Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Austattung, hochwertig eingerichtet mit toller Terrasse und super Aussicht. Die Beschreibung hält was sie verspricht mit einer Einschränkung; das 2. Schlafzimmer steht auf der Galerie genauso wie die beiden Einzelbetten, ist zwar sehr schön anzusehen, aber auch alles offen . Wir sind mit 2 Paaren angereist. Schlafen während die anderen noch auf der Terrasse sitzen ist eher schlecht. Privatsphäre gibt es für das 2. Paar nicht. Das sollte unbedingt erwähnt werden in der Beschreibung.

Super Appartement mit grandiosem Ausblick
Ein tolles Appartement mitten in Alvor- der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbeschreiblich - die Fotos geben alles wieder, so wie es ist. Die Lage hat Vor- und Nachteile : direkt gegenüber sind Kindergarten und Grundschule, am Abend hört man die Musik der Bars. Wer es ruhig will, ist hier falsch. Auf der anderen Seite ist man direkt in der Altstadt von Alvor und nur einen "Katzensprung " vom Strand entfernt. Leider gab es Komplikationen bei der Anreise mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Aber die Vermieterin hat das in kürzester Zeit von Frankreich aus gemanagt, sodass wir den Schlüssel nach einer kurzen Wartezeit in Empfang nehmen konnten👍 Das war super!
Wir empfehlen das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder!!! Merci!

Nous avons passé des supers vacances avec nos 3 enfants. Alvor est un village très agréable et l'appartement est superbe. Situé en ville à quelques pas de la rue piétonne commerçante, nous n'avons sorti la voiture que pour découvrir la région.
L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, fonctionnel, très propre, très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Wifi et chaînes francaises sont un plus. La vue imprenable sur la mer ...Plus belle que sur les photos de l'annonce. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse : repas, repos, détente avec un bon café. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Excelente apartamento, muito bem equipado, mesmo no centro da vila é muito perto da praia, ótimo para férias, com uma vista espetacular e varanda para relaxar e tomar refeições. Recomendo vivamente.
