POOL can be heated optionally; closed by electric roller shutter, with small bath 1. 10m and large bath 1. 80m, located on a landscaped garden of approximately 3500m2; 3 km from the historic center, with shaded pergola 10m x 4. 50m. This is a beautiful villa called "Le Mas de l'Olivier Arles" well known around the world and the tourist office of the city of Arles, located 1.5 km from the very large shopping center or all the big brands are mixed up. Countryside environment where one can meet herds of sheep and sheep grazing peacefully accompanied by the shepherd and the dogs of herds; and also horse breeding.
The natural park of Camargue is not very far with these many species of multicolored birds that can be observed early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
The huge sandy beaches are at the end of the road Camargue Park 35km.
On paying option: 2 bedrooms and bathroom additional toilet (paying option 40 € / night / person.)
It is possible very exceptionally to add 2 extra mattresses on request (20 pers. Max)
From the beginning of June to the end of September, many festivals and events take place in Arles and in all the surrounding towns and villages; for example the Avignon city theater festival in July and the Aix en Provence opera festival in July and the ARLES photo meetings from July to September.
30 km River: between the regional park of Camargue and the regional park of Alpilles very close.
At 15 KM the Alpilles including St Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence.
To discover also its regional festivities (Easter Feria, rice and bullfighting, Southern Festival).

4 / Visits of creeks possible on one or more days with boat driver at your request.
Wakeboard, towed buoy, scuba diving (without supervision). Meals taken on board or at the restaurant in the islands; Boat rental up to 19 people (estimate on request, about 500 €).
5 / Final cleaning (200 €) including the supply and installation of bed linen and linens and some cleaning products.
6 / When the minimum stay period is 7 nights, in the rate grid, it must be understood that this stay must be made per 7 nights minimum with an arrival on Saturday and a departure on Saturday; this only applies to rates of 7 nights minimum.
7 / The rental agreement owner is finalized with you by mail and phone before being sent by email.
8 / Paid option: Late check-out before 19:00 instead of 10:00 = 170 €
