Will never stay

We would stay again if they clean the floor.

Location is great. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom and towels are clean. Price is affordable.

Floor in the living room was so dirty, that our feet turned black as soon as we stepped on it. Was not enough dishes for family. Stove was not working well. Holes on the curtains.

Decent, but not a good value

The location was away from most everything going on on Key West. It was nice to get away from the crowds and relax after a day of having fun.

The facility is extremely dated and in need of refurbishing. The customer service was lacking when the AC was not working. I had to go to the local grocery store to purchase batteries for the thermostat. The unit is not well stocked either. We had to purchase additional kitchen utensils and pans to accommodate cooking. Internet is also severely lacking. I'm using my hotspot just to write this review.

We had an amazing time Key West is always a good time

We had issues getting into our room They were very quick to respond to help us

We didn’t have a vehicle so we rented a golf cart all week We were able to plug it in once we spoke with the front office Maybe get more electrical outlets for the convenience

All in all it was good.

Location, cost

The unit is kinda of dated. It could have had salt,pepper, sugar, creamer. Barely enough dish soap, 2 pods for the dishwasher was not enough. One burner on the stove was broke and the couch/sofa bed was broke though we did not need it for sleeping.

overall good value and location is away from party scene but close to beautiful beaches

there really is a lot of value in this property compared to other local options. you get a full condo and the property provides dishes, dishwasher soap, towels, etc. so the unit is turn key for your vacation.

this specific unit was very dirty and required some maintenance. we stayed in a different unit through the same agency in the same building a few months ago that was much cleaner and in better shape.

Great Value for Price to stay on the island

I loved having extra space and the unit was very clean. The pull out sofa was not horrible and the pool area was clean as well. It was a great place if looking for value. It was about $30 for an Uber to take 5 people to Duval so if you plan on goin back and forth it may be worth it to stay closer, but if you are driving places it is worth the savings and having the space.

We arrived in two vehicles and could only park one so we had to park the other at the airport for our stay.

Key West trip

Good location. Secure, easy to check in. Very spacious.

Somewhat dated. Mirrors on the wall in the entry and back splash in the kitchen. Shower heads were very old and did not change patterns at all.
