Great location and fabulous staff.

Fantastic location right beside the beach. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean _ apartmentscleaned to a high standardon a daily basis. Great choice of food.

Pools were small.

Preis/Leitung leider nicht in Ordnung

Super Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Drinks gibt es bis 22:30 auch an der Bar kurz vor dem Strand.

Das Essen war zwar einigermaßen abwechslungsreich, hatte aber eher die Qualität einer Schulkantine. Die Speisen waren zudem oft kalt. Rührei war ungenießbar da aus dem Tetrapark. Zum Frühstück war die Käseauswahl im Vergleich zu den anderen Mahlzeiten stark reduziert!? Die"Strandbar" ist nett. Jedoch ist man durch die Straße und etwa 50 Meter Promenade trotzdem komplett vom Rest des Geschehens abgeschnitten. Das war sehr schade weil man eigentlich die ganze Zeit direkt am Strand bzw. dort in den Bars sitzen könnte. Nachts war es regelmäßig sehr laut. Mal durch laut sprechende Menschen, Müllabfuhr oder Straßenreinigung. Das ganze Hotel ist zudem extrem in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend Mal eine Auffrischung. Für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben war es definitiv viel zu teuer! Beim nächsten Mal würde ich mir etwas günstigeres ohne Verpflegung suchen und mich in den vielen Bars und Restaurants direkt am Strand verpflegen.

Disappointing

Position is perfect. Big enough. Has a separated bedroom. Balcony is God.

Water for the shower is not stable, it always change from ic cold to hot water itself. Cups are not changed if we didn't put it on the floor. Found cockroach more than once. The light in the bedroom is terrible at night because it comes from the outside and couldn't be closed at night so the bedroom is so lighted up. The curtains are not long enough to cover the light.

Good

Location is superb, next to beach and not far from wonderful dunes. Hotel a bit dated, but very clean + staff friendly and responsive.

We thought we had reserved room with a sea view for extra price of 12 euros a day (wifi is also extra costs in hotel room), but when we arrived were informed that none are available. Booking.com bookings do not guarantee that, only travel agency. Pools are on small side. Caters mainly to German retirees, so do not expect anything for children, except ping-pong table.

If I was to pick one thing banana and croissant were not available on 2 mornings but that is just something to say as you asked ! Oh and cold milk , we Irish like to add cold milk to our americanos and black coffee ! I liked everything .

Excellent!

Excellent hotel in Maspalomas. The location is the best and everything you need for a comfortable holiday is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.- good beach, shops, shopping centers, bars and restaurants. The hotel is not large but very compact with everything you need. To the hotel restaurant I give my 12 points - excellent.

Maybe a little weak sound insulation and relative street noise.

Great location, near by the beach. Great, big room, bed. Nice view from balcony. A lot of food and drinks to choose.

Dirty dinner plates, no free wi-fi.

We had an excellent break at this hotel.

The food selection was excellent. The staff, without exception, were all very friendly and helpful. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better location.

The pools are a little on the small side, but saying that the beach is very close by.

Really enjoyed - would certainly consider returning for a week of winter sun.

All inclusive was amazing value - all meals, water throughout the day, drinks. And great food. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Right next to the beach - very easy to walk everywhere.

Our room just happened to close to where early morning deliveries were made. That was a bit noisy.

We arrived before 3.00 and was allowed to check in which was great as we had to move out off the apartment we had booked due to maintenance problems and it just so nice to be treated nice X

To be honest on this visit I didn't find any thing to complain about x

We had all inclusive and it was really good. We had a very nice balcony with a perfect view of the sunrise... the food was amazing and we had included drinks at the sahara beach club near the hotel.. the location is perfect.. on the beach with the pubs and everything nearby.. we had a perfect stay.. the staff from bar was very friendly and helpful with everything. We will surley go again

More sun at the pool would have been amazing.. to little sunbeds in the sun near the pool.. but they have sun beds on the rooftop where you can enjoy the sun..so that was good

Good value but not as luxurious as I expected.

Friendly staff everywhere - reception, bar and dining room. Very good value for money.

Bed a little uncomfortable - two singles put together and a hard mattress, and just single pillow. No English language channels on TV. A little noisy from adjacent bar.
