Facing the entrance to the harbor of Brest, this large house offers a panoramic view in an exceptional environment: land classified as a protected area of 6200m²; beach and anchorage at the foot of the house 50m walk; Fort Vauban of Bertheaume in opposite; coastal road GR34 east of the house.
The house has bright volumes very comfortable: living room of 41 m² facing south overlooking the terrace with stunning views of the site of Tas de Pois and Fort Vauban Bertheaume, large kitchen with views of the sea and the harbor of Brest ..., bathroom and shower room, 4 large bedrooms with wardrobes, etc ...
