Its large bay window gives you great clarity in the living room, it is very well oriented south to enjoy the good exposure to the sun, it is isolated and has a heating of very good quality, neat decoration and refined.

On the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room with an area of 45 m2, 1 bedroom of 14 m2 with direct access to a sink and a toilet, a large bed and 1 wardrobe, a 2 nd bedroom of 12 m2 with 2 beds of 90 cm and 1 wardrobe, 1 fully equipped bathroom with STANDARDS AND LABEL TOURISM AND HANDICAP of 10 m2 with a shower and 1 toilet.
Flat screen TV (82 cm) with TNT, cable and satellite (French, English and German channels), fitted kitchen fully equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker, ceramic hob 4 lights, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, an electric toaster, an electric vegetable blender.
The bathroom with shower has a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
Bedding slats very good qualities.
Private sunny garden facing south, very well fenced 1.40 meters rigid panel surrounded by a hedge and persistent, a beautiful tiled terrace with a surface of 40 m2 with stone garden furniture , its deckchairs, its stone charcoal barbecue.
The building has been designed with a high sound system to ensure peace and quiet.
