Super !
Résidence très sympa. Appartement impeccable pour 4 personnes. La petite alcôve pour notre fils a bien plu.
Balcon ensoleillé le midi et agréable le soir surtout quand il a fait chaud la journée.
La piscine est juste top top et nous étions proches de la plage ! On a passé une chouette semaine et nous reviendrons cela est certain !!

Location conforme à l’annonce. Résidence avec piscine chauffée très appréciable durant une semaine d’août maussade. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle.

We had a very late checking and early departure, but the owner made this very easy with good communications and key safe.
The nearby beach is great and very clean. The are a few places to eat nearby, but you'll gave to go into La Baule and further afield for any thing gastronomic.
I'd mention 2 things that didn't ruin or holiday, but would like to have known sooner. There is no wifi in the flat, though there is a limited service in the hotel area. While the building has air conditioning, the flat does not, but if you open the small window in the main bedroom before about 11pm it will drone constantly. That said we were there in 24-32C and the heat wasn't an issue (for a family of redheads).
The kitchen was well equipped generally (apart from a good sharp knife), with induction hobs, a microwave and a good fridge.
We'd recommend the area as family friendly, if not particularly gourmet.

Séjour très agréable
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement en duplex avec une belle terrasse donnant sur les arbres, à proximité de deux belles plages, et d'une aire de jeux pour enfants. La piscine était également très agréable et notre fille a pu prendre des cours de natation donnés par un maître nageur pour apprendre à nager, un vrai plus lors de nos vacances. Nous avons par ailleurs reçu un très bon accueil, et nous espérons pouvoir revenir.

Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants
Accueil chaleureux de Mme Thomas à l’arrivée. L’appartement qui est aménagé avec goût est propre, facile à entretenir et à déjà le nécessaire de fourni: sucre, thé, produits ménagers, jouets pour la plage qui est en bas de la rue. La piscine est chauffée, propre, calme. Un séjour tout simplement parfait!

Tout est parfait pour ce duplex avec terrasse. Mer et piscine dans une résidence.
Le seul défaut, un groupe de ventilation très bruitant sur le toit qui impose de dormir fenêtres fermées. Mais ça ne suffit pas pour atténuer le bruit permanent de machinerie

IDEALEMENT SITUE - APPARTEMENT FONCTIONNEL et BELLE TERRASSE
Échanges très sympathiques avec la propriétaire, et sa famille. Appartement très agréable, grande terrasse (vue sur les pins), literie excellente et beaucoup de calme. Documentations sur la région sur place. Mer à 100 mètres et petits commerces de proximité. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine extérieure chauffée (à 29,5 °). Une adresse à retenir !

Dès la réservation, la propriétaire nous a informé des modalités d'accès à la résidence. Accueil sur place très sympathique. Appartement très bien équipé et agencé surtout la terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Nous avons aussi apprécié la piscine très agréable.

Bel appartement dans un immeuble soigné et coquet à 2 mn à pied du beau sable de la plage.
Sur la terrasse du deuxième étage, nous sommes à proximité des branches de pins, on petit-déjeûne avec les écureuils !

beau petit appartement joliment décoré dans très belle résidence de standing .
la terrasse est relativement a l abri du soleil et sans vis a vis .
vous etes a 3 ou 4 minutes de la mer et avez acces a 2 sorte de plage . d un cote vous rentrez dans l eau et vous êtes vite en profondeur et de l autre cote c est plus traditionnelle , cela vous laisse le choix en plus de petites criques sympathique .
il y a une petite boulangerie pas tros loin(5 minutes) mais y aller tôt au matin car limite en quantité ! Sinon pas tros de commerce a proximité mais en voiture vous avez 2 gros centre de commerces a 10 , 15 minutes
Seule petit bémol vous n avez pas accès au wifi de l hôtel et les communication internet ne sont pas très performante a Pornichet ( teste avec Bouygues et sfr , orange je sais pas )
Je sais que tout le monde n est pas accro mais pour organiser nos sortie c était un peu gênant .
Globalement tres satisfait surtout propriétaire très aimable et très rapide a avoir valide notre sejour .

Bel appartement pour 4 dans une résidence agréable à 150 m de la plage
La résidence Ker Juliette est très bien placée, on entend le bruit des vagues (et on distingue l'océan au travers des arbres) depuis la belle terrasse de l'appartement sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas . Le logement est très bien agencé pour quatre personnes avec la petite chambre lit superposés pour les jeunes et une grande chambre parentale au niveau supérieur. La cuisine bien que petite ne manque de rien celle-ci est tout à fait adaptée pour y réchauffer ou cuisiner quelque plats.
+ La terrasse sous les arbres dans lesquels on distingue des écureuils.
- Le Bruit de la VMC perceptible depuis la grande chambre via les velux.

La proprietaire est très sympathique et très arrangeante.

I had no idea what to expect when I was booking an apartment with no reviews on homeaway (abritel) for the first time, but my entire experience (the communication with the owner, the stay, the apartment, the location, Pornichet, the beaches, the cost) was beyond what I could wish for.
The owner made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was just as described, really comfortable, clean and had in my opinion the best view in comparison with other residences in the complex, as the balcony overlooked the forest and was on the 2nd floor. Also the apartment and the kitchen had every single amenity a holiday maker at the sea could wish, so we felt as if we were in our own house.
The ocean was not very warm at the beginning of the stay (though still everyone enjoyed it), so having the heated (and clean pool) was great. The free wifi in the vicinity of the pool was another added bonus.
The beach was a short walk away, and it was a pleasant walk through a nice little forest and two great children's playgrounds on the way.
There were several good restaurants in the vicinity, La Marina, Potion, with delicious specialties and also a bakery with fresh croissants and bread only a block away.
If you prefer quiet vacations with not too many tourists I would totally recommend Pornichet over La Baulle.
There is plenty of parking space near the house were the apartment is located all inside the Ker Juliette residence area. If you are without a car, there is a free bus circling in Pornichet and the neighboring areas, and the stop is some 50 steps away from the Ker Juliette residence entrance. It is also extremely easy to reach the city of St Nazaire which offers really nice shopping via public buses.
So I will whole heartedly recommend this to other travelers, and if we come to the area next year, we will definitely want to stay here again.
