Exceptional

It was a nice hotel, with a bath big enough to comfortably fit 2 people, which is kind of rare here. Lots of amenities, which are always a plus! Overall a great value!

Incredibly Spacious!

This is supposedly a thematic hotel meant for couples(hint). There are costumes for rent at the check-in lobby. However, it is also perfect for my stay. The room is incredibly spacious. The bed is comfortable, there's even a sofa and table. The shower is also big, with a Jacuzzi. It took me 10min to cycle from Fukuyama train station, normal travelers should consider local transportation. There's a huge Sports Depo and dining outlets within walking distance. I would consider staying here for the space in my future visits.

Though these did not affect me much, but I would say the room deco is a little dated. There's a stale smell in the air, gone away after I aired the room by open up the balcony for an hour. The smell likely from the fabric or aircon. The aircon filters can also use some cleaning.

very very disappointing

I have always followed their policies, the payment has always previously been taken from my booking.com. They did not tell me I should pay at the property despite trying to con me out of 1000 yen extra when I arrived yesterday. I have stayed at this property many times before and have NEVER paid at the property. They called me at 12:20 to tell me I should pay at the property, by this time I had obviously left and was on my way to work. There customer service this time was beyond bad. The internet was not working properly in the very noisy room they had given me, they were rude and then decided to change the payment system and then somehow act as if this was my fault. It is a disgrace that this should fall on my shoulders. Why did they not inform me before check out that payment was required at the property. Why did they not inform me on check in? They were to busy trying to swindle me out of extra money. I am, of course, happy to pay for the room but I refuse to drive back to the property to do so, will they pay for my fuel and time? This is a mistake in their behalf, due to poor customer service and laziness. They will be getting a very honest review on your site. Unbelievably disappointed as previously they’ve always been great. What a let down. Typical

Been going here for about 2 years now. I don’t know if it’s new management but the quality of the hotel is running down.

Apparently there is only 1 non smoking room on each block. I spent an hour querying and trying to have my room change (I book non smoking and they gave me a smoking room). It was an uncomfortable experience and the staff seemed like they didn’t care and pretty much wanted me to take the smoking room. I did get my room change after an hour of back and forth.

A great value for money accommodation you can relax in

The hotel was a great value for money deal. It was much needed relax for us on the way from one town to another. The whirlpool as well as everything else in the room was neat and tidy, the staff was much helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Very good

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The coffee machine near the reception dispenses nice black coffee (the latte is sweet as usual). The non-smoking room smelled of smoke a little but with the window open this was not a problem. The room and bed were great. Various noises here and there but nothing major. All in all, if you get a non-smoking room, I would recommend this place.

Amazing stay in amazing hotel

Food is excellent and so cheap, we had dinner in our comfortable room every night. Excellent amenities Comfortable beds Free cakes and ice cream - just wow Easy check in and check out The staff was superb and helpful

First night was a bit noisy, but we got room moved and since then it was just superb stay!

Great place

Great place to stay at, lots of restaurants near by, and few tourist attractions as well, great location. Rooms are spacious and the best part was the sauna.

Value for money

It looks like a fancy hotel and there were a lot of free stuff like cake and drinks.

The room we stayed in smells like a disinfectant. They should put an air freshener in the room to make it fragrant.

Astonishing value for money

The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Lots of free amenities.Unlimited coffee machine and cakes included. The room service food was not the best but very affordable. The value for money was astonishing! Unlimited coffee machine and cakes included.

The pillow were a bit too hard and high. It was annoying to have to call the front desk to unlock the door to leave the room if I wanted to get a coffee. The smell of stale smoke.
