Très bon séjour entre amis
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos amis. La villa est très belle et la vue magnifique.
Martine est très sympathique. Elle nous a même fait découvrir des spécialités locales ! :-)
Par contre elle et son mari habitent sous le logement. Nous avons été surpris pensant avoir un logement complet. De plus, cela implique de faire attention au bruit le soir.

Un seul mot parfait
La villa est idéalement située avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, prestation exceptionnelle. Des propriétaires disponibles et discrets et de très bon conseils. Nous étions entre amis et avons pu profiter de la piscine le matin et le soir avec comme vue le diamant. La villa est située à proximité de tous les sites touristiques. Nous espérons revenir à nouveau pour déguster à nouveau le planteur de Martine. Merci merci

Belle prestation dans un lieu féerique
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour à Saint Luce. L’accueil a été formidable avec des produits locaux préparés à notre attention. Martine et Frantz ont répondus à toutes nos interrogations et nous ont conseillés sur les lieux à visiter. Pour nous éviter de chercher, nous avons été accueillis à l’aéroport, et ont nous a proposé de nous accompagner pour le retour.
La villa située dans les sommets de Sainte Luce, nous offre une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes, cette vue est également possible depuis la piscine. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de climatisation, et la cuisine est spacieuse et bien équipée. La voiture est garée dans une cour fermée.

un seul mot : la perfection !
Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances et avons aussi bien été charmés par l'île et ses habitants que par la villa et les propriétaires qui nous y ont accueillis.
Tout était parfait, la villa est spacieuse et très confortable, parfaitement située sur les hauteurs de Sainte Luce, extrêmement bien équipé, et d'une propreté irréprochable.
La vue y est magnifique, et le quartier très calme. Elle correspondait donc parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions.
Martine et Frantz sont aussi discrets qu'attentionnés. Nous recommandons sans aucun point négatif cette villa et espérons y revenir un jour !

au paradis à la villa Paradyse!
Située sur les hauteurs de sainte Luce, la villa est très agréable, et fraiche.
la vue à 180° sur la mer est imprenable et file jusqu'à l'ile de sainte Lucie. la piscine est parfaite, vaste et très propre. la cuisine est très bien équipée ainsi que la totalité de la maison. les chambres sont climatisées, idéal pour bien dormir! Un lieu parfait pour des vacances de rêves en Martinique. Martine et Frantz, les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et leurs accras sont les meilleurs de toute l'ile!! nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Super séjour en Martinique
Super séjour dans une villa à la vue superbe. Tout le confort nous est offert, avec de grandes chambres une cuisine moderne la piscine. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. La maison est idéalement placée à 20 minutes de l aéroport mais surtout tout proche de la nationale ce qui permet de vite se déplacer pour faire le tour de l île.
Martine et Franz sont très gentil et surtout de bons conseils pour les balades et les Resto.

Bonheur, quiétude "LE PARADYSE"
une maison magnifique avec comme son nom l'indique une vue paradisiaque
que du bonheur. Nous avons séjourné 15 jours avec mes enfants. La quiétude, le calme, le confort, la piscine et tout cela sur un fond d'océan. Que demande le peuple. Et merci à Martine pour son accueil et ses petits soins. Toujours un sourire, et un mot gentil. De plus nous avons eu la surprise arrivant tard, d'avoir sur notre table un repas et un petit déjeuner à notre disposition avec des produits fait par Martine.
Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir à la villa paradyse et d'en parler autour de nous, à nos amis et famille. A très bientôt Martine. Nous vous embrassons

Très bon souvenir de ce séjour
Pour ce séjour à 2 couples, nous avions chacun un espace privatif bien séparé en plus de vastes espaces communs.
La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Les chambres sont meublées de façon simple, mais très propres avec une bonne literie.
Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et de sa vue superbe sur la mer ainsi que de la piscine bien entretenue par Frantz.
Nous nous sommes régalés avec le poisson grillé cuisiné par Martine et avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions personnelles durant notre séjour.
Un seul petit point noir, pour notre avis personnel : la route d'accès est sinueuse et pentue, mais une autre route moins difficile dessert aussi la propriété.
Quartier calme et Ste Luce est bien située pour les excursions dans tout le sud de la Martinique. Pour aller dans le nord de l'île en passant par Ford de France, le samedi est certainement le meilleur jour (beaucoup moins de circulation).
Merci à Martine et Frantz pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion tout en étant présent si besoin est.

Juste Magnifique !!!!!!!!
Une villa d'exception, avec une super vue à 180° sur la mer des caraïbes.
La villa est très bien entretenue, spacieuse et lumineuse.
Elle est très propre et tout confort : électroménager, vaisselle, internet en Wifi.
Les chambres sont toutes climatisées et équipées de moustiquaires (je préfère perso) bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour se reposer.
Le charme de cette villa est sa grande terrasse où il fait bon prendre son petit déjeuner avec pour décor, juste derrière la piscine : la mer des caraïbes, le rocher du Diamant et la "femme couchée". Lorsque le ciel est dégagé, on aperçoit facilement (de jour comme de nuit) l'île de Sainte Lucie qui vient compléter ce panorama de carte postale... Bref, que du bonheur.
Je vous conseille fortement de faire la sieste dans un des nombreux Hamac sur la terrasse, ou de "siroter" votre "ti punch", en toute quiétude, sur les transats de la magnifique piscine.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, d'une gentillesse sans égale, ils nous ont mis a l'aise immédiatement et nous ont donnés des conseils sur les sites et plages à visiter sur l'île.
La villa est bien située à 5 min du bourg de Sainte Luce en voiture et à 2 min du carrefour market (très, très pratique pour les courses d'appoint).
Bref une villa que je recommande sans hésitation pour sa beauté, sa situation géographique et la gentillesse des ses propriétaires.

Villa de standing.... , non villa tout simplement
Les propriétaires en sont pas à proximité, mais sur place. Ils occupent en permanence le bas de la villa. Nous aurions apprécié de le savoir à la réservation.
Beau salon séjour, mais privilégier la superficie des chambres aurait été plus judicieux, seule la chambre parentale est spacieuse. Pas de rangement ou peu dans les autres chambres, la superficie de l'une d'elle doit faire 7m²... La salle de bain mériterait des accessoires plus récents (mitigeur, paroi de baignoire, etc...).
Une note positive tout de même ! la piscine (très propre) et la vue sur Sainte Luce et Sainte Lucie.

Un séjour parfait
Magnifique maison, parfaite pour y séjourner avec un groupe d'amis. La piscine avec vue mer permet de s'amuser et de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur, tout en profitant d'une vue à couper le souffle. Vous pourrez même apercevoir les lumières de Ste Lucie. L'accueil des propriétaires est charmant et vous ne vous lasserez pas des accras et des boudins créoles de Martine :)

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable en famille (nous étions 8 : grand-parents, enfants, petits-enfants), dans un quartier calme, loin de la foule et avec une belle vue sur la mer. Nous vons apprécié la cusine bien équipée en ustensiles pour une grande famille.
Les enfants ont profité avec joie de la piscine.
Nous remercions Martine et Frantz pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. De plus Martine est une excellente cuisinière !

PARADYSE ET BELLE VUE
Une villa où on se sent bien dés l'arrivée , tout est conforme au descriptif ,une seule chose surprend si l'on peut dire!!! c'est la vue le premier matin au petit -déjeuner ,extraordinaire on se sent tout de suite en vacances et ce point de vue est inoubliable.
L'accueil de Martine et sont mari est parfait , tout est préparé pour que les vacances soient sans souci;
Nous étions 8 adultes et 2 petits enfants chacun était dans des conditions de confort trés correct;
La situation de la villa nécessite un ou plusieurs véhicules mais la martinique implique qu'on la visite ,cette ile a tellement de possibiltés;
Pour les loisirs , nous faisons de la plongée et nous recommandons le club de ST LUCE PLONGEE,je précise que mon épouse est paraplégique et que le bateau est pratique et les moniteurs sont compétents;

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour c'est une maison spacieuse, un cadre très agréable. Je vous conseil en revanche d'avoir un véhicule pour vous déplacer car les commerces sont un peu loin. Mais j'avoue que quand nous sommes à la villa on n'a pas trop envie de bouger juste se prélasser dans la piscine et profiter du calme pour se reposer. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques je vous recommande cette location et je reviendrais c'est sur encore merci pour votre confiance.

Maison fort agréable offrant tout le confort nécessaire,située en hauteur dans un quartier résidentiel, tranquillité assurée avec une vue sur la mer et l'île voisine de Sainte-Lucie. Chaque chambre a sa touche particulière. Terrasse spacieuse et piscine propices pour les séances de bronzage. Immense salle de séjour avec un haut plafond belle cuisine aménagée. A proximité de la plage et des commerces. Ce n'est pas juste une maison de vacances c'est un véritable lieu de vie. Je m'y sentais si bien que je me suis surpris à rester à la maison avec mes amis sans ressentir le besoin de sortir. Les propriétaires ont tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise.

Maison fort agréable offrant tout le confort nécessaire,située en hauteur dans un quartier résidentiel, tranquillité assurée avec une vue sur la mer et l'île voisine de Sainte-Lucie. Chaque chambre a sa touche particulière. Terrasse spacieuse et piscine propices pour les séances de bronzage. Immense salle de séjour avec un haut plafond belle cuisine aménagée. A proximité de la plage et des commerces. Ce n'est pas juste une maison de vacances c'est un véritable lieu de vie. Je m'y sentais si bien que je me suis surpris à rester à la maison avec mes amis sans ressentir le besoin de sortir. Les propriétaires ont tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise.
