Zuerst ein sehr großes Lob an Valerie! Sie hat uns hervorragend betreut, eine sehr liebenswerte Frau und war auch jederzeit bei Fragen zu erreichen. Eine bessere Betreuung ist nicht möglich! ❤️
Das Haus ist hervorragend, ein sehr schöner, beheizter, großer Pool mit Außendusche, der 1 x die Woche kontrolliert und gesäubert wird.
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Betten sehr bequem, große Kühl-Gefrierkombination, super Küche, Klimaanlage ist Gold wert. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. .Danke für einen wunderschönen Urlaub, den wir nie vergessen werden. 👍

We were more than please with this Villa. The view is outstanding and the Villa it’s self is first class. Toller Urlaub!
Wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung! Etwas fleißige Nachbarn, viel Geräuschkulisse beim Rasenmähem, Gartenarbeit etc. abgesehen davon hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und vor allem den großzügigen Pool und die Wahnsinns Aussicht sehr genossen. Für einen Familienurlaub ideal. Wifi eher schleppend, sollte aber im Urlaub auch keine Prio haben. Kosten für Bettwäsche nicht ganz im Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht. Danke dennoch für eine super Woche und Valerie für das herzliche Willkommen!

Een erg fijn huis, nog mooier dan de foto’s op de website. Ruim opgezet allemaal, mooie meubels en afwerking binnen en buiten. Zwembad heel fijn, dus prima villa om weer een keer terug te keren.

This is a really nice villa. The check in was easy and we were left in peace. The town of St Aygulf is a bit limited, bit there are some nicer places a short drive away.

We have just returned from a 2-week stay in the villa, our first family trip to France. It was by far the best villa we have ever rented. Gerard was there to meet us on arrival, having kept in touch with us via text beforehand. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. We loved the Weber gas BBQ! The pool was excellent, our kids were in it every day, and Gerard maintained it twice a week.
In terms of location - it was perfect for us to explore the Cote d'Azur. We had a hire car and picked a different destination almost every day. Our furthest trips were to Monaco to the east, and Toulon to the west, both of which involved a drive of about 1 hour 50 minutes.
There is plenty to do in and around Saint-Aygulf, Frejus and Saint-Raphael, especially if you like waterspots (paragliding, kayaking, jetskiiing etc). There is also an Aqualand water park nearby which we happily spent a day at. There are many good restaurants as well. We did most of our grocery shopping in the huge Geant Casino supermarket about 10 minutes from the villa. There was also a smaller but well-stocked Contact supermarket a similar distance away.
We had a fantastic holiday. If (or more likely, when) we return to the south of France, we will have no hesitation in renting this villa again. Thank you, Gerard, for looking after us so well.

A wonderful house!
We had a fantastic week in this house in St. Aygulf, close to the shops and beaches. The house is very convenient and the outdoor area and pool are lovely too and the views are spectacular. It's one of the best houses we have ever rented! We were told by the manager that next year the bedroom downstairs will have airconditioning as well. We really recommend this house to other people.

Magnifique villa pres de la mer !
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique villa haut de gamme durant 2 semaines en juillet 2012. Nous etions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants de 8 a 10 ans) et avons profite du confort de la maison ainsi que de la terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur la baie. Nous avons par ailleurs ete tres bien accueillis par Mr Gerard qui a toujours ete disponible. Saint Aygulf presente l'avantage de ne pas être completement embouteille, contrairement a Sainte Maxime en cette saison (on peut facilement faire des courses, petits commences et traiteurs). Nous allions frequemment au restaurant sur les Issambres ou Ste Maxime en 10 a 15 minutes. La piscine est grande et tres agreable avec ses deux plages. La plage de St Aygulf est egalement tres bien pour les familles. La villa est au calme (pas de route bruyante).

Excellents souvenirs
Nous vous recommandons fortement cette villa qui est vraiment très agréable à vivre, vous y retrouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un super séjour. Avons vraiment tous (adultes, ados et enfants) été ravis de ces 2 semaines passées dans cette belle maison ... De plus il faut le souligner l'accueil y a été très chaleureux !!! Nous n'avons manqué de rien ... Sincèrement si vous souhaitez tout comme nous passer de belles vacances dans cette mangifique région, n'hésitez pas à profiter de cette maison qui ne pourra j'en suis sure QUE vous ravir ... bonnes vacances à vous !

Vacances de rêve. Villa de standing.
Décoration sobre mais de bon goût.
Matériaux de qualité et maison fonctionnelle.
Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons apprécié le grand studio plein Sud en rez de jardin avec les porte-fenêtres donnant directement sur la piscine , et les visites régulières du "régisseur" pour l'entretien de la piscine ou du jardin, soucieux du bon fonctionnement de la maison.
Nous avons consulté le press book et les bonnes adresses de la région.

Idéalement située. A recommandée
Nous recommandant cette maison dans ce bourg aux nombreux commerçants. Ballades aux alentours dans le Var et dans les Alpes Maritimes. Proximité des plages et des ports de plaisances.
Bon accueil par l'agent intermédiaire des propriétaires dont c'est une résidence secondaire. Il est venu comme précisé par lui-même, deux fois par semaines. Ceci afin de répondre à nos diverses demandes particulières et contribuer à l'entretien de la piscine.
Maison très spacieuse avec de beaux volumes, propre et fonctionnelle. Fidèle aux photos présentées dans l'annonce.
Dans la maison principale, au rez de chaussée, il y a une suite parentale avec télé et dans la salle de bain une douche et une baignoire ainsi que meuble à deux vasques.
A l'étage deux chambres + salle de bain, douche + wc individuel et bureau en mezzanine et balcon extérieur. Une première chambre avec lit 2 personnes 160cm. Une deuxième chambre avec deux lits simples.
Il y a une dépendance (grand studio) avec un lit deux personnes ainsi qu'un canapé convertible avec salle de bain douche et wc, au niveau inférieur. Par lequel nous accédions de la grande terrasse et l'escalier menant vers le niveau inférieur où est située la piscine (portillon en haut de l'escalier pour la sécurité des enfants). Deux portes vitrées extérieures pour y accèder. Détail intéréssant : un accès intérieur mène vers le garage, qui lui aussi communique avec la maison principale.
Dans toute la maison, il y a d'importants espaces de rangements qui la rende fonctionnelle. Maison de villégiature spacieuse et climatisée. La cuisine bien équipée en outils, accessoires et vaisselles, nous a permis de recevoir du monde et de la famille habitant dans la région.
En réponse aux remarques négatives : Non, les bols sont bien des bols pour les petits déjeuners. A défauts, voir avec les assiettes à soupes pour une plus grandes contenance. Les draps effectivement étaient dépareillés mais nous ont permis de bien dormir quand même.
Nous sommes satisfait du service de nettoyage qui intervient comme toute location en fonction des départs et des arrivées des différents locataires et dont nous étions informé des horaires.
A moins de ne pas lire ou traduire correctement l'annonce, il faudrait être de mauvaise foi pour ne pas être satisfait. Le produit est fidèle à l'annonce.
Depuis plusieurs années (été comme hivers), nous réservons des locations via abritel et nous n'avons jamais de mauvaises surprises.

La maison est très agréable, moderne et parfaitement équipée.
Elle bénéficie de surcroît d'une belle vue sur la mer, magnifique à partir de la terrasse.
L'accueil a été chaleureux, et le séjour s'est donc déroulé dans les meilleures conditions.
Excellentes vacances, donc, que nous comptons très prochainement renouveler.

S'abstenir
Nous avons loué (2 couples et 4 jeunes enfants) cette maison en Août 2011 qui ne répondait pas du tout à ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre compte tenu du niveau de standing présenté dans l'annonce. Description de la maison: une chambre en sous-sol (sans accès direct dans la maison) qui jouxte le garage (Donc accessible par le garage à voture depuis la maison) n'est pas explicite dans l'annonce. Cette chambre ne peut être utilisée avec de jeunes enfants. Cela ressemble plus à une chambre de service. La capacité de la maison est donc plutôt 6 que 8 pour un confort requis. Equipement et état de la maison: La maison n'est pas neuve comme dit dans le titre de l'annonce. La cuisine est insuffisament équipée pour 8 personnes (il nous a fallu réclamer une poele car il n'y en avait qu'une seule petite, il n' y a pas 8 bols de taille normale pour le petit déjeuner). Le salon de jardin en PVC est de qualité médiocre et ne permet pas d'être à 8 pour prendre les repas. Les draps loués ne sont pas assortis pour un même ensemble de lit (draps et taies). Une douche était inutilisable à notre arrivée du fait de joints défectueux. Plusieurs bains de soleils sont cassés. Les poubelles n'étaient pas vidées le jour de notre arrivée. Relations désastreuses avec le gestionnaire de la maison: La location n'est pas gérée par le propriétaire (aucun contact avec lui) mais par un agent immobilier. Ce gestionnaire intervient dans la maison comme bon lui semble (sans prévenir) au cours du séjour. Une première fois pour faire des réparations et la seconde fois, il est entré dans la villa avec deux femmes de ménage le jour du départ dès 9h sans s'annoncer! Habitués de locations depuis plusieurs années sur Abritel, nous n'avons jamais connu pareille mésaventure qui plus est pour une maison supposée de standing. C'est aussi la première fois que nous avons eu à traiter avec un gestionnaire et non le propriétaire en direct. S'abstenir
