In a quiet and secure residence, the apartment comprises:

- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine or conventional machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, kitchen utensils ...)
- 1 master bedroom, double bed, shower + WC (2pax)

Property was well appointed for a group of 2 families, although quite a long walk from the train station so we found Uber the most effective transport to and from Disney

Nice Spacious Apartment in Good Location

Apartment was very clean and spacious and the location was good for getting to Disneyland - short train or bus ride away. Had a mixed experience with the communications from the Property Owners/Letters - some e-mails not answered until I chased and sometimes responses were a bit abrupt, which made me anxious about the booking, but all was fine when we arrived and check-in was easy. When booking this apartment you have to pay 500 Euros at the time of paying the final balance (a month before your arrival date) in case of any damage - this is refunded after the holiday but this took more than a week from our return date - so in total they kept our money for over 6 weeks, meaning I had to pay the credit card I had put the deposit on. I do think 500 Euros is excessive and I would rather have this put on my credit card during check in than when paying the balance a month before. For me, this is the main downside to this apartment as overall it is a great apartment and good value for money.

Clean, spacious and well equipped appartment only a 2 minute walk from Val D'Europe shopping center and a 15-20 min walk to Disneyland. I would definately stay again and would highly recommend for families.

Het appartement is ruim en luxe ingericht. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van voldoende bergruimte. De keuken is voorzien van heel veel apparatuur en voldoende pannen,bestek borden en serviesgoed. Het sanitair ziet er verzorgd en schoon uit. De woonkamer is ruim, bevat een grote eettafel,dressoir, TV en voldoende zitplaatsen. Wij konden geen zenders op de TV ontvangen maar wel Netflix, waar wij ruim voldoende aanbod op hadden. Een paar puntjes waar wel op gelet moet worden zijn: Uit de kraan komt water met chloor er in; gezuiverd water kun je kopen in het winkelcentrum. Warm water wordt na 10 uur niet geleverd, dus douchen moet je voor die tijd doen. Wij hebben er met veel genoegen een week gebruik van gemaakt
