Booked this apartment for 3 days whilst we came to Brussels for a weekend trip. It was just a 5 minute walk to the station (super close) and really easy to find!! We requested an earlier check in and Michelle (the property manager) accommodated to our requirements easily! She welcomed us at the apartment, showed us around and ensured we understood where everything was etc. The property was very clean and modern. Michelle also messaged us half way through our stay, checking in and ensuring we were okay (so thoughtful!) The property is a quick scooter ride to town or a short 20 min walk. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of tea, coffee, jams, butter, cereal and even various snacks! The bathroom had a great shower. There is construction in front of this property however everything is still easily accessible. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very difficulty to access the property due to construction in from of the property, the place could has been cleaner.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung in Bahnhofsnähe mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und ruhiger Lage im Hinterhof (trotz Baustelle an der Straße!). Alle zentralen Attraktionen Brüssels sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden aufs freundlichste von Michelle empfangen. Jederzeit wieder.

Court séjour très agréable. Michèle s’est montrée bienveillante à notre égard et les lieux étaient plus qu’appréciable. Je recommande !

Tout s’est très bien passé . Nous avons apprécié l’appartement, le fait d’avoir un parking et la proximité du centre. Le seul inconvénient était le quartier moyennement agréable à proximité d’une gare avec beaucoup de travaux pour le futur métro. Mais cela devrait être momentané .

Apparently there was a misunderstanding for the day we were to arrive. There was no one to meet us, and the apartment had not been cleaned. There were very friendly neighbors who contacted the building manager. The building manager called the owner, who then reached out to the apartment manager. The apartment manager was wonderful. Michelle is very sweet and tries very hard to provide a good experience. The apartment owner is not the best at communicating. This was true throughout our booking process. We had to make a lot of changes because of changes made by the airlines to our flights. It was also unclear in the original booking that we had book for at least 3-4 people in order to have access to all of the property. That information did not show up until our last payment. It might be a good idea to give Michelle access to the bookings. She had absolutely no idea we were arriving. It is a bit of a dicey neighborhood and it was uncomfortable standing on the street for as long as we did. The apartment itself is ok. It could use an update on furnishings, mattresses, and some rugs would be nice on that cold concrete floor. It worked for our purposes. Close to the train station, a couple of stores close by for small goods, and very private and secure once you are through the gates. I would stay there again, but I would also make sure that Michelle knows I'm coming. And I want to add that after a day of 20000 steps that shower is badly needed. It is superb. There has been a great deal of attention given to the bathrooms.

Michelle the property manager was gracious and friendly. The property was in an ok area but was very safe and secure. It's a quick scooter ride to the main tourist area. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again.

The apartment was spacious with a firm but comfortable bed. Michele who met us worked very hard to make sure the apartment was clean and to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very responsive to our requests. The fresh bread and milk and juice were a nice touch. Newer kitchen that is pretty well equipped. Nearby are small grocery stores. I got the impression they had only recently started to rent out again so they were working out some of the kinks. The floor is painted cement so I recommend bringing slippers. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. The street nearby has major construction going on so access across some parts of the street were blocked off. Also many areas around the construction site had trash around it. Use the directions they give you as Google’s route takes longer and is less pleasant due to construction. It was conveniently located near Midi train station and another metro stop even closer. It took about 20 minutes to get to Grand Place.

Bien que localisé dans un quartier peu agréable, le loft est particulièrement confortable. Il est de plus situé à l'écart du boulevard animé, et nous avons passé un séjour au calme ! De plus, les divers quartiers de Bruxelles sont accessibles, à pied ou en transports en commun. Mais ce que nous retiendrons surtout, c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Michèle, qui prend le temps de tout expliquer pour l'appartement, et multiplie les diverses attentions pour notre bien être (comme le bon gros pain et les confitures par exemple !!).

Appartement grand, propre et très bien équipé. En 15 minutes à pied on est dans le centre de Bruxelles. Merci

Au top logement identique à la description comme en photo. Michèle qui accueille est très sympathique, gentille et à des petites attentions pour vous ( pain , jus d’orange). Et prend le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement. Et Sylvain répond au questions qu’on peut se poser très rapidement. Passer un superbe séjour et logement impeccable, bien isolé et bien chauffé.

The place is big. The only problem is that it was difficult to find. I had to call the owner which was at that time is in France, so it was quite an expensive call for me. They should have a sign or something so that guests will know that it was the correct place.

We loved our stay at this location. It is near the train station, which always equals not the very coziest location, and there was construction when we were visiting. However, once you enter the gates of the apartment complex, you feel safe, secure and cozy. The apartment was spacious, clean, welcoming and well-kept. The fancy coffee machine was a lovely bonus. And we were greeted with some cold milk and juice in the refrigerator. Also, my daughter was thrilled to have access to some cartoons and a good channel selection. The lady who greeted us was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommendation this location, and it's so nice to be close to the train station for traveling in and out of the city if you do any day trips. It's just a few blocks to walk there, and not bad walk to other citi attractions.

Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour dans ce loft original. Les deux chambres dont suffisamment éloignées pour préserver le calme et l'intimité des uns et des autres.

appartement sale; manque un rideau occultant dans la chambre à l'entrée; joint de cabine à douche sale et coupé; poignée de l'autre cabine à douche cassée; 11 pots de confiture entamés !!! dans le réfrigérateur lui même très sale ;congélateur complètement rempli de glace et inutilisable; trop plein de l'evier non raccordé à l'évacuation entrainant une mini innondation en présence de Michèle. armoires pleines de vètements?? prises électriques absentes derrière la télé et descellées dans la chambre . J'ai immédiatement informé Michèle de notre mécontentement et prévenu le proprietaire par mail. Si besoin j'ai pris des photos pour montrer la réalité .

Michele es encantadora, con ella todo resulta fácil. El apartamento está muy bien, muy práctico que tenga dos duchas amplias. Está muy bien situado, a 10 minutos andando a la Grand Place y el Palacio de Justicia. Se puede ir andando a todas partes caminando sin usar transporte público. Y junto a una estación de metro. La parcela de garaje viene muy bien porque sino es imposible aparcar. Un apartamento muy recomendable.

Nous avons passé une seule journée, mais je peux dire que nous sommes ravis, Michèle nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance et d attention, belle personne. Le loft est spacieux propre, tout y est, donc parfait.

Appartement agreable spacieux et confortable bien situe par rapport à la gare du Midi et du centre de Bruxelles. Grand merci à Michele qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse , toujours prete à rendre service et conseiller. Dommage pour la superbe machine à faire du cafe qui est tombée en panne à notre arrivée. On a apprecié le pain frais et les jus de fruit achetes pour le petit dejeuner. Tres bon sejour

This place was spacious, wonderful welcome, Michele met us with a fresh loaf of bread and explained everything about the apartment. It was in a secured location close to the train station. I would stay here again when in Brussels.

Muy cerca de la estación de tren Midi y a 20min andando del centro. Recomiendo la casa

Un peu désappointé de trouver un appartement occupé par les affaires du propriétaire. C est surprenant de trouver une situation d air B n B dans le site abritel, qui a vocation à proposer de la location seule.

Excellent nous sommes bien passées logement et bien etc c’est pratique près de la ville où La Grand-Place de Bruxelles Excellent manger frites-gaufres -chocolat etc Dans le métro les gens sont super etc Merci Patricia

El apartamento está muy bien situado, justo al lado de una de las estaciones centrales, y a 10 minutos del centro. Te permite ir andando a la ciudad y cerca hay muchos establecimientos para comer o comprar. Hemos estado muy a gusto!!!!!!
