About this vacation rental
Fully furnished fourth floor apartment located in the ?Grand Roc Residence? at the foot of the Grands Montets lift Station (2 min by foot). It has been totally renovated during Summer 2009 to a high standard with a modern, cocooning, quiet and comfortable feel with Southeast exposure.
This apartment up to max 4 people fits perfectly for two couples, a home office, a family or small groups to live in real comfort on a self catered holiday working period, with space for occasional guests.
The accomadation of this two floors 38m2 apartment consists of:
- Entrance with separated wash-basin and WC .
- Fully equiped kitchen (with ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator, microwave grill and a dishwasher)
- A living room with one single sofa and a dining table which seats four.
At the first floor:
- one spacious double bedroom that benefits from storage cupboards with excellent views down the valley and Glacier of Argentiere
- one cabin with twin beds
- one bathroom (bath shower)
This apartment up to max 4 people fits perfectly for two couples, a home office, a family or small groups to live in real comfort on a self catered holiday working period, with space for occasional guests.

Appartement cosy adapté pour 1 couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants
Très bon séjour dans cet appartement confortable, bien équipé et ultra optimisé. On regrette l'absence de vrai four, compensée par celle du lave vaisselle :)

Nous sommes habitués de la résidence Grand Roc, nous avons vraiment appréciés l'appartement par son aménagement, sa propreté, la facilité pour y accéder à notre arrivée. Nous souhaitons y retourner régulièrement ,le réserverons à nouveau et le recommandons sans hésiter. Josselin et Paul

très bon et beau séjour
Appartement en très bon état, propre et agréable...tout est à proximité, commerces et débuts de randonnées..Nous aurions simplement aimé avoir les cartes d'hôtes pour circuler gratuitement dans la vallée de Chamonix (généralement les loueurs l'offrent à leur locataires pour éviter une circulation importante ) .

idéal pour 4
Charmant appartement en duplex avec 2 chambres séparées à l'étage et cuisine équipée, four frigo micro onde et surtout lave-vaisselle !!
A 10mn a pied des remontées du grand montet et au pied de la ligne de bus qui dessert flegere au sud et le tour au Nord. Tres bien situé au final avec tous les commerces à proximité.
On y retournera !!

Ein toller Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bus), alles gleich um die Ecke. Wandermöglichkeiten auch ohne Auto gut zu erreichen. Und auch nach Chamonix kommt man in kürzester Zeit.

L'appartement est très joli et bien situé tout près des pistes de ski des Grands Montets. La transmission des clés s'est bien passée, à la conciergerie des immeubles. Nous avons toutefois quelques critiques : le canapé-lit est en mauvais état et du coup peu confortable pour s'y asseoir, et peu de lumière pour lire en bas. Le pommeau de douche ne tient pas. Il n'y a pas de casserole assez grande pour cuire des pâtes pour 4, et s'il y a un four, il n'y a pas un seul plat à gratin!
Les grands tiroirs normalement laissés à disposition des locataires sont remplis d'objets divers et donc non disponibles pour les chaussures et sacs par exemple.
Nous avons regretté l'absence de WIFI, et de n'avoir à disposition qu'un seul jeu de clé, ce n'est pas très pratique si on veut avoir des activités différentes. Nous n'avons enfin pas reçu les cartes d'hôtes qui rendent les transports publics gratuits dans la vallée. Ces défauts relevés devraient sans problème pouvoir être arrangés!

Logement conforme à l'annonce.
Beau logement. Tout confort. Deux détails à indiquer : l'ouverture de la porte des toilettes n'est pas dans le bon sens d'ouverture et il devrait y avoir un étendoir pour le linge sur le balcon. Sinon, pour le reste tout est parfait. Ville agréable, avec des gens aimables et en été une température plus douce qu'à Chamonix.

Il est mignon, joliment rénové, confortable et fonctionnel.
Il est petit comme tous les appartements à la montagne mais comme il est très bien agencé, on ne s'est jamais senti à l'étroit.

We went as two couples - the second bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together no problem, but the room is a little less private as it has no proper door. This was not a big issue but it is just something to be aware of! The flat is always warm, and there is always hot water on top! We would stay again! Seb & Estelle were very accommodating, easy to contact, and ensured our stay ended well!

Great location, cosy and comfortable apartment
Great location in Argentiere. Good value for money. Good communication with helpful hosts.
The apartment is quite small but fine for two couples or small family. We were two couples - luckily we know each other well because the second bedroom has a see-through screen rather than a wall. If you don't mind sacrificing a bit of privacy the apartment is perfect!
The kitchen is small but well equipped - there's even herbs, spices etc in the cupboards. We had a couple of friends round for dinner and we managed to cook a lovely meal on two hobs and one oven.
It's cosy, warm and comfortable - what more do you need after a day on the slopes :-)
We would definitely recommended to a couple or small family, or two couples or friends who know each other well!!

Accommodation is very well planned and thought out. It had everything you need for a ski holiday and is perfectly located for panda club and grand montet. This is the most convenient location I've stayed in with children whilst skiing in Chamonix.
Would recommend to anyone.

If you like to stay close to the slopes this is a perfect location - just a few minutes from the Grand Montets skilifts. There is also a bus which takes you to Chamonix or other ski resorts. There might be a problem with parking if there is a lot of snow but we used a parking of Grand Montets which not far away from the building and is just a few meters from the lifts and bus station. The apartment is well equiped and very nice. We didn't miss anything. There are also all other fascilities (shops, rent equipment, pizzeria, washing mashines etc.) close by.

An excellent week with the full range of weather (thankfully with the exception of rain) & we were blessed with the best snow that we can remember in the Grands Montets

Pas de mauvaise surprise pour cette location d'été. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de ce qui était annoncé sur le site. L'appartement est confortable, bien agencé et très propre. La vue est splendide et l'orientation très agréable. A noter qu' Argentière et Chamonix offrent des possibilités de randonnées et autres activités infinies. L'accueil est chaleureux. La disponibilité, la réactivité et la gentillesse des propriétaires est à souligner. Nous reviendrons.......

We (2 couples - 25-28 y.o.) traveled by car and stayed for 7 days at the appartment. Two of us went snowboarding so it was very nice that the appartment just in front of Grands Montets. The appartment is very clean and nice. Please note that if you wish to eat at home and you travel 4+ people - there is no much dishes and casseroles.
