About this villa rental
Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. recent villa with swimming pool on a Provençal hill. garden, covered terrace, parking. 2 km from the village. hyères beaches 20 minutes by car.
The house offers large volumes, all its construction was focused on the pool. This is why we find in the same extension, the kitchen, the dining area, the living room, the covered terrace and the swimming pool. From the mezzanine there is also a bird's eye view of the swimming pool and its green 'lagoon' color.
The north side of the villa offers a large tiled and covered terrace of 55 m2 which is also a play area for table tennis and a professional table football which should arrive for the summer.
From mid-June to mid-August, you will be lulled by the song of the cicadas, very present in our region.
Our terrace always benefits from a fresh sea wind and we do not suffer at the 'joucadou' from the rigors of the heat wave.
The pool temperature from June to mid September hovers around 29 degrees.
La Crau is a very pleasant little town, there are 2 'tree climbing' parks, a play park for children and for adults tasting of the many local great wines. The park of 'la castille' is a pleasant place for walking.
The proximity of the town of Hyères les Palmiers (8 km) allows all activities related to the beach, a visit to the island of Porquerolles is a must during your stay in the region.
The many Provencal markets allow you to familiarize yourself with Provence, that of Hyères on Saturday morning also gives access to the old town which is very typical.
In Toulon, Mont Faron and its cable car offer a fantastic view of the military port. The market for the 'Lafayette' course immortalized by Gilbert Bécaud is a colorful moment and a dip in Provence. It is possible nearby to take a boat for a visit of the harbor very pleasant and unique.
The Var with its star towns and St Tropez does not escape tourist clichés, it is an hour away and it is always a pleasure to discover it.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing villa! It was very well equipped with everything you could need and more. The pool, gardens and sitting areas are gorgeous, and the house is beautifully decorated. Claude was most helpful with any questions we had. It will be a special memory of our time in France. We would love to return some day! Thank you!!

We’ve stayed here before - we spent 2 weeks here in 2019. We had such fond memories that we decided to return.
Again, Claude and Titaina were wonderful hosts. The property is very clean and has everything you need in a home away from home.
The pool is fantastic, a lovely temperature and good size for playing with the children. There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or relax in the shade. There’s lots to do and we loved the ping pong and table football.
We had such a relaxing week here and loved every minute. Thank you Claude and Titaina for another fantastic holiday

We stayed for 7days in this Beautiful villa. Everything you need is avalaible in the house. Claude & Tataina were very kind. Airco in all the rooms, nice Pool. We will definitley stay here again!

Toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus
Wir hatten ein tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Großartiger Aussenbereich mit Pool, Liegen, Grill und einem Pavillon. Auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde intensiv genutzt.
Es gibt sehr schöne Strände in der Nähre und auch die Insel Porquerolles ist einen Ausflug wert.
Claude und Taitana sind sehr nett, und geben gerne Empfehlungen. Übernahme und Übergabe waren sehr einfach und reibungslos. Alles in allem alles top und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen

Wir haben uns als Jugendgruppe für dieses traumhafte Ferienhaus entschieden und waren begeistert!
Das Haus ist genauso bzw. sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern und ist zusätzlich mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Grundstück ist sehr sehr groß und bietet deshalb auch viele schöne Möglichkeiten an, wenn man mal einen ganzen Tag nur im Ferienhaus verbringt.
Wir durften eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen und konnten viele schöne Erinnerungen sammeln.
Die Gegend um das Haus ist sehr ruhig was aber für uns kein Problem war da man in 15min in Hyeres war und wir sogar einen Tagesausflug nach St. Tropez (ca. 30min entfernt) und Monaco (ca. 1 1/2h entfernt) machen konnten, die Lage war also für uns optimal.
Claude und seine Frau waren auch sehr sehr freundlich und man konnte die beiden immer um Hilfe fragen! Auch der Check-In und der Check-your verliefen ohne Probleme.
Insgesamt waren wir alle (7 Personen) also sehr begeistert von unserem Urlaub, dem Haus und den Hauseigentümern.
Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder vorbei und können es wirklich nur jedem weiterempfehlen!!

I can't put into words how absolutely perfect this place is - from the extensive gardens (complete with petanque pitch, rope swing and zip line) to the beautifully decorated, comfortable and homely house, to the beautiful pool, to the outdoor gazebo eating area, to the ping-pong/babyfoot games area - everything was just brilliant.
Claude and Titaina are awesome hosts, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived - nothing was too much trouble and our son really enjoyed helping to collect the eggs from the chickens (also in the gardens).
We had absolutely everything we needed in the house, and more. It was the perfect size for 6 of us (four adults and two kids), and provided an ideal base to explore the Cote d'Azur and surrounding areas.
We went to Cassis, Hyeres, Aix, St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Frejus, Antibes, Toulon, Mont Faron, Peroquelles and the local tortoise zoo - all within easy driving distance - all combined with plenty of playing in the pool and relaxing on the sun beds.
We do a lot of these types of holidays where we rent a cottage/house/villa and I can honestly say this was, by far and away, our best experience - everything was just perfect.

Sonne tanken im Herbst
Wir hatten eine tolle Oktoberwoche mit viel Sonne, Strand, Pool, Radfahrer und Sightseeing in Hyères, Toulon und St. Tropez. Das Haus und das Gelände sind bieten alles, was man für zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank den herzlichen, zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Vermietern Titaina und Claude!

Alors, je pourrais en écrire des lignes et des lignes..mais je vais essayer d'être bref.
Maison très spacieuse, lumineuse , propre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et d'amour.
Il ne manque RIEN , l'électroménager est top ,la literie est parfaite , le linge sent bon ..
L'extérieur est paradisiaque avec pleins de recoins pour se détendre...au bord de la piscine,sur la terrasse pour se relaxer ou sous le Faré pour admirer la vue...il est impossible de rester insensible à ce lieu.
Tout est parfaitement bien entretenu et la végétation luxuriante nous transporte ailleurs.. loin... très loin..
Au sujet des hôtes Titaïna et Claude, C'est pareil, je pourrais rédiger un commentaire de vingt lignes tellement notre rencontre à été magique et pleine d'émotions...
Nous devions forcément nous rencontrer.
Ils feront tout pour que votre séjour soit a la hauteur de vos espérances.

Une semaine de dépaysement dans un cadre sublime
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine, dans le calme et la détente.
Titaïna et Claude sont des hôtes adorables, qui se soucient du confort et du bien-être des vacanciers.
Une maison impeccable, très propre et très bien équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, divisée en espaces variés aux fonctionnalités diverses; en bref, chacun y trouve son bonheur.

Location paradisiaque décoré et soignée avec amour, au senteurs de Polynésie.
Idéalement située à proximité de commerces et non loin de la plage en voiture ainsi que des navettes pour les îles.
Pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité, peu de circulation dans les alentours, coin assez calme idéal pour les familles et pour bien se reposer.
Propriétaires adorables et accueillant comme vous n’en verrez que très peu.
Toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

Avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, l'aménagement intérieur et extérieur (aussi bien que sur les photos de l'annonce).
La cuisine est très bien équipée et, cerise sur le gâteau, Claude et Titaina sont super accueillants, serviables et de très bons conseils pour les découvertes de la région.

Das Haus ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Tischdecke. In der Küche findet man auch fast alles was man braucht.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Obwohl sie nebenan wohnen sind sie praktisch nicht da, außer man sucht ihre Hilfe.

Un coin de paradis
Notre petite tribu a passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa au décor polynésien. Les propriétaires très accueillants ont pensé aux moindres détails.les aménagements extérieurs offrent de magnifiques moments de convivialité et de détente pour toute la famille.
Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement au calme et proche des plages de Hyeres et de Toulon.
L'ajoucadou est une villa parfaite pour des vacances dans le Var.

Un magnifique séjour !
La propriété de Titaina et Claude est exceptionnelle : une grande maison pratique et très confortable, une très belle piscine, un joli jardin avec son terrain de pétanque, bref nous nous y sommes sentis très bien.
Les propriétaires ont été adorables et ont fait tout leur possible pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour.

Excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété, très bien placée pour rayonner sur tout le secteur (plongée, plages, criques, balades...). La maison est idéale pour 2 familles, les extérieurs sont magnifiques, tout est fait pour y vivre dehors ( on a l'impression d'être en vacances sous les tropiques). Titaina et Claude sont des hôtes charmants, le courant passe immédiatement avec eux et ils se sont pliés en 4 pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Encore merci à vous 2 et à bientôt j'espère...

Super maison, super proprietaire et super emplacement ! Tout y est pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Piscine, espaces exterieurs et cuisine super bien equipés. Baby-foot et ping pong et barbecue. Il y a des endroits où l’on se sent bien dès qu’on arrive, celui-ci en fait partie.
La maison, moderne, fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée, mêle avec beaucoup de subtilité, de charme et de réussite, influences méditerranéennes et polynésiennes, terre chère au cœur des propriétaires.
Pour ceux qui cherchent un moment de calme, un lieu propice au repos et à la détente, c’est un endroit idéal, à deux pas de Toulon et de toutes ses facilités. À réserver les yeux fermés !

Perfect!!
All I can say is this was the perfect week for us! The house is beautiful.. stunning... comfortable.. relaxing.. exceptionally clean and well equipped.. comfy beds.. amazing outside space and pool. What more can I say?
Our hosts were fantastic, we felt welcome and looked after and Claude bringing us a selection of pastries on our first morning was incredibly generous and we were touched by their kindness.
Basically we swam in the pool, we swam and snorkeled in the sea, we layed on the beaches, we hiked in the mountains and we explored some of the beautiful islands and sampled delicious food, wine and the fabulous cheeses.
We relaxed and we felt incredibly spoiled.
It was a fantastic base to visit lots of places, we sampled but a few.. Toulon (You must do the funiculaire, the views are amazing). Porquerolles such a beautiful island and great for hiring bikes, walking and snorkeling, La Lavendou and Bormes des Mimosas which was so beautiful it took our breath away.
We are already planning a return visit, we can't wait to come back. Thank you Claude and Titaïna for such a memorable and fabulous stay!

Perfection
What a magical place to spend a holiday! We have thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this idyllic setting. Everything at the villa is set up perfectly for a family to completely relax and settle in to a home away from home. The house was perfect and had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean. Outside, we enjoyed the heated pool every day, there is plenty for young children with mini ride ons, a play house, toys, a ‘secret den’ over looking the pool, table tennis and table football.
We enjoyed exploring the local area and can recommend travelling to Hyères and Toulon as great places to visit. The surrounding countryside is also beautiful and we would have liked to visit more places.
Thanks to Claude and Titaina who are perfect hosts. Very unobtrusive but always on hand if needed. It has been a pleasure staying at your wonderful home. We all hope to visit again one day.

Excellent holiday home and great break.
First class, thoroughly recommend this property and very sorry to leave. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. You just don’t hear any noise from traffic or neighbours. Five minute drive or 15-20 walk to bakery for morning croissants or bread. Host Claude speaks excellent English and a very amendable host- unobtrusive , but willing to talk and assist if required. He lives adjacent to the main holiday home with his charming family. Outside the facilities are great; small tricycle, play house and toys for our three year old and table tennis, table football for us older children! Swimming pool very clean, a decent size and had a secure screen to prevent unsupervised access by small children. Large gas BBQ which was very useful and easily coped with cooking for our party of seven. Plenty of outside seating around the pool and terrace. Outside the house , the gardens are varied and provide colour and interest and make it a beautiful setting. Views of surrounding countryside are excellent. Inside the house, there is everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking, eating and drinking plus ample seating.

Great property, good location
Claude and Titaina were the perfect hosts. Always around when you needed anything but provided complete privacy otherwise. Their home is beautifully set up for outdoor living with a lovely heated pool. Highly recommended for a lovely holiday.
