About this apartment rental
Large vacation home, located in a family-oriented and safe locale. Only steps away from an expansive free beach. Fireworks, funnel cake and amusements await you this summer. Sit on our deck and watch the sunset. We can accommodate in up to 8 guests and park up to 3 vehicles in our garage and driveway. We're 45 minutes away from Atlantic City.
Along with the beach chairs, we include two utillity carts to use. The carts have inflatable tires so the carts don't sink in the sand when you load them up with coolers, chairs, toys, blankets, etc to take to the beach. The carts move easily over the sand.
Families only. We don't rent for proms or high school events
We added memory foam toppers to all the beds. Additionally, we removed all the carpet and replaced those areas with a very nice laminate. We've replaced and purchased new furniture in the living room. We replaced the bed in the master bedroom with a king size bed. Additionally, we replaced the bunk beds with two new twin beds. We painted the whole condo and updated the bathrooms. Our condo is very clean. It's cleaned prior to the arrival of every new set of guests. There is a lockable utility room in the garage. We do everything possible to make your stay safe, pleasant and fun.
Just a final reminder that we don't provide sheets or towels. We provide pillows, blankets, mattress covers/protectors and zippered pillow protectors.

We had a lovely girls weekend. There were 8 of us. The house sleeps 6 but with the sofa bed or roll out cots it sleeps 8. The property is adorable with many beach touches. The location cannot be beat. You are right in the middle of Wildwood.

We had a lovely stay over the 4th July weekend. The double garage off the street is fantastic, the beach chairs and beach wagon were a great add. The apartment was well set up, beds were super comfy and everything was very clean.

This condo was perfect for our getaway. We were 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The condo was spacious. The only thing I would recommend is adding two lounge chairs to the big deck. The deck was perfect and large enough to layout. The breeze off the ocean was spectacular. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property owner and property manager were very helpful and always available for any questions we may have had. Beautiful property a block and a half from the boardwalk/beach. House was very clean and plenty of space. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean modern beach house, off-street parking was fantastic. Perfect location walking distance for everything. The beach/ boardwalk are a 2 minute walk and plenty of great food right around the corner.

Always love to stay here for Labor Day. Best way to end summer! Block from the boardwalk. So convenient that I can just hit the beach, shower, and then hit the rest of wildwood/cape may. Will be coming back for sure. It’s already my second time staying here.

We came for our son's 3rd birthday and it was perfect! Our family had a blast! Short walk to the beach and many restaurants! We will definitely be coming back! 😎

The property was the perfect size for our family of four which included two kids. The house was very clean and seemed to have new furnishings. It was so nice to be in a home that is obviously very well taken care of! Sleeping was great, very comfortable mattress and pillows. There were extra blankets if needed. There were also extra rollaway beds in each closet for additional guests. I thought that was great.
The kitchen was very clean and a good size for us to cook meals. There were plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, hand towels, etc. There were no spices, oils, etc., so renters should bring their own food and spices like salt and pepper.
The house is on a third floor walk-up which wasn't a big deal for us but something to keep in mind for older folk with mobility issues. There is a patio right outside the living room that had a big table with plenty of chairs for sitting outside. The house also has three parking spots! This was great because we had a friend visit us briefly and had a place to park.
The house is only a block from the boardwalk! This was great because we didn't have to walk far for the boardwalk. This is a huge plus.
The property manager contacted us before we arrived and met us at the house to show us around.
Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wildwood.

Excellent experience! Clean, perfect!
The experience was excellent!! We came down and stayed here for the weekend because we were competing in the Escape The Cape Triathlon. The host was even so nice to let us come back and use the shower after check out time after our race. So accommodating, great communication, clean property, and very easy process! Already booked for next year!

Lovely Condo and Best Location
Condo was very clean, bedrooms were large with comfortable mattresses. Plenty of room for the entire family. Loved the deck and ocean view. Perfect location. Would definitely rent again. Property Manager was wonderful, very friendly.

Nice condo
The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean The street was dirty and very noisy The neighbors across the street blasted music all day Saturday. We only stayed one night so I didn’t appreciate paying a weeks worth of the cleaning fee for such a short stay

Perfect location, property had everything we needed (except sheets on the beds - I probably should have read the fine print. No biggie - we grabbed some sheets from Walmart)

Lovely place at a great location!
This was a wonderful rental very close to all the action of the boardwalk, but quiet and relaxing. The deck was a great place to watch the sunset and hang out. The bedrooms and entire space was clean, well decorated, and great. There is a full kitchen and having two bathrooms was a plus. Check in was great and communication throughout was streamlined and easy. We had an amazing time, full of love and joy!

Great Getaway!

Wonderful home for family getaway.
We enjoyed a weekend with our 2 teenage boys. Perfect distance to boardwalk. Went to an event at the convention center. Be sure to bring towels, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, sheets, pillows cases and extra comforters if you want thicker blankets. We saw fireworks off the deck one night! (It is a shared deck with neighbor but has septate table and seating) We hope to come back next year! The layout of the house was perfect and the decorations made you feel like you were at home. Having a master bath was a plus! Smart TVs in all bedrooms was also nice. Easy check in and check out.

Great property close to the Boardwalk
We've stayed at many condos over the years. This place was one of the best we've stayed at. Great location, great amenities, wonderful decorations. Love being able to see the ocean from the balcony. The check-in was painless and we really felt "at home" here, which is important to us when traveling. We were pleasantly surprised to find updated TVs in every room (the images suggested older TVs in the bedrooms) and a combo K-Cup/Drip Pot coffee machine. We would stay here again.

Awesome experience using the condo. Everything was very clean and as pictured. Checking in was easy. Gerry (property manager) was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed for a positive experience. Highly recommend staying here.

This is our second time renting this condo. Perfect location, nice and clean and the garage and driveway parking is perfect. Our next and all future trips to Wildwood, NJ will include staying at this condo. Plenty of room for family and friends.
