About this house rental

Entire and individual family house for you alone, located in a very quiet residential area close to the sea: you can walk to the beach.
Surrounded by a pretty garden with southern colors: bougainvillea, oleanders and citrus fruits where you can relax and enjoy.
This 85 m2 accommodation, located upstairs with sea view, was completely renovated in 2016. Its 2 bedrooms, its large living room and its equipped kitchen will be perfect for a pleasant family stay.
You can park your car inside the property which is closed by fence and automated gate.

Ideally located for exploring the Côte d'Azur: a few minutes (on foot) from the Cagnes / Mer Hippodrome, Marineland Antibes, Biot glassworks, or the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. If you prefer greener landscapes, the Mercantour and the hilltop villages of the Nice hinterland await you.

All shops are within walking distance (hypermarket, bakery, cafe, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors).

For your travels: the Airport is 7 minutes (by car), the marina 15 minutes (on foot), the motorway access a few minutes, the bus 100 m and the train station 2 km .

We enjoiyed our stay in a calm villa with a complete kitchen, large living room, and 2 bed rooms with air conditioner (separate WC beside the bathroom). The villa includes an own garden and parking area. The beach can be reached within 5 min; the highway is also very near. The kind host (Gilles Toubol) is very flexible for the check-in and check-out times.

Süßes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Südfrankreich sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick und mit Markise konnten wir auch trotz der warmen Temperaturen im Juni tagsüber draußen sitzen. In den Schlafzimmern sind Fliegennetze angebracht, so dass man gut lüften kann. Am Strand ist man zu Fuß in max. 10 Minuten. Auch ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand mit der Promenade und verschiedenen Bars und Restaurants ist sehr schön. Aber auch die Altstadt, die etwas erhöht liegt, ist sehr ursprünglich und sehenswert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir bedanken uns für einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Une location très bien située pour découvrir la région (à 10 minutes de Nice), et à 10 minutes à pied de la mer. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée, les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande à 100%

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus genossen. Zum Sandstrand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Weg, aber auch die generelle Lage zwischen Antibes und Nice ist sehr gut. So ist z.B. Nice auch per Fahrrad entspannt erreichbar (ca. 13 km, gut ausgebaute Radwege). Obwohl auf den Straßen in der Umgebung viel los ist, befindet sich das Haus in einer ruhigen Ecke. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet, von Balkon mit elektrisch ausfahrbarer Markise, zahlreichen dimmbaren Lampen, einem eigenen PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück bis hin zu schnellem W-LAN ist alles vorhanden. Lediglich eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, jedoch haben die Fenster der beiden Schlafzimmer Moskitonetze und Fensterläden, so dass wir bei durchgehend offenen Fenstern auch im August kein Problem mit der Wärme hatten. Gilles ist sehr freundlich und antwortete prompt auf alle Nachfragen.

If it is very hot, an air conditioning is missing. The beach has gravel only and not best for small kids. However, good host even allowing for electric vehicle charging for small fee, nice garden and see view. Calm area and nice terasse. Nice area with Antibes and Nice. Overall a good stay!

Gute Lage des Hauses, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und natürlich der Strand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage des Hauses. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: Eigenes Haus mit großen Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch, eigener Garten mit Schatten-spendenden Obstbäumen, ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zur Autobahn (2 min) und Strand sowie Supermarkt (ca. 5 Fußminuten). In heißen Monaten wäre eine Klima-Anlage hilfreich; das Durchzug-Lüften wirkt nicht nachhaltig.

Le propriétaire, Mr Toubol, a été très disponible, très compréhensif durant tout notre séjour sans pour autant s’imposer. Merci pour toutes ces petites et grandes discussions instructives ;-) La propriété est tout-à-fait conforme à la description faite sur Abritel. Rien à redire quant à la procédure de réservation. Mr Toubol est très ouvert à toute discussion et renseignements complémentaires. Toutes les commodités (restaurants, commerces, pharmacie, médecins etc) sont accessibles à pied. La voiture pouvant profiter elle aussi de bonnes vacances ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec bien des aventures qui les ont pimentées ! Notre chien Darius a lui aussi passer de bonnes vacances, il appréciait beaucoup le propriétaire :) Cette sympathique petite maison avec vue sur la Grande Bleue (pour autant que les beaux arbres fruitiers n’obstruent pas trop la vue ;-) ) a tout pour offrir un bon moment de détente et de calme pour toute une famille !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location très bien équipée, décorée avec goût. La literie est très bonne et le quartier très calme. Situé à 10mn à pied maximum de la plage, elle aussi bien agréable, et à 5 mn du supermarché Casino. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. M & Mme Barré

Wir haben die Lage des Hauses, das nah zum Meer und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt und dabei in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße liegt, sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, die Nespresso-Maschine sehr erfreulich. Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zum Teil zu wünschen übrig, da sich in der Küche Speisereste befanden und im Wohnzimmer sehr viel Staub. Wunderschön ist das Verweilen auf dem Balkon, von dem aus man das Mittelmeer sieht. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen.

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée et idéalement située, aussi bien pour découvrir la côte de part et d'autre que le Mercantour et les Gorges du Verdon. Un hypermarché à proximité de la maison, les plages et des restaurants ne sont pas loin à pied. Le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture en toute sécurité dans la propriété est très appréciable, car les places de stationnement dans la rue sont rares. Le propriétaire est charmant, toujours à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Bref: location à recommander.

Beautiful property

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending two weeks in this lovely house. It is spacious and really comfortable. The living area is really light and leads on to a lovely balcony where we spent every evening. The kitchen is very well equipped. The fridge freezer in particular is fantastic. The property has 2 bedrooms. We just used the main bedroom which has a large ensuite with 2 sinks and a shower. The garden is very pretty and peaceful. We spent many hours relaxing. The area is very quiet. The house is in a really great location, beach within walking distance, large hypermarket within walking distance. We drove to Gourdon, a very pretty village in the mountains. We also drove to Nice, to Cannes and also to Antibes. We got the train to Monaco. The train station is about 25 mins walk from the house. If you do want to use the train station, it is best to walk there in the morning when it is a little cooler. We have stayed in 6 properties in France and this property was without a doubt the best one. You will most certainly have a wonderful holiday here.

Das war ein toller Urlaub mit einem hervorragenden, immer bemühten Gastgeber Gilles. Wir haben alle Tage genossen und haben gegrillt, auf dem Balkon den Meerblick genossen und natürlich den 5 Minuten entfernten Strand für´s Sonnen genutzt. In der Region gibt es auch viele schöne kleine Dörfer zu sehen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

We had a wonderful time staying at villa Acapulco. Both the house and the location are superb for the family holidays. It definitely is all you need if you are travelling with younger children and pet companions. (The partly sandy beach is less than 10mins walk, the very important children playground is practically on your doorstep, there is a huge supermarket around the corner, and there are restaurants near by.) Do not expect a modern villa with high standard finishes, but the house has been re-decorated to a great standard and it feels comfortable and cozy. The inventory provide you with all the necessary including a high chair, a baby-cot, a food processor, a coffee machine, a washing machine and even an iron. It definitely is an easy home from home. Planning to be back again soon.

Bel appartement situé a 10 minutes a pied du bord de mer, spacieux et fonctionnel.

L'appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel et très propre. Bien aéré et lumineux. Tout près des restos, bord de mer et supermarché. Gilles, le propriétaire, est très sympathique. Nous étions les seuls occupants de la villa et avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit pour passer de beaux moments.
