About this cottage rental
Former fishing captain's house offering large volumes between Etretat (12 km) and Fecamp (6 km) in a family seaside resort. Yport is a coastal village with its pebble beach, its small beaching port, its restaurants and shops, where the cliffs evoke the framework of Etretat in more intimate.
Small garden to the south with barbecue and garden furniture, dining room and living room with fireplace, winter garden, 5 bedrooms and 3 showers a bathtub 4 toilets. Baby equipment 2 beds 2 high chairs baths.
Many free parking nearby. All trips and errands can be done on foot or by bicycle. The beach is 400 m away and easily accessible.
For more relaxation a private sauna for 6 people is available free of charge in the house. Many facilities for your comfort: internet, dishwasher, washing machine dryer (the rental of linens, sheets and towels is extra namely 17 euros per person for sheets and towels end of stay cleaning is also optional at the price of 95 euros.

A large, rambling house in a pleasant village.
Plenty of room for a large family.
We enjoyed our stay.
The single beds were comfortable, the doubles not so much.
The kitche would benefit from a declutter.
And there are a lot of narrow winding stairs.
But overall its a great holiday home.

This large house easily accomodates up to 12 people ideal for 3 generations of my family. Located in the small coastal town of Yport it is close to a number of good restaurants and the larger towns of Fecamp and Etretat.

Maison spacieuse, bien située et fonctionnelle. Elle nécessiterait toutefois d'être rafraîchie et modernisée. Cela étant dit, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Super séjour chez Pierre ! Nous étions deux familles (3 enfants). La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée (par rapport aux maisons de location habituellement), on s'y sent vraiment bien. Et c'est très appréciable de pouvoir tout faire à pied dans le village (courses, plage,etc)

Grande maison familiale idéale pour une grande famille avec des enfants. Cette maison est chargée d'histoire et on a vraiment l'impression d'arriver chez soi. Idem pour les bébés, bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très sympa et nous a très bien reçu.

Yport a tout ce qu’il faut ! Pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie, et petite supérette, et une très jolie plage de galets.

Lovely time with friends
We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this warm and slightly quirky (in a good way) property. Nice location and a lovely fish restaurant and bar (Le Nautique) just down the road.

Für uns als Fotogruppe wr das Haus perfekt. Es bietet mehr als man benötigt um ein paar schöne Tage in der Normandie zu verbringen. Yport ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen an die Küste. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden für die Nächste Tour wieder versuchen dieses Haus zu bekommen.

Yport is een aangenaam stadje met bakker, beenhouwer en supermarkt op wandelafstand. Enkele goede restaurants waarvan dat in Hotel Normandie een aanrader is. Er vetrekken vele mooie vermoeiende wandelingen vanuit Yport.

A captain's house for a wonderful seaside sojourn
We stayed in the lovely small seaside of Yport that had all the requisite facilities and a pleasant beach which eas not too busy, The house had 4 bedrooms plus an additional room with a bunkbed and its mezzanine with a double and 2 singles. Altogether it was cabapble of sleeping 14 people comfortably. The house has retained its original featrures and as a bonus has a small courtyard winter garden. Out front, in the garden, we had a bbq several times. With the geach only about 5 minutes away past the baker and the shop, there was no real need for a car which we parked in the car park opposite the house. With its ample bathroom/shower, there was no queues in the morning apart from the queue at the bakers for croissants.

The property was sufficient for our needs one suggestion would be to have a welcome pack in different languages with instructions on how to work cooker and sauna.

We had a wonderful stay in Yport! The house is as nice as you can see in the pictures, very cosy and comfortable, with enough space for three families. Also very helpful and sympathic owner. Nothing to complain about, we hope we can return soon!

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale à deux familles (9 personnes) dans cette belle maison très bien équipée et située au calme mais près de la mer. Chacun peut avoir son espace et retrouver les autres autour de la grande table conviviale..... Vraiment rien à redire....
