A good and comfortable experience.

The place was pretty comfortable and one can find most of the things that they need (kitchen stuff, towels etc.). Besides, despite being a bit far way from the city center, there is a bus stop nearby and you can go anywhere by taking one of them.

The apartment is even cuter than the photos! Nice balcony and good space- has two large rooms one with kitchen

The shower is a little small, and it is a little far away from central Athens- but we managed!

It is a nice place to stay my bed was very comfortable and good space but small shower in the room central with supermarkets within 10 minutes walk and public transport near by and the metro station 20 minutes walk there is a restaurant just below the apartment which is a life saver if you get to apartment in the evening

Good location (close to restaurant/coffee shop, bus, safe and quiet area around), easy communication with owner, air conditioning available, comfortable bed, modern building

The photos did not match the apartment that was provided and so the bathroom areas were smaller: the shower area is really small, we could barely move around. The bed was also different and had a bar at the end of the bed, which can be uncomfortable for taller people. Some things could be improved (blinds in the kitchen) and overall furniture

Nice studio apartment, with easy access to the city centre for a reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay it was super easy to communicate with the owner. I would recommend this stay in Athens.

Great location, apartment has good value for price.

The apartment is at a great location, the nearest metro station is around 10 mins by walk. There's also a great restaurant just next to the apartment. The center is quite close by public transportation. Despite the issues with the cleaning staff - as I mention it below - and the noises outside of the apartment & slim walls, I very much recommend the place.

The cleaning staff did not prepare the apartment until check-in time and I had to wait until the evening to get my apartment cleaned by them. They didn't actually do a proper job, left the fridge uncleaned and did not prepare any shower gel and soap. However, the host was very helpful to solve this issue and instructed me throughout the day so I have to emphasize that it was not his fault by the external cleaning staff. One other thing I did not like was the slim wall and all the loud noises around closing doors and etc.

i would definitely recommend

the bed was very comfortable as was the pillow. the facilities were very good value for money. it has most things you need. new building peace and quiet even though it’s central very good location

still awaiting my receipt. i have provided my tax details via sms. would have liked a more personal feel with owner who is very friendly. the one pillow case was used there was no hair dryer as stated. view was not like in photo, the direct view is of antennas of an old building. a plant would work wonders there or even a painting on the wall to give homey feel.

For me it was a 9 close to 10.

The host was easy to reach on the phone and very helpful. There was a kebab place literally downstairs and two cafes around the corner, so no worries about the food. A few food shops within a few hundred metres as well.

Metro station is at about 10 min walk away, but it's a straight line, so no problem. The shower corner was a bit tiny, but manageable.

Location is great, about 1-1.5 km to Ambelokipi and Panormou metro stations, couple of kilometers to Lycabettos hill, 40 mins walking to national gallery at the Evangelismos metro station. All the necessary services are within the reach, supermarkets, cellphone providers office and so on

Apt located closely to the street and hence it may be a bit noisy. We were unfortunate enough to face some road construction activities with jackhammers and it was quite loud even with closed windows.

The place was clean, good location, place to have breakfast very close, air conditioner works very well, the room and location made me feel safe. I would stay here again.

I would prefer the bathroom to be a bit bigger, otherwise everything was great.
