This apartment located in the heart of the corsair city of 66 m2 is composed of three rooms with a bathroom with shower, an independent WC, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave)

Location and garage were perfect. The two flights of stairs and a non working refrigerator were negatives. The abundance of furnishings did not permit a spotless cleaning.
Even with the negatives, we had a great time.

This apartment is perfect for shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and with parking just below the apartment you can't ask for much more.
It felt like someone's home and not just a money making place. It was fully equipped and the owners and caretakers were so helpful.
It only took 1 minute to get into the walls and park and it only takes 2 minutes to get out.
The beach is a 6 minute walk away and you can't get any closer to the food and drink areas (And the benefit being the road was quiet that we stayed on)
It's not an expensive holiday and would fit 5 people (So 2 adults and 3 kids would be great)
We spent many a night just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by with a coffee and a croissant :)

Gute Lage, aber sollte sauberer sein.
Check-in über sehr freundliche Bekannte des Vermieters, die leider am zweiten Tag noch einmal extra aus 30 km Entfernung kommen mussten, da das elektrische Rolltor der Garage nicht funktionierte und wir das Auto für einen geplanten Ausflug zum Mont Saint Michel nicht heraus bekamen. Mit zwei Stunden Verspätung erreichten wir dann das inzwischen stark bevölkerte UNESCO Weltkulturerbe. Für Hausstauballergiker ist diese Wohnung in wirklich guter Lage leider ungeeignet. Außerdem mussten bei Ankunft aus allen Schubladen im Bad Haare entfernt und unter anderem das Geschirr von Eigelb- und Kaffee-/Teeresten befreit werden, obwohl der Vermieter eigentlich genauso wie wir die Endreinigung bezahlt haben müsste. Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer verlassen als wir sie vorgefunden hatten, abgesehen von Bonbonpapieren in einer gelben Dose, die nicht von uns stammten. Schade! Was nicht gut war, ist leider nicht schön zu reden. Positiv ist bleibt also die gute Lage und die Garagennutzung (wenn das Tor funktioniert) sowie die Herzlichkeit von Frau und Herrn Jarnet. Danke dafür!

Un très bon séjour au cœur de la ville dans cet appartement très équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : la gentillesse des hôtes, l’emplacement idéal de l’appartement pour profiter des festivités de l’intramuros et le garage très pratique. Le wifi est aussi un atout, et si la fibre est bientôt prévue en installation pour l’année prochaine, c’est encore mieux ! Nous espérons revenir l’été prochain pour encore profiter de Saint Malo en étant aussi bien installés !

Très Bien situé en intra muros, accueil agréable, proche de commerces (poissonnier, boulanger, boucher, beurrer, restaurants, fruits et légumes) et avec en bonus un garage.
La déco est «d’époque » mais donne de la chaleur par rapports aux appartements formatés.

Die Wohnung benötigt dringend eine Renovierung, sie ist aber ruhig gelegen und vor allem sie verfügt über eine Garage. Die Kontaktperson ist telefonisch schwer erreichbar, somit war eine Absprache für die Abreise schwierig.

Appartement bien situé pas de nuisance sonore , rue calme et près des commerces, un garage partagé un plus bien utile intra-muros . Le moins bouilloire à changer elle est oxydé et prévoir des couverts en plus grand nombres. À recommandé.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour, très reposant
L’appartement est parfaitement situé au coeur d’intramuros, à proximité immédiate des commerces, des remparts et des plages tout en etant au calme, ce qui est rare intramuros. Il est vaste et sa double exposition en fait un endroit très agréable. Il est très confortable, je m’y suis sentie très bien. De plus, il est doté d’un garage, très pratique et rare intramuros.

La situation de l’appartement est idéale avec le garage et l’accueil est ponctuel et agréable Cependant l’intérieur du logement aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, il faudrait prévoir de dépersonnaliser un peu les lieux. D’autre part, une odeur désagréable ce dégage d’une des deux chambres, impossible dans identifier la provenance. A part cela nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour satisfaisant dans l'appartement, dont les principaux atouts sont l'emplacement et la présence d'un parking fermé dans l'immeuble. L'intérieur de l'appartement mériterait une petite rénovation car il commence à vieillir, ainsi que les appareils ménagers (hotte HS, lave vaisselle fonctionnant mal, grille pain détérioré etc.). Ce qui serait bien aussi, c'est qu'il y ait au moins un rouleau de papier toilette, car il n'y a strictement rien et il faut tout réacheter (liquide vaisselle, lessive, torchons, sel etc.).: cela simplifierait un peu la vie des vacanciers.. Au final une location satisfaisante mais pas inoubliable

Zentrale Unterkunft im Zentrum der Intra Muros
Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung im Zentrum, innerhalb der Mauern (intra Muros) von Saint Malo (Bretagne). Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock in einer ruhigen Straße direkt hinter der Markt Halle. Alle Geschäfte und Lokalitäten (Restaurants, Bistros, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) in direkter Nähe.
Das Verwalter Ehepaar ist sehr Zuvorkommend und nett.
Leider ist die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht etwas "Überladen", es stehen sehr viele Objekte (Staubfänger) in der Wohnung. Weniger wäre hier mehr ! Ansonsten ist sie zu empfehlen, vorausgesetz man hat keine Stauballergie.
Ein herzlichen Dank von uns gilt dem Verwalterehepaar.

Bel appartement confortable
Bel appartement intramuros. Nous y avons séjourner une semaine avec nos 3 filles: confortable et spacieux, il est idéalement situé près des plages, des transports publiques et de plusieurs sites touristiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Saint Malo et les alentours. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement agréable et abordable.

L'appartement est très bien situé en plein coeur de intra-muros
C'est extrêmement rare d'avoir un vaste garage fermé à disposition sous l'immeuble (ce qui doit en plus, être un atout de taille pendant la saison ou le stationnement est réglementé et pratiquement inaccessible)
Tout est prévu pour petits et grands
Les commerces de bouche sont à 30 mètres dans la rue de l'orme ainsi que beaucoup de restos pubs et crêperies.

We stayed 1 week in this apartment with our family (2 adults and 2 girls of 15 and 11).
Let me sum up the positive points:
1. spacious apartment 2. fast internet 3. unlimited hot water in kitchen and shower (and powerful stream in shower) as this often is a minor point in many houses 4. very handy location with big garage for the car 5. very friendly contact with the care takers (famille Jarnet). 6. also the arrangements before and after our stay were very correct, fast and clear. 7. quiet! 8. all equipment worked perfectly (we did not try TV and video, but who needs that when you stay in beautiful St Malo).
One minor point (not that it bothered us really but just to be honest about our appreciation): The dishes were still dirty and some rooms were not vacuum cleaned. But this is probably due to the previous tenants.
IN SHORT: We can highly recommend this place to anyone, especially to families with kids.
