Recent house of 80 m², on the edge of a natural area, in a quiet and private location, 2 minutes walk from shops, 500 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach and 5 minutes by bike from the port, including:
On the ground floor, a large bright living room opening onto the terrace with a bay window, an open, equipped kitchen (induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with double bed, shower room, WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with queen-size bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom, WC.
A terrace with garden (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue ...), a garage for bikes, a private parking space.
Washing machine, TV and CD-DVD player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
Sheets and household linen not provided. Possibility to rent from the person responsible for the maintenance of the house.
Cleaning on departure is not included.

Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. La localisation est idéale pour l'accès à Saint Martin. Des commerces sont juste à côté ainsi que le loueur de vélo donc vous pouvez poser la voiture et profiter.
La maison est très agréable et bien équipée et le jardin est un vrai plus (qui nous a permis de faire la chasse aux oeufs de Pâques). Enfin, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs à nos réclamations. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse.

Très bon séjour
Au delà du beau temps qui était au rendez-vous, très belle maison, bien agencée et équipée, on s'est senti comme à la maison. Le petit jardin avec sa terrasse est très agréable. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied, pas de besoin de prendre la voiture ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Wonderful stay in St Martin
We had a wonderful stay in the house as a family. The location was great - walking distance to amenities (supermarket, bakery, bike rental) and a short bike ride to the nearest beach or into St Martin. The property is fantastic, spacious, with a beautiful garden and very well equipped. The reception by the property manager was very well organised. Overall a great experience!

Maison très très agréable, bien agencée, bien équipée et bien entretenue. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires et de la personne sur place. Maison dans un quartier tranquille, à 1 minute de toutes les commodités. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Une jolie maison dans le style rétais
La maison est très agréable, au calme et très bien équipée (y compris pour bébé). Le petit jardin, fleuri, ombragé, bien entretenu est son point fort et le barbecue est très appréciable. Le tout est situé à quelques coups de pédales de la plage, du port de St Martin et des commerces. Il y a d'ailleurs 2 vélos laissés sur place par les propriétaires, ce qui est très sympa.
Les propriétaires sont joignables à tout moment pour gérer l'arrivée et pour des conseils, y compris en cours de séjour.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine et conseillons cette adresse.

Maison agréable et spacieuse pour une famille de 4. Elle est bien équipée et située dans un environnement calme malgré la proximité du supermarché. Parfait pour une déconnection totale, la maison n'étant pas équipée du WiFi.

Schönes Ferienhaus - ideal für den Urlaub mit der Familie
Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig in einer kleinen Neubausiedlung zwischen La Flotte und Saint Martin - beide Städtchen sind sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sowie weitere kleine Geschäfte. Auch die Betten sind komfortabel und ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf. Trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage ist die Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war angenehm und reibungslos, der Empfang vor Ort sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely family holiday home. Spacious,clean and very well equipped with all the facilities needed for a great holiday. Super location close to all amenities, beaches and supermarket. Can thoroughly recommend this property and we would love to return soon.

Une villa très jolie et bien agencée avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer deux superbes semaines de vacances.
Le jardin privatif avec transats, BBQ est un plus.
La place de parking ainsi que le garage pour ranger les vélos a été fortement apprécié.
Un accueil par Gabi très agréable et les propriétaires aux petits soins avant- pendant et après le séjour ont fait de cette location un bon moment qui restera un beau souvenir de notre 1ère fois à l’île de Ré.
On conseille vraiment les yeux fermés.

De plus, il est très agréable de voir la mer au loin lorsque l'on sort de la maison. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Lovely house in excellent location.
Well equipped, decorated and furnished holiday house. Convenient to shops, beach, St Martin, etc. There is building development going behind the house (like everywhere else in Europe...), but it wasn’t a big problem. Bike rental shop recommended by the owners gave a 10% discount and is close by. Plenty of parking space too. Highly recommend.

Le quartier est très calme le soir.Attention il y a un chantier de 63 maisons au bout du jardin ce qui peut remettre en cause la quiétude du lieu. Club de voile a 2 mns

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Het huis is zeer goed bevallen. Supermarkt(en) en fietsverhuur in de buurt..
Een kleine tegenvaller was de bouwplaats direct achter het huis, maar omdat we een groot deel van de dag op pad waren, viel dat uiteindelijk erg mee..
