Rent T2 completely new completely renovated by an architect during the 1st quarter of 2014 and completed in June 2014, located on the 2nd floor of a building in the heart of the privateer city and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located 164 meters from Bon Secours beach, 150 meters from the cathedral and in the immediate vicinity of historic monuments, museums, art galleries and restaurants.

Liliane sent terrific directions to the apartment, met us at the door, explained everything. Fuĺly stocked apartment, exceptionally clean, centrally located. Would definitely stay here again!

The owner was extremely nice and accompanied us to the parking lot (parking is included) and showed us around the apartment. However, she wasn't sure about how to connect to the internet and she lacked knowledge about how to operate most of the equipment (microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. Overall it was a very nice experience

The apartment is spotlessly clean & in a wonderful location. We were able to walk everywhere and anything we needed was in the apartment.
For us the only negative was meeting host to collect key and parking pass. A vague location was provided only short time before & due to heavy traffic in high tourist area it was difficult for us to find. We do not speak French & host no English so all messages were translated via app which made it more difficult & meant delays. A map of where to meet (away from congestion) provided the day before, with images, would have been really helpful and made it less stressful and easier for everyone. This could easily be adopted and would be so helpful, especially when guests are not familiar with the area.

This was our second stay at the property and it was equally enjoyable as our first. Communication with Liliane is always easy and she was very kind in her flexibility with regard to the checking in/departure times. Wonderful apartment inside the walled area of Saint Malo making it very easy to walk everywhere. The apartment has everything you could need including a lovely little balcony to sit on and watch the crowds go by. The free parking was an amazing bonus and is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Liliane (The Host) met us in the morning when we arrived off the ferry in St Malo, she also replied to all our emails and nothing was too difficult for her!! To summarise, this is a great apartment in a great location and Liliane is a great host and communicator !!

Liliane could not have been more helpful. The apartment has everything you could need, including a small balcony overlooking one of the main intra-muros streets, but is not noisy. So pleased we chose this apartment for our four days in St Malo.

Excellent property
My partner and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and unreservedly recommend it to you. Our communication with Liliane during the booking process was prompt, detailed and we were made to feel special at every stage. Liliane met us on our arrival from the ferry and showed us the property (the photos don’t do it justice). The free parking in the nearby multi story is a real bonus and is just a 10 minute walk. The property is located within the heart of the intra murals and a few seconds walk from the cathedral and the shops and also the beach. The small balcony is great for people watching and breakfast in the sun. So, in summary, this is a super property in a super location and Liliane is a super host.

Perfect spot in intramuros
The apartment was an ideal home base for exploring Saint-Malo. The host had thought of everything to make it welcoming and comfortable. We had a lovely time thanks to Lilian sharing her beautiful apartment and generous help with transportation.

Best location in St Malo
Clean and near everything. Nice little kitchen and Lillian was the best property manager you could hope for. Parking outside the walls was great and easy to navigate

The best apartment in St Malo
We enjoyed 7 nights in St Malo. The apartment is right in the centre of the old town. Walk to everything. Lovely balcony to sit on for a cuppa and to watch the passing parade in the street below. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. Liliane is a wonderful host and kindly assisted us when we got a little lost in the narrow St Malo streets when we arrived. Parking in the underground car park outside the walls was a bonus. Would stay here again most definitely.

Compact but comfortable apartment in fantastic location.
Liliane's apartment is in the heart of the intra muros. It is on the second floor of a small traditional apartment house and comprises a light and open plan living area, small bedroom and shower room. It also has the benefit of a small balcony with just enough space for a little table and two chairs. It is perfect for one or two people and well equipped too with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Liliane is very friendly and helpful was able to supply us with a pass for a car park just 5 mins walk away with in/out privileges for just 6 euro a day. This was great value as parking can be in excess of 20 euro per day in the area.
We really enjoyed our stay and St Malo itself. So many food options and beautiful beaches as well as the great architecture. I recommend a day trip to Dinan too which is stunning.

Terrific location in the heart of the city
Staying in this lovely apartment makes visiting St Malo really special. Being centrally located in the old city allows for quiet walks through the streets long after the visitors have left. We were a little nervous driving into the city to unload the car but Liliane's directions were accurate and easy to follow. She also arranged very reasonably priced secure underground parking just outside the city walls.
If we are fortunate to visit this wonderful city in the future we will be sure to try and book this apartment again

Lovely apartment conveniently located to beach and restaurants
The spacious apartment has been updated using high quality materials. The French doors let in light and air. It is hard to believe how close to the beach it is as well as close to restaurants. I really appreciated the location. The WIFI connection was excellent and there was everything I needed. The cork screw was of a type I didn't know how to use but I bought another one at Carrefour and left it so subsequent renters will have a choice. It was so convenient to be able to wash clothes--I didn't notice the drying rack until my clothes were already dry but there is one. I was very comfortable in the apartment or on the balcony when I wasn't out exploring St. Malo and the environs. The people at the tourist office were super helpful. There is an abundance of restaurants with a variety of prices and menus. I recommend L'Abinsthe, La Duchesse Anne, L'Aquarelle, and Cafe de L'Ouest. There are many restaurants by St. Vincent gate but I enjoyed the area around Marche aux Legumes. After dinner I would walk the ramparts and watch the sunset. Be sure to get a copy of the brochure of Saint-Malo and scenic walks. I took advantage of two of the itineraries, one by renting a bike from velos.malouins. Liliane was very responsive to emails. I really appreciated her meeting me at the train station and taking me to the apartment as well as taking me back to the train station when I left. I do speak some French but Liliane speaks plenty of English. All in all, staying in the apartment was an excellent experience that I highly recommend.

Delightful apartment in Saint-Malo
My Saint-Malo visit was for one week. I found the apartment to be perfectly equipped and extremely clean with all new furnishings. It is in a very convenient location, and Liliane was most accommodating. I highly recommend her little apartment, and hope to stay there again one day.

Wonderful stay in St. Malo!
My husband and I recently stayed in Liliane's lovely apartment for 3 nights. It was our first time in St. Malo and we wanted a location right in the heart of the walled city. The location was perfect; close to the ramparts, beach, restaurants, and great shops. The living room/kitchen area is very bright and spacious and it was wonderful to be able to make coffee and sit on the small balcony in the morning. Liliane was kind enough to pick us up at the train station. On the day we left she took us to pick up our rental car. We had to go to two different locations, and eventually call the Avis representative and Liliane stayed with us the whole time and made sure we got our car ok. She went above and beyond what you would expect from an apt. owner. I recommend this apartment without hesitation and would be happy to stay there again. Thank you, Liliane!

We had a wonderful time in St Malo and this spacious apartment was the perfect location to walk to all of the great places. Liliane is a wonderful host- picked us up and brought us to the train station. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to others

St. Malo Intro Muros property-3 Passage de la Lancette
The apartment of three rooms was very clean. The main room/kitchenette was large, with
many large windows opening to a small balcony. The kitchen was very well designed, and
well stocked. The bedroom & bathroom each were both more than adequate, with
windows in each room. WE were checked in and checked out upon arrival & departure,
which is important. The location within the walls was perfect, with parking (paid) available

Spacious and neat apartment in the old center of Saint-Malo
Being a family of 3 we really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment which is very well located in the old center of Saint-Malo. The owner is very kind and helpful, no need to say our stay was without worries.

Delightful Apartment in the Heart of Saint Malo
Liliane's apartment was a great find in Saint Malo. It is about a block from the cathedral in the "walled city". The apartment is super clean and comfortable for two people; perhaps 4. Liliane provides all the essential items for a relaxing stay: dishes, clothes washer, dishwasher Wi-Fi, parking card, television. It was nice to wake up in the a.m. and hear the seagulls overhead and the morning call of the doves. Then, you hear the sounds of the old city waking up. Then, you make a quick dash to the local pastry shop for croissants or apple-turnovers. One word: Delicious. These we had each morning on the balcony overlooking the street. Liliane is a great host and make sure you have your bearings.
If you do have a rental car: opt for a small one as parking and the streets are narrow.

Very Nice Place
Apartment is as described, it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. A day or two or longer: I stayed for a week and rented a car for 3 days to explore the rest of Brittany. Plenty of things to do nearby also, of course. Restaurants, bakeries, shops and (small) grocery stores are all within easy walking distance. Liliane is a very helpful host: picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. I do not speak any French; Liliane has knowledge of basic English (she'd deny that!) - but that was not a big problem at all. She explained things about the apartment enough for me to understand and answered some questions about logistics in St. Malo. There's a very good TI office just outside the walls if you need further help. Very pleasurable stay.

Fabulous apartment with a wonderful host
We were lucky to find this apartment in the St Malo Intramuros area. It was modern and had everything we needed. Being right in the city centre meant you could explore everything by foot in this very charming city. There is much to see and do in St Malo and a trip to Mont St Michel is a must.
This review would not be complete without mentioning Liliane our host - she was super helpful with information. She picked us up from the train station and went out of her way to drop us off at the airport in Dinard on our last day for which we are very appreciative. if we returned here again we would choose to stay here.

Bright & Lovely apartment in the middle of town
Wonderful apartment in St Malo! Liliane is so gracious, met us at the station. Everything was as described: spacious, clean & containing everything you could need. Loved the location in the middle of the busy tourist section, yet so peaceful at night. Many restaurants right out the door. Easy walk to all the sights. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location and a home from home feel
A great little apartment in the heart of St Malo; very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The owner was extremely helpful and even picked us up (and took us back) from Dinard Airport. The location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of this beautiful little walled town. There are restaurants, bars and cafés all very close by, not to mention a variety of boulangaries practically on the doorstep. The small balcony has 2 chairs and small table so breakfast al fresco (with people watching!) makes a great start to the morning. There was a little noise at night occasionally as it is in 'town' but this wasn't troublesome. St Malo is perfect base for a short break and easy to get around using local buses if travelling a touch further afield (and water 'bus' to Dinard is great value). Almost too many wonderful places to eat too ! I'd highly recommend St Malo and this apartment - and I hope to return.
