About this house rental

Tastefully restored with noble materials (coatings hemp, oak floor ...), this pretty house was originally a barn which it has retained all the charm. Located on a property of 2 ha, without vis-à-vis, the house overlooks a shady glade, where it is possible to camp, and gives access to the river and swimming.
The terrace like the house face south. The large living room is bright and is organized around a central stove a kitchen and dining area, a comfortable lounge and a bunk that can serve double bed or reclining according envy.
The arrangement of beds is inspired by the atmosphere of the fold: in the bedroom, 1 double bed and 2 single beds height reached by a small scale, and in the living room a double bed near the stove .
The house is well insulated: it keeps the freshness in the heart of summer, and rainy days, the stove converts quickly into a cocoon.
Access swimming 50 meters.
Notice to climbers: it is 5 min walk to 4 climbing sites!
The house is located 7 minutes drive from all amenities.

The house itself is very nice and cosy but it wasn’t very clean, there was an ant issue in the kitchen area; they were on the kitchen counter and dining room table and they were with many. Bed was very comfortable as was the shower. We left the next day though because the outside was not at all what we expected. The patio is very small, just fits the picknick table. The way to the river is pretty steep and without any stairs. Being with 2 small dogs, of which one blind and a husband waiting for hip surgery, this was not ideal at all. It would mean that the dogs had to be on their leash all the time when outside and we would just stay above. Besides that, it was very bushy, sure the pictures show trees (which can be very nice on hot days) but in real there was not a whole lot of sunshine that could reach the patio. Also the area near the river was pretty bushy. I think it would be a good thing to mention on the site that the area around the house is not suitable for everyone. Again: the house itself is really nice though. Still waiting for a reply from the owner, but never heard from him again, too bad.

Bon moment, nous avons bien profité de la terrasse, du salon. Nous n’avons pas fait de canoë un peu lourd à déplacer jusqu’à la rivière

parfaites finitions de la construction, tout a été fait avec coeur, bien décoré, fonctionnel propre et très confortable. Le son y est très agréable grace au beau parquet collé et le canoe à dispo parfait

Top ! Grand terrain accessible à la baignade Le canoë est un + Calme, dépaysant, pas de voisin... Coupure totale avec le quotidien assurée Nous étions accompagnés de nos 2 chiens qui ont eux aussi fort apprécié leur séjour Nous recommandons vivement !

Superbe location, rénovée avec goût. Tranquillité absolue et à côté des sentiers de randonnées. Accès direct à la rivière. Il y a de très beaux petites villages a visiter aux alentours. Merci pour cette location, nous reviendrons certainement, cordialement M.SAFFRAY, Melle EON et leurs 2 chiens husky Sibérien.

Un petit havre de paix

Nous étions un groupe d'amis et avons passé un séjour très sympathique. La rivière à deux pas, les petits villages à quelques bornes, les randonnées et le calme absolu dans cette maison entièrement refaite et très agréable. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, nous sommes conquis !! On recommande vivement :)

Great property on a superb location, Just a few meters from the river for great swimfun or some canoying close by a nice litlle village with a great market on sunday and a centre with a square for your typical French experience a place we certainly come back ones more

Ce gîte est magnifique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le cadre est parfait, au calme. Nous avons bien profité des chemins de randonnées environnants, du poele, du barbecue. Nous y reviendrons très certainement, notamment pour grimper dans les environs. Rien à redire sur la qualité de ce gite.

Le gîte est très agréable et ne manque de rien. Le cadre est calme et magnifique avec un canoë kayak à disposition pour se promener sur la rivière en contrebas. Nos enfants ont adoré. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui est très sympathique. La localisation est également idéale pour partir en randonnées ou visiter les villages aux alentours (penne, bruniquel, puycelsi ...). Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute et le recommandons.

L'endroit est parfait pour qui aime la tranquillité et la solitude. Idéal pour se ressourcer en pleine nature. Excepté le bruit parfois de quelques voitures ou moto sur la route ( qui serpente dans une vallée encaissée et donne donc de l'écho ), l'endroit est parfaitement tranquille et agréable. L'habitation est confortable , bien aménagée et restaurée avec goût. On s'y sent bien, comme chez soi. Il suffit de parcourir quelques dizaines de mètres sur un chemin privé pour profiter du cadre idyllique de l'aveyron.Un canöe est également à disposition pour de belles balades sur l'eau en fin d'après-midi ( mieux vaut éviter la journée, où l'on croise des dizaines d'embarcation). Les alentours sont très attrayants et charmants: Penne, Bruniquel, le marché de Saint-Antonin, Cordes sur Ciel... Bref, un très bel endroit à recommander .

Maison cachée dans la colline, au milieu des cigales et des papillons, un véritable havre. Au bas coule la rivière, où nous nous sommes baigné tous les jours. La bergerie reste fraîche malgré les fortes chaleurs, l'intérieur est très harmonieux et fonctionnel. une adresse enchanteresse !

Very atmospheric house in the middle of woodland and with private access to the river. Beautifully renovated house that has been thoughtfully decorated to gel with its surroundings. We swam every day in the river and the canoe was the icing on the cake!

Der Aufenthalt in diesem rustikalen und geschmackvollen Haus, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für alle Menschen die absolute Ruhe suchen, hervorragend geeignet. Das Haus selber ist sauber, und mit allem notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in St. Antonin. Das Haus selber ist schwer zu finden, Navigationsgerät ist nutzlos. Gruß Oliver

Un endroit plus qu'agréable, bucolique!! Pour nos 1ères vacances en vacances en famille, juste magique! Lieu calme, reposant, à l'abris des regards. Un propriétaire très sympa et disponible. De très belles balades à proximité (VTT, canoë, randonnée et visites des villages médiévaux). Gite rénové avec goût et bcp de charme!! Bravo, et merci!
