Freezer did not stay frozen. 2 of 3 beds could be replaced. Great house.

It was a perfect place for our family attending a wedding in Doylestown. It was close to all of the festivities. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable.

I want to start off with a positive which this was a very clean property inside and the furnishings were comfortable as well. The problem we encountered was the property was double booked through VRBO and another platform. A few hours into our evening another family came to check in. The other family left and they were very gracious, finally locating hotel rooms to accommodate the 6 of them. In the mean time, I made numerous attempts to reach the owner as did the other family. Ended up contacting VRBO who reached him on a vacation out of the country. Not only did he not apologize or take ownership he blamed the mix up with VRBO when speaking to me, but with the other family he said I had no claim on being in the house despite my booking two weeks prior and having a confirmation, (The other family and I stayed in contact and he sent screen shots.) Not only did I spend a few hours during a family vacation trying to sort this out, there was a concern that the other family had the entry code. While they truly seemed like trustworthy people, it was prudent to address this. The owner said to disassemble the door lock and reset the code. Not an easy task. Overall, I was really surprised that he did not even attempt to apologize. It most definitely was a security issue, fortunately the other family was remarkably kind. They, too, could have made the situation worse. It's the owner's responsibility to update his calendar when having multiple listings rather than shift the blame.

The house was as advertised. It is located on a quiet street in a calm neighborhood. The neighbors seemed very friendly. The backyard was a lovely place for our infant son to play. Val responded quickly to any questions and concerns that we had. He was a wonderful host.

House was exactly what we needed for being able to spread out, have privacy, play board games, run around the back yard with our dog, go shopping, and easy to get to local attractions.

If you enjoy the sounds of birds in the morning or a stroll down a sleepy neighborhood street and a warm room to curl up with a book— this place is ideal! My family needed a quiet place to relax and to enjoy the outdoors and this home was perfect!!

The house was in a good location location for our needs. Beds were comfortable but the back yard wasn't fenced properly to contain my dogs (Siberians) which is why we rented the home to begin with. House was a good value, dispite a few things. Quiet neighborhood was a plus.

Very clean and very easy

We had a great time at this lovely home. Everything was as advertised and extremely clean. The yard was huge and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient for New Hope and other parts of Bucks county as well.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights with our 70 lb dog. Our daughter and son in law and their 50 lb dog visited us for a full day. It was spacious enough for us all! The house was very clean. The yard is huge and was fantastic for the dogs to play in. The house is 1955-era but the updated kitchen and bathrooms are nice and practical. There is a half bath on the main floor and a full bath on the top floor. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, ample size living room with large TV. Dining table seats 6. Kitchen was well supplied. Bonus rooms were: a basement room with foosball table (would be great for older kids to hang out in) and an enclosed back porch. Unfussy lived-in furnishings. Washer and dryer in basement worked great. Extra dog dishes and leash for dogs were handy. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Val was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was fantastic, the yard fantastic and the house clean, comfortable and perfect for the family. Beds were comfortable, and the host was communicative and we just really enjoyed our time. I will definitely be booking here for future stays

It was a great property and as seen in pictures, perfect set up for my family. Thankful he allowed our parrot to join us. I would stay again except for the ant problem. In the disclaimer it says bugs are not an excuse for refund, that they will have an exterminator come but with having our pet there I didn't feel comfortable having an unknown exterminator coming and spraying who knows what that may be harmful to my pet. So we were left with dealing with the ants on our own with stuff we felt comfortable using. Even with dealing with it ourselves it was an every day thing. Annoying to deal with while on vacation. Since it was in the disclaimer it likely was a known issue but wasn't dealt with ahead of time.

We pretty much just slept and showered there and were busy dealing with family issues but the experience couldn't have been smoother.

We were so grateful to have this nice clean property with a large fenced yard for our dogs. The kitchen and dining area was great and the small office area also perfect, The property manager was so attenative and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. We visited Philadelphia and the Poconos. Also, many great places here as well. We made a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. A beautiful place, we a sad to be leaving so soon.

Val was a superb host. Home was small but sufficient for my family of five. Immaculate condition, quiet neighborhood, convenient location. Highly recommended!

The location and house were perfect for our family. There is ample space to sleep and congregate in. Val was a gracious host, attentive to our needs, and responded immediately to all communications. We would stay here again. My only complaint is that it was too cold to utilize the huge outdoor space which includes a wood-fire pizza oven....

The house was very clean. Nice big yard. Very well situated for activities in the Doylestown area.

The home was very clean, which is appreciated. The home sleeps a lot but there were only 3 of us, which was nice since there is only one full bath. Beware the extra charge per person, I did not feel that was adequately represented when I booked originally. The owner did work with me to credit me when some of our party decided not to go, The owner came to the door 2 times during our 3 night stay. The instructions on the refrigerator say to empty all garbages (there were no liners in the bathroom garbages), clean and put away all dishes, and leave the home as clean as possible. Besides those things that irked me the home is in nice, convenient location, and was clean.

Found a sock in the sheets in one of the bedrooms. Besides that it was a good stay

I stayed with my wife and two dogs. We had everything we needed and were a short drive from valley forge.

House was spacious and clean.

Our family stayed in this home for 5 days because my son was getting married in the area. It was a lovely home with plenty of room for all of us. There are a/c units in each window of the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials for cooking meals. It is a few miles from a lake that has a wonderful paved track for walking or bike riding. This was a great stay, and Val was a very helpful host.
