Nice house with private south facing courtyard with trees, 80 m2, table and garden, 5 minutes from the beach and 20 meters from the lime trees. Nice amenities, high quality linen, ethanol fireplace, Nespresso, washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave etc ... Baby cot, stroller and high chair, games and books for children.

The flat was clean and lovely with everything you need to cook a home cooked meal and a spacious children's room with toys and games. The courtyard was our favourite part of the rental with a bbq, lounge chairs a dining table and even a sofa. The mezzanine under the roof was a bit hot to sleep in when the outdoor temperature was high. We loved the proximity (1 min walk) to the town square with a baker, a cafe, restaurants, a fishmonger and cheesemonger. The walk to the beach although under 10 min was a bit far for our whiny 3 and 6 year old, but most people rent bikes and for adults it's of course a short distance. Overall a lovely stay and Marie the caretaker was kind, flexible and helpful.

Kurzurlaub Ile de Re
Gut geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 1 oder 2 Kleinkinder - für Jugendliche sind die Stockbetten zu kurz. Sehr hellhörig.
Der Hof ist schön und nicht einsehbar.
Der Strand in der Nähe ist sehr steinig und wir fanden diesen nicht schön

Wonderful
The cottage looks very nice and has all it needs, really comfortable. Bring your own tablets for the dishwasher and soap for the washing machine, that’s all.
Checking in and out was easy and pleasant, contact very friendly. We cleaned the cottage ourselves so didn’t have to pay €65 for cleaning. We stayed a week in June, a good time of the year as it is not so busy yet. I would absolutely avoid August (don’t know about July). Cycling the island is wonderful, especially near the nature reserve. (Signage could be better.) We have already told all of our friends about our great experience so the cottage will problaby be in high demand from our lot soon.

Très belles vacances sur l'ile de Ré
Logement très bien placé, juste à côté de la grand place du quartier de la Noue, dans une rue très calme. A proximité de la mer et des pistes cyclables pour parcourir toute l'ile.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons été très bien accueilli.
Je recommande cette location.
Le seul petit inconvénient est peut être qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking dans la maison, et les places proches sont payantes le matin (avril à octobre je crois).

Location parfaite pour un couple et deux enfants. La pieced est vie est spacieuse et la cour est très agréable. La maison est très bien placée.
Attention aux têtes dans l’espace nuit des adultes et la salle de bain car c’est mansardé, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné plus que ça. Tout était très propre.

Location meublée avec goût et bien équipée, très fonctionnelle pour des vacances. Sa situation dans une rue piétonne est appréciable car calme bien que proche d'une place passante.

Absolument parfait !
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine malgré la pluie omniprésente. La maison est belle, très confortable, bien équipée, très propre et il ne manque absolument rien !
Je venais en train avec mon petit fils de 4 ans alors la propriétaire a fait en sorte de rassembler un maximum de jeux et livres avec lesquels il n'a cessé de jouer, merci infiniment !
L'intendante qui nous a reçue est charmante et arrangeante sur l'arrivée et le départ.
La maison est bien située au centre de la Noue et à quelques minutes de la mer.
Je reviendrai :-)

Maison très agréable, décorée avec goût et totalement équipée. On peut manger dehors et se détendre. Lieu calme car, c'est ds une rue piétonnière mais, accès à tous commerces à proximité. Petite place à 50 mètres avec le marché ts les jours.
Egalement, restaurants, location de vélo.
Plage à environ 10 minutes à pied.
Petit bémol, compliqué de trouver une place de stationnement.
Je conseille.

Vacances très confortables dans cette maison parfaitement propre et équipée. Un acceuil tout aussi parfait realisé par Anne qui sait répondre à toutes les attentes avec précision et implication.
La situation de la maison est très bonne puisqu'à proximité du marché, des restaurants et des commerces de base.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft
Sehr gute Ausstattung, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen (Zum Markt, Bäcker und Restaurants 50 m). Nur die Zufahrt ist etwas schmal, jedoch waren Parkplätze in der Nähe gut vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

La Noue est un joli village calme. La maison est aussi très bien située, près du marché, location de vélo et des restaurants de la Noue. Pour une semaine en famille parfait. La chambre un peu petite pour des ados. Sinon equipements généreux avec de la jolie vaiselle, machine à café, thè...vraiment tout le nécéssaire. La personne qui acceuille charmante et à disposition,

We thought the accommodation was great overall - and Anne, the lady who let us in was great. The outside space was particularly good. Bigger than we expected. Just a couple of things though... It was tidy, but the sofa was really grubby. There was no corkscrew (essential upon arrival) and my husband had to fix the dribbling shower. Also, with the double bed being on the mezzanine, you could hear the fridge freezer cranking up below on the hour every night. It didn't bother my husband but I'm a light sleeper so needed earplugs.

Super petite maison de village
Très belle petite maison de village, très bien aménagée et avec goût. Maison très très bien équipée pour une famille avec bébé. Jardin/terrasse très agréable pour apéritif et dîner. Proche de la place principale de la noue ce qui présente un vrai plus pour les courses quotidiennes et profiter de la petite vie de village de la Noue. Enfin l’accueil a été parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présentait.

Séjour début 07/2019
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location en tout point conforme aux photos, coquette, bien agencée et dotée de tout le matériel nécessaire (y compris pour un tout petit). Nathalie a été pleine d'attention nous proposant un ventilateur lors des journées particulièrement chaudes et nous apportant des jouets supplémentaires pour nous 2 petits enfants. Le plus est la proximité du petit marché quotidien(poissons, fromages, fruits et légumes locaux) de la boulangerie sans oublié LE manège pour des vacances réussies avec des petits. Le seul bémol, trouvez un stationnement gratuit ne le quittez plus sinon il vous en coutera fort cher.

Home is immaculate and well located. Upon arrival the feel is very welcoming....home is clean and decor is relaxing. Pleasant courtyard welcomes you prior to entering the home. Anne prepares for your arrival with all amenities ready and waiting for you to enjoy a perfect stay. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Séjour très agréable dans cette adorable maison, à la fois fonctionnelle, aménagée avec goût et située au cœur de la Noue avec son marché et ses commerces. À noter l’accueil chaleureux de Anne qui a également contribué à rendre nos vacances plaisantes.

vacances parfaites à La Noue
Des vacances parfaites grâce à une location adorable.
Complètement fidèle aux photos, cette maison est très bien équipée, avec de jolis éléments de décoration, de la belle vaisselle et des photophores pour de jolies tables d'été, tout le confort possible dans les chambres, literie top. La chambre d' enfant est au rdc mais avec la mezzanine on ne se sent pas loin d eux. (pour le lit à étage,nous avons juste apporté notre barrière de lit IKEA qui allait parfaitement sur le lit du bas pour le petit de 2 ans). Il y aussi tout le nécessaire pour des vacances avec un bébé ( chaise haute, poussette, lit bébé)
La cour est très agréable, tout aussi bien équipée, 4 transats, petits fauteuils enfant, grande table, barbecue et un super parasol. Située à 20 m de la place du village dans une impasse adorable, nous n'avons pas pris la voiture des vacances, tout ce qu' il faut au marché, cafés, maison de la presse, manège, super crémier et poissonnier! Contact très chaleureux avec la propriétaire et accueil parfait par Anne. Je recommande vivement.

Zentral gelegen, gute Ausstattung, leider kein Parkplatz
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen; die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist vollständig und hochwertig. Leider hatten wir viel Gepäck und keine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus (die Straße läuft schmal zu und man kommt nicht durch, ohne eine ziemliche Strecke rückwärts zurückzulegen).
Bei hohen Temperaturen fehlt eine Klimaanlage.
