At the heart of the Somme Bay! - Facing the marina - The Lirots
This charming seaside welcomes you in comfort.
On the ground floor with harbor side entrance: a living room with furniture and decor trend (flat screen TV, mini chain, sofa bed). Below, with access via a staircase of 4 steps (and access to the courtyard): fitted kitchen with separative bar and 4 bar stools, a quiet room (baby folding bed), bathroom, WC, closets and release .
Upstairs: master suite with TV, shower and toilet. View of the port.
You will enjoy a small yard sheltered quiet, a terrace with garden furniture.
Ideally located, it is the ideal foot for exploring the Somme Bay!

Good location, close to restaurants. Liked having two bathrooms as our party was 4 adults so we had our own space. Dog friendly was a bonus The owner of the property was very friendly and answered all our questions

Nice little house. Perfect location, calm with Harbour view. We enjoyed our stay very much. Downside: no WiFi, steep stairs to the upper room and the lower floor,

Had all we needed in a property, including car parking and courtyard. Le Crotoy is a lovely little harbour town with plenty of restaurants and walks

Maison très agréable, propre. matériellement nous n'avons manqué de rien. l'accueil très chaleureux et attentif aux besoins matériels et la personne. très bien placée en face le port.. juste un bémol pour le stationnement très difficile et surtout le manque de wifi.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Le Crotoy verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, alle Geschäfte in der Nähe.

Charmantes Fischerhaus
Das kleine Fischerhaus liegt direkt am Yachthafen in Le Crotoy hat viel Charme. Wenn man am Esstisch sitzt, sieht man am gegenüber liegenden Ufer der Baie de Somme die beleuchtete Promenade von Saint Valery sur Somme (im Oktober ist es schon früh dunkel). Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotz Sturm und viel Regen sehr genossen.

Maison bien située, pas loin des commerces et fonctionnelle. Bonne literie.

Dommage, nous n'y retournerons pas
Maison de pêcheur qui pourrait avoir son charme mais les escaliers n'étant pas aux normes il est difficile de circuler dans la maison. De plus la literie de médiocre qualité a fini par écourter notre séjour. 3 jours au lieu de 8. Quel perte d'argent !
Pas d'accueil à notre arrivée mais différé au lundi matin. De ce fait, je me permets d'exposer le souci de la literie mais la propriétaire argumente que la literie est neuve. Une mauvaise foi qui n'a fait que rendre le séjour désagréable. Je suis rentrée avec une lombalgie, un traitement lourd et un rendez vous chez l'ostéopathe...mais la literie est neuve !!!
J'ose espérer un geste commercial de votre part pour un séjour si vite écourté.
Je ne recommanderai pas cette location.

Un gîte agréable et bien situé.
Idéal pour séjourner quelques jours et découvrir la région , bien équipé et avec une décoration contemporaine confortable, avec une belle vue sur la baie.
Seul petit problème : le parking était trop étroit pour notre voiture.

Un séjour au Crotoy en famille qui tient toutes ses promesses. La maison est idéalement située et est très bien équipée. Florence la propriétaire est disponible et toujours très agréable. Je recommande cette location dans une magnifique Région.

Bel endroit
Semaine très sympa face au port du Crotoy dans un gîte confortable sur 3 niveaux et bien équipé. Accès facile avec parking, proche à la fois des commerces et de la baie. La propriétaire est charmante et disponible. N'hésitez pas à lui envoyer un mail elle répond très vite. Une chambre avec salle de bain à l'étage, un living spacieux au rez de chaussée, la cuisine et la suite (chambre wc salle de bain) au -1. On reviendra.

Logement très moyen, ménage à faire en entrant (à condition d'apporter ses produits, tous les flacons sous l'évier sont vides !!).
La cuisine est assez sombre, et ces marches inégales cuisine-séjour sont très inconfortables , l'escalier pour l'étage est trop raide, attention !!
Le bon côté de ce logement est son emplacement et le fait qu'il ait sa place de "parking"!

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour au Crotoy du 14 au 21 juillet , accueil chaleureux le beau temps au rendez-vous, très bien située proche des poissonneries et des commerces et en plus la baie de somme est une très belle région je vous conseille

Beau logement propre et spacieux mais la cabine de douche serait à changer car usėe par le temps. Le tas de feuilles mortes aurait pu etre retirė sous l'abri. Proche du marchė et de tous commerces ce qui est très appréciable.

On s'y sent bien...
On ne compte plus les réservations faites de cette maison. Pas de luxe superflu, mais une décoration épurée et un équipement fonctionnel, prévu pour séjourner à deux couples et chacun dans l'intimité ( deux chambres, non contigües, avec WC et sanitaires individuels). Maison toujours très propre et bien entretenue. Cerise sur le gâteau, un emplacement pour la voiture vient d'être réalisé à l'arrière, et ce qui est formidable, sans supplément de prix. Bien vu!
L'emplacement de ce cosy havre de repos, est merveilleusement situé au bout du port, avec accès rapide vers les commerces, les promenades, le port, ...
Nous conseillons et recommandons cette maison à toutes nos connaissances.
Madame de Thézy nous accueille toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix
Situation : proche des commerces(très nombreux et variés, du commerce de détail à la grande surface.) des restaurants, des petits bars sympa, des glaciers, du loueur de vélos, de l'office du tourisme. Deux marchés bien achalandés par semaine
Face au port, pas très loin de la grande plage. On goûte au calme. On apprécie le chant des oiseaux
Lieu de départ de balades pédestres, en vélo ou en voiture
La résidence :propreté exemplaire, très grand confort, décoration recherchée, tout est là pour cuisiner de bons petits plats à l'intérieur ou dans le patio (très ensoleillé, coupé du vent, à l'abri des regards) . Chambres confortables, spacieuses, propres, salle d'eau ou salle de bain attenantes de même qualité.
Génial aussi cet emplacement de parking privatif (donc gratuit!).
Le seul bémol : les escaliers conduisant à la cuisine (pas très clairement expliqués dans l'annonce pour des personnes à mobilité difficile.)
L'accueil par la propriétaire super sympathique, très à l'écoute, qui vous dit tout sur tout, qui reste en contact par téléphone au besoin.
De superbes vacances.

Maison idéalement située
Pour notre premier séjour en baie de Somme, le choix de cette maison s'est avéré pertinent. En effet nous avons pu visiter les environs très aisément. La maison est assez grande et agréable, rien n'y manque , sauf le WIFI... L'emplacement de parking est fort appréciable car au Crotoy la moindre place est payante. On ne peut que recommander cet hébergement ( idéal pour 2 couples car chambres et sanitaires complètement indépendants ).

Conseil avisé
Petite maison sympathique très bien située.Escalier interne (étage) dangereux pour personnes âgées.Attention au matériel de cuisine : rien pour frire du poisson, poêle ovale manquante, ( alors que nous sommes dans une région ou l'on dispose de beaucoup de poisson très frais ), et une seule poêle ronde trop petite pour 4 personnes. La sauteuse trop usée pour être utilisée.
A l'étage ( chambre )manque d'étagères pour y déposer son linge, on pourrait mieux utiliser les places libres en sous-pente.
Ceci dit nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
