About this apartment rental
Possibility to be flexible in terms of dates on request to the owner. Reservations are set up from Saturday to Saturday.
At the foot: you can access it without removing the skis! 50 meters from the ski lifts and the ski school.

Excellente location pour des skieurs
L'immeuble est à 10 mètres du départ de 2 remontées mécaniques d'Arc 1800.
L'accès pour le ski et les commerces est proche et pratique.
L'appartement dispose d'un volume jour lumineux et vaste avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée.
Le propriétaire s'est montré très réactif et disponible pour de petits problèmes rencontrés

Appartement idéal aux pieds des pistes
Appartement très bien aménagé, avec belle pièce de vie et vue magnifique, vraiment aux pieds des pistes et à proximité immédiate de tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour au ski.
Bien équipé, il manque seulement un espace où ranger le matériel de ski.
Le propriétaire a été disponible et réactif malgré la distance.
On recommande !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'été dans cet appartement très bien situé à Arc 1800. Très bonnes prestations et superbe vue sur la vallée. Nombreuses activités pour les familles dans la station.

Vue, plaisant et pratique
Nous avons passé un excellent sejour, l'appartement est vraiment plaisant, la vue extra, et bien adapté pour le nombre que nous étions (7), avec les 3 SdBains très pratiques.
Proximité immédiate des commerces et des pistes (en bas de la residence). Par ailleurs très bien équipé, notamment pour la fondue et la raclette, c'est ce qu'on recherche quand on est à la montagne!

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et très bien situé
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement qui est spacieux, très agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé au sein de la station les Arcs 1800. Tout est à proximité (commerces, restaurant, télécabines, bars, activités pour les enfants, départs de rando....).
Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

Excellent localisation pour famille avec enfants en cours de ski
L appartement est très bien situé dans la station tout en offrant une très belle vue sur la vallée.
L équipement de cuisine est complet (nespresso, machine à raclette, lave vaisselle...)
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de février.

Appartement bien situé.
Bien situé et très accessible. Par contre pas de 3ème chambre mais un BZ sur un palier où tout le monde passe pour aller aux toilettes donc inconfortable.

UNE VUE ET UN EMPLACEMENT EXCEPTIONNELS
Appartement idéalement situé, très proche des commerces au pied de l'immeuble côté vallée, du départ du Transarc pour les randonnées montagnes et des différentes activités proposées par la station (tout est dans un rayon de 300 m).
Nous avons passé deux semaines avec nos petits enfants et la configuration de l'appartement sur deux niveaux permet d'y séjourner confortablement.
Magnifique vue sur la vallée à 180 degrés avec soleil couchant.
Deux bémols toutefois : la raideur des escaliers et les nuisances sonores liées à la proximité de quelques bars/restaurants.

Spacieux, pratique et très bien situé.
Appartement spacieux et pratique (nous étions 6) et surtout très bien situé ayant un accès très proche, facile et rapide aussi bien aux remontées mécaniques qu’aux divers magasins.
Que cela soit pour le centre du village ou pour la remontée mécanique (ski au pied) je pense qu’il n'aurait pas été possible de faire encore plus près.
Les 3 salles de bain (et 2 w.c.) sont vraiment un plus quand on est plusieurs, sans compté le fait que plusieurs appareils électriques sont mis à notre disposition (avec un gros plus pour l'accès WiFi disponible gratuitement)
De plus, le fait que les lits soient à l'étage est un bonus quand certains sont fatigués et ont envie d'aller dormir plus tôt sans que ceux qui se trouvent en bas ne les empêchent de dormir à cause du bruit.
En gros si vous êtes entre 5 et 8 personne, je recommande vivement cet appartement.
Et cerise sur le gâteau, le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et toujours prêt à vous répondre à la moindre question par téléphone.

Super situation, au pied des pistes!
L'appartement est très bien situé au cœur de la station des arcs 1800. Il est confortable et avec une jolie vue sur la vallée. Le salon est particulièrement spacieux et agréable! Et les trois salles de bains sont très appréciables!!
Quelques petits bemols: il est annoncé 3 chambres alors qu'il n'y en a que deux (1 avec un lit double et une avec 3 lits simples dont 1 lit superposé), et un canapé lit double sur le palier. Il n'y avait pas de tapis de bain ni de torchon (détails mais bon a savoir).
En conclusion nous avons passé un très bon séjour!

Nice apartment in fantastic location
This is a fantastic apartment in a superb location. We were a family of four (with a mix of beginners and advanced skiers) and the apartment was very spacious. The apartment is exceptionally well located not only for the main lifts/gondolas, but also for the swimming pool in Mille 8, which we used a lot as we have two small children (highly recommended).
The owner was hugely helpful throughout with any queries we had, both before and after our stay. Our security deposit was returned within a couple of days of the end of our trip.
There were a few issues with the managing agent rather than the apartment itself:
On arrival, there was an extremely long wait before we were able to collect the keys. When we finally got to the apartment, there was no bed linen or towels, which we had booked. So we had to go back and queue again to request these. We were told they would deliver them to the room while we were out having dinner. Some linen and towels were delivered, but unfortunately there was still no bedding for the double bed, and by the time we realised, the agency was closed. We had to go again the following day to request the additional linen.
We did not find the apartment very clean. We often took items from the kitchen cupboards to find them dirty.
We also found the floors dirty - I walked round barefoot and my feet were black on the bottom. We were very careful to take our shoes off before entering the apartment, so it was not dirt created by us.
The owner was most apologetic when we mentioned this and apparently the agency chose a new firm for the cleaning, so he is going to complain. Hopefully this will sort out the minor complaint we had.
It does seem odd that we still had to clean the kitchen at the end of our stay even though we had paid for cleaning. We were aware of this at the time of booking, but we would have preferred not to do any cleaning at all, as we had an early transfer Saturday morning.
Regarding the apartment itself, overall it was excellent. The only comment is that it got extremely hot, even without any heating on, perhaps because it was a particularly hot/sunny week that we were there. At night this was the biggest problem, as it was very noisy outside until about 3am with the windows open, but really hot with the windows closed. I’m not sure what can be done about that, but it did cause a few restless nights.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday, this is a well located apartment and we would stay here again.

Idéal pour tous
Appartement confortable, très bien placé et bien équipé. On sent que le propriétaire y séjourne et la personnalisation dans le décor, ce qui le rend plus chaleureux. A 2 pas des commerces, la parking au pied de l'immeuble et les pistes à la porte, dirigé sud-ouest avec beaucoup de luminosité et une vue splendide, il est idéal pour les skieurs et les accompagnants. A recommander.

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour avec nos petits-enfants.
L'appartement est très agréable, très bien situé par rapport aux commerces et aux activités, très ensoleillé.
Nous avons apprécié le séjour, spacieux et les 3 salles de bains ( rarissime à la montagne! )
L'appartement n'était pas très propre quand nous sommes arrivés mais cela était dû aux locataires précédents ( apparemmment, le ménage n'avait pas été fait par la société Alpissime....)
Mr Bon a toujours été très facile à joindre.
Nous comptons bien revenir l'année prochaine :)

Séjour parfait
L'appartement est très agréable pour 8 personnes, le salon est très spacieux. 3 SDB est un véritable avantage.
Au pied des pistes, idéal pour partir skier. En plein centre, à quelques mètres seulement des commerces (Sherpa, boulangerie, restaurant front de neige, boutiques...).

Un très bel appartement idéalement situé au pied des pistes avec une vue splendide
Avec 3 pièces d'eau et des WC séparés, cet appartement offre un confort très rare et très appréciable après de belles journées de ski dans le magnifique domaine skiable des Arcs.
Les jeunes enfants peuvent se rendre seuls aux cours de ski et sur la piste de luge qui sont aux pieds de l'immeuble.
Les parents peuvent garer leur voiture dans le parking souterrain et faire leurs courses dans le Sherpa situés aussi aux pieds de l'immeuble.
Des conditions idéales pour des vacances en famille !

Appartement très sympa, chaud, vue impressionnante, 3 salles de bains pour 8 personnes c'est royal, et au pied des pistes, que demander de plus ?
Ah si, en étant tatillon, peut être un emplacement pour les affaires de ski, mais tout à fait gérable avec le balcon pour les skis et près d'un radiateur pour les chaussures.

Building is built above the villards car park.
There are only 2 bedrooms, so we did use the sofabed on the landing which was fine, but please note that the door to the upstairs toilet is literally next to the bed.
Beautiful views over the valley, very sunny (In March). Skiing was excellent - This is the 3rd time we've skied in this area. Plenty of bars / restaurants nearby. Benji's was very good for families & burgers are huge!
Kitchen was very small but very well equipped. Hob was slow to get going, and oven is microwave sized but we managed very well - just don't expect to cook anything complex. Sherpa supermarket is behind the apartment - great to pick up bread croissants first thing in the morning.
No wifi in the apartment, you can opt to pay for Wifi in the tournavelles building, but if you stand out the front of the building, you can get free Paradiski wifi! Plus most cafes and bars have wifi too.
Overall, great apartment, centrally located and well equipped with lots of space for a large family or 2 families travelling together.
Excellent communication with the owner Phillippe, would not hesitate to book again.

The big gripe though is that THIS IS NOT A 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT. The third bedroom is an open space at the top of the stairs through which everyone must pass to get to the other bedrooms. It has a folding sofa bed and whoever sleeps there has no privacy. As it happened it was ok for our party, but it wouldn't suit everyone, and I think everyone should know the score before they book.

The apartment was as described and comfortable. It was conveniently positioned close to the slopes with easy access to gondola and chair lifts. Skiing in the area suits all level of competancy from beginner to advanced with varied types of terrain. We found Les Arcs 1800 very friendly and welcoming both in the town and on the slopes. There were plently of well-priced restaurants within easy reach of the apartment and a useful supermarket virtually outside the apartment complex. We would recommend Skiset at Tournavelles 2 for ski hire. Arc Adventures provided excellent lessons for the two beginners in our group, and private lessons were also of a very high standard. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment and there is every possibility that we will return again.
