We have arranged this house as a year-round house, offering all the comfort in terms of the bedrooms, the kitchen with all the appliances and the living room.
The villa is made up of: - a characterful living room (a wall of which has retained the original stone) with a living room with sofa, seats, a flat screen sony TV, a Bose audio system for TV and music; a coffee corner with Nespresso machine, a glass roof that separates the kitchen corner (fully equipped: dishwasher, 4-ring gas hob, Bosch oven, Bosch microwave, Bosch fridge, lots of cupboards and storage drawers), a courtyard synthetic lawn, a metal staircase that goes up to the floors.
On the 1st floor: - 1 double bedroom (160 bed) with sea view balcony, private bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin) and office area (wifi socket)

- 1 separate toilet, a bathroom with Italian shower and vanity unit
On the 2nd floor: - 1 large double bedroom with sloping ceilings (160 bed)
- 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double sofa bed.
