About this apartment rental
Charming apartment in building late 19th., Not overlooked. Very quiet and very clear. View of listed buildings in the historic center of the medieval town. Beautiful living room / living room / kitchen :( American style) (beams, parquet) Living area with sofa bed. Dining area with beautiful character furniture. 1 bedroom with 140 cm wide bed. 3 storage cupboards. Nice view of the 18th century town hall. Adjoining bathroom: shower and sink with shelves. Wardrobe. For your entertainment, the market takes place on Wednesday and Saturday and you can get there on foot in less than 5 minutes. The historic city center is a 3-minute walk away. You will find there a museum of prehistory, beautiful half-timbered houses. Sea trips are possible from the pier located 5 minutes by car: either for the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan, some of which are inhabited and benefit from a microclimate and will offer you lush vegetation like at Ile aux Moines: there are about 200 islands; or to reach the Ponant islands in the Atlantic: Belle Ile, Houat, Hoëdic. For hikers, you can go around the Gulf of Morbihan by paths along the water. You can go swimming on the Conleau peninsula, a 5-minute drive from the apartment. 10 minutes from Vannes, you can also practice all nautical activities: kayaking, windsurfing, sailboats, dinghies (Arradon, Larmor Baden ....)

Un pied-à-terre idéal.
L'endroit rêvé pour découvrir Vannes et ses environs; situé sur la place de la mairie, au bord de la vieille ville et à portée de marche du port et des remparts; appartement très agréable à vivre, même s'il ne dispose pas d'une place de parking attitrée, mais un parking est facilement accessible à quelques centaines de mètres. Le propriétaire est accueillant et de bon conseil, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Malheureusement nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit mais l'appartement est vraiment bien et tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable s'y trouve. La proximité du vieux Vannes est également très appréciable. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Gemütliche Wohnung am Altstadtrand
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der wunderbaren Gegend in und um Vannes. Das Heimkommen in die gemütliche Wohnung war eine Wohltat. Trotz Coronazeiten haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Das Masken-Tragen in den Gassen und am Hafen war den Menschen selbstverständlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Unterkunft!

Un joli petit appartement dans les anciennes chambres de bonnes d'un immeuble de caractère... Confortable , très bien équipé,
calme, ensoleillé et surtout très bien situé à 2 pas du centre ville historique. Nous recommandons ce gite, et y reviendrons avec enthousiasme !

Vacanza in Bretagna alla scoperta delle sue bellezze nascoste. Alloggio molto accogliente in posizione superba. Molto ben attrezzato ed in uno stabile affascinante (vecchio hotel) che ricorda tempi andati. Ospite gradevole e molto disponibile. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung direkt an der Altstadt
Wir sind bereits das dritte Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen und genießen es jedes Mal!
Das Appartement befindet sich zwar in der 5. Etage, aber bis zur dritten Etage gibt es einen (kleinen) Fahrstuhl. Den Rest kann man bequem über breite Treppen steigen. Das Treppenhaus ist ohnehin absolut sehenswert, da die Fenster in den Stockwerken Glasmalereien beinhalten.
Parken ist nur auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen möglich, aber man arrangiert sich im Laufe der Zeit mit den erforderlichen 'Stopfzeiten' (z.B.: wenn man am Freitag um 19:00 Uhr für zwei Stunden einwirft, kann man bis Montag 11:00 Uhr parken :-)).
Die Wohnung ist optimal für zwei Personen, für 4 Personen könnte es etwas eng werden, wenn aber auch möglich.
Für den Komfort ist gesorgt: Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster...
WLAN steht zur Verfügung und man kann sich einfach einloggen.
Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort ein paar Tage in diesen Appartement und Vannes verbringen, wenn es unsere Zeit erlaubt.

Tolle und empfehlenswerte Dachwohung mitten im Stadtleben
Es handelt sich um eine sehr gemütliche, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Dachwohnung in einem historischen Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, sodass alles Sehenswerte in der schönen mittelalterlichen Stadt zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Check-in-Vorgang war unkompliziert; unser Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Great Time in Vannes
A very nice and cosy Flat under the roof, decorated in a style which fits to the building age :-), with everything needed, kitchen has all you need if you like cooking, very clean and well situated in regards to the inner city and the harbor.
Very good introduction by Mssr. Le Scoarnec, helpful and friendly. We can recommend this flat for sure and will come back on our next Bretagne Trip.

Quirky and cute apartment in a gorgeous town.
We certainly loved our stay in Vannes, the city was beautiful with lots of outdoor activities and we'll set up for the tourist without being overwhelming. Our apartment was wonderful and Henri our host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. He advised us on where the local supermarket, markets and parking were and also pointed us in the right direction to what turned out to be our local sun drenched bar! The apartment itself was very charming with well set up amenities all working well and of good quality, the furnishing were lovely comfortable and clean and the Internet was great we did feel we were at home. The building itself is in the centre of town looking out onto the town hall square, it has no parking and has it's own unique feel. the apartment was on the top floor it does have a lift but we got our exercise in going up and down the very impressive and old wooden staircase.

Charming getaway with everything you need for a great vacation
This apartment was a perfect home base for my family's vacation in Vannes. Parking in the large paid lot just up the street (at Place de la Liberation) was less of a hassle than I thought it would be. The old town, all the sights, restaurants, etc. were within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was just right in every way for our weeklong stay--cozy, great view, a kitchen for home cooked meals, washer/dryer, and plenty of books for those days when you're tired of being a tourist and just want to relax with a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry by a window :)
