Villa renovated in early 2017, quiet, bright with heated pool.
In the middle of a garden and quiet in the heart of Pereire Park 5 minutes by bike from the center of Arcachon. Two terraces - south and north - to enjoy the sun or shade. A very large room of 65 m2 bright all day, real living room with a large family table that can accommodate 12 people, a kitchen and a living room open to the garden and pool. A master suite with shower, bath and separate toilet. 3 bedrooms with shower room, bathroom, separate toilet.1 large bedroom with 5 split beds in the basement - ideal for teens and children - with dedicated terrace, shower room and toilet.

Absolutely lovely house a short walk from Arcachon centre and a variety of incredible beaches.
The house itself is fantastic and has everything you need though when we went there was some minor maintenance issues to be carried out that the owner was aware of.
We had great communication throughout the booking process and leading up to our stay and we’re made to feel very welcome upon arrival.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette maison propre, toute proche de la plage de Pereire, où le calme et la propreté règnent. La maison est super spacieuse, la cuisine très bien fournie, la piscine parfaite. Nous pensons déjà à nos prochaines vacances!

Villa idéalement placée pour profiter d'un sejour en famille près de tout et suffisamment en retrait
Seule ombre au tableau ( à réparer très vite) absence de congélateur, impossibilité de faire des glaçons ce qui est regrettable en été!

Super sejour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison d’Arcachon.
Elle correspondait parfaitement au descriptif mentionné dans l’annonce (une partie congélateur serait à envisager...pour les glaçons !!! Et les glaces des enfants)
La piscine est un plus très appréciable
À noter un accueil très chaleureux de Vanessa et son professionnalisme.
Une adresse que nous retenons.

Great for a big family with kids...but a freezer or ice maker for big kids drinks would make it 5*
Wonderful venue for a big family with young kids....spacious and light with a lovely garden and pool.
Nice if it were closer to shops for those without a car but bikes were good and a couple of kids seats would make it even better.
The owner kindly ensured we had a cot and high chair for our youngest traveller and the house was a great venue for the gathering of our three Aussie families to celebrate their French heritage.
A freezer or an ice maker to ensure grownups had ice in their pre dinner poolside drinks would seal this as a five star property.

Das super ausgestattete Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, 5 Min. fußläufig zum Stand.

Séjour très agréable
Maison très agréable parfaitement équipée pour famille avec enfants. Petit coup de coeur pour l'ensemble séjour-cuisine avec baies vitrées sur la piscine !
La maison est proche de la plage dans un quartier très calme,
Propriétaire très sympa qui s'adapte aux demandes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée. La situation géographique est idéale (quartier Pereire calme et à proximité de la plage et des commerces). La propriétaire est fort sympathique. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr!
