FACING the Mont-Blanc, ideally located in full center of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, Apartment STUDIO (25 m2) decorated with a pretty TERRACE / Garden on the edge of the Arve, small river coming from the glaciers, with private GARAGE in sub- floor of the Residence. Totally equipped and furnished, this ground floor of the pretty Residence "Les Jardins du Mont-Blanc" enjoys a magnificent view of the Aiguilles de Chamonix chain and Mont Blanc. It is composed of a living room with a pull-out sofa with 2 adjustable beds, a small equipped American kitchen, an alcove with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom equipped with a bath / shower and Toilet / WC separated. An entry cupboard, 2 sliding storage bins complete the set. Outside, you will be able to take full advantage of your pretty TERRACE with the splendid sight, orientated South / East, done up and equipped with a large roll-up blind, a table and 4 chairs composing the garden furniture. - A PARKING protected and private for your vehicle is proposed to you WITHOUT SUPPLEMENT during the whole of your stay. - It is located in the basement of the residence, secured by remote control and digital code. You have access to your apartment directly from your vehicle parking without having to go out on the outside. ON YOUR ARRIVAL, YOUR BEDS WILL BE MADE AND TOILET TOWELS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE. THESE SERVICES ARE OFFERED WITHOUT ANY SUPPLEMENT. You have the possibility to reserve in advance a baby bed for a fixed price of 20 euros for the whole of your stay. Thank you to specify your need. Transport and travel: - A CARD HOST will be offered to you to enjoy your FREE trips throughout the valley of Chamonix (BUS & TRAIN). - SNCF City Center STATION To FRANCE and SWITZERLAND. - Geneva International Airport (Switzerland) 50 min or 82 km. - Mont Blanc Tunnel France / Italy 5 km direction Courmayeur, Aosta, TORINO, MILANO  - AUTOROUTE BLANCHE A40 Directions Geneva, Lyon, PARIS. Communications: WIFI in the apartment, Free mobile box "AIRBOX 4G ORANGE". Buy "1GO, 2GO, 5GO" refills at tobacconists and log in. or  Free WIFI at the Tourist Office of Chamonix city center. - Use the "connection sharing" feature of your smartphone to connect your computer, tablet or other device to the internet. Regulation: - No noise after hours of decency (22:00) - Check out is before 10:00 - A deposit not deposited, 300 euros will be deposited with the site ABRITEL HomeAway and will be returned to you automatically after verification of the places. - By application of the French regulations, the "top" bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old. - The municipality of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, like its counterparts, asks holidaymakers staying in its territory to pay a tourist tax per adult / day. Minor children are exempt. This tax will be collected by ABRITEL / HOMEAWAY on behalf of the Municipality of Chamonix. It allows the city as well as all the municipalities to finance the expenses related to the frequentation of the holiday makers or the protection of their natural spaces for a tourist purpose (Code of the French tourism articles D422-3 & D422-4). In compensation for your payment, you will be given on your arrival, "THE HOST CARD of the CHAMONIX VALLEY". This card offers many benefits, including free movement on the BUS and on the SNCF (TRAINS) network for trips between the SERVOZ and VALLORCINE communes (the entire Chamonix Valley), as well as an ACCES PREFERENTIAL to public sports and cultural facilities of the valley.
