The house with courtyard is located in a quiet residence about 400 m from the cable cars and the center of St Lary Soulan village. Easy parking.
Comfortable house, recently renovated, ideal for 4 people.
Small terrace with outdoor stone table.
On 3 levels:
on the ground floor, entry SAS with coat rack and shoe storage, living room with very practical kitchen, fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven, 2-burner hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, grill breads, electric crêpe maker, raclette set, electric fondue set, many kitchen cupboards.) Dishwasher products are provided as well as cleaning products.
The mountain style living room is composed of a round table, 4 chairs (+ 2 chairs upstairs, if necessary), 1 very comfortable fabric sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player and USB port, shelving unit with games company, radio / cd with iphone station.
Equipped with a canister vacuum cleaner.
On 1st floor: bedroom with small balcony, double bed (140), alarm clock, wardrobe with wardrobe and shelves (iron), valet, shelves, books and magazines available, curtain separating access to the bedroom in the mezzanine for more privacy, 1 clotheshorse on stand and 2 small to hang.

2nd floor: attic mezzanine with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers. Access to the mezzanine by a miller's ladder.
Each bed has a duvet. Blankets are available.
Household linen is not provided.
During winter periods, quality heating and provision of the ski room.
