The small sunny house with lots of charm is facing south, renovated and air conditioned it is located in a quiet area, not overlooked for sunbathing, 200 m from the large sandy beach, the most beautiful of the coast Roussillonnaise and ideal for children.
In the spacious garden (> 70M²) you can accommodate your vehicle.
This summer 2019, a 3 seats Swing (maximum: 200kg) has completed the garden furniture.
A stone barbecue (Photo) is waiting for your next barbecue.

Séjour ensoleillé près de la plage
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par M.SALLES; la propriété est propre, calme et fraîche (climatisation), le jardin et le barbecue ont été très appréciés. A 3 min à pieds de la plage, nous nous y sommes rendu tous les jours, en laissant la voiture garée à l’abris. Mini golf, location de bateau, parachute, marché... beaucoup d’activités aux alentours. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location et nous la recommandons !

Un séjour impeccable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la petite villa. Elle est très confortable, propre, dotée d'une cuisine bien équipée. La cerise sur le gâteau est sa superbe localisation dans un cartier très calme, à seulement 200m de la plage. Monsieur Salles est un propriétaire très gentil est à l'écoute de ces locataires. Nous recommandons vivement!

Voilà nous venons de rentrer de ce superbe séjour!Nous aurions pu y passer tout le mois tant cette maison et ses extérieurs sont charmants!Quartier très calme,5 minutes à pied de la mer et accès rapide pour partir en visite en dehors de Canet, ainsi que pour les supermarchés.Les photos de la propriété sont fidèles à la réalité et lorsque vous arriverez c'est une maison trés propre et accueillante qui vous attends, vous vous sentirez vite chez vous!Et je terminerais par le meilleur, l'accueil de Monsieur Salles le propriétaire ;c'est un charmant monsieur à la fois discret et disponible dès qu'il le faut,et qui est une mine de bon conseil pour les visites et les bons restaurants!Mille merci Monsieur pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse!Vous et votre maison vous nous manquerez.Nous reviendrons c'est évident!

Superbe location pour se reposer en duo en profitant de la mer.
Nous avons séjourné dans une petite maison accueillante, à l intérieur neuf, d une propreté irréprochable où rien ne manquait.Idéalement située( à peine 5 min de la plage à pieds), dans une rue très calme, nous avons apprécié tout particulièrement le jaccuzi et la literie( nous avons inauguré le nouveau sommier à lattes). Nous tenons à remercier M. Salles de son hospitalité naturelle, de sa discrétion et de son désir de nous renseigner dès que nous lui en faisions la demande.Point non négligeable, nous pouvions rentrer la voiture dans la cour....à coté de la grande terrasse.
On se sentait comme chez nous en vacances avec le soleil en plus.
Sans aucune hésitation, c est une location que nous reprendrons si besoin et que nous conseillons sans aucun point négatif....rare mais réel dans ce cas.

Un énorme merci à Monsieur Salles pour son accueil très chaleureux (surtout d'avoir été patient lors de notre retard à l'arrivée) et sa grande gentillesse ! Toujours aux petits soins pour ses locataires (bons conseils et bons tuyaux) tout en restant très discret ! A notre arrivée la location était d'une propreté irréprochable (ce qui n'est pas le cas partout). Elle est idéalement située : proche de la mer (5 mn à pieds) et d'une magnifique plage de sable fin ainsi que des commerces, tout en étant dans une rue très calme. Nous avons longuement profité des bienfaits du jacuzzi ainsi que de la jolie terrasse ... un vrai régal !!! La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût .... rien ne manque ! Bref .... tout était parfait !! Un seul bémol ...... les vacances étaient trop courtes !!!!
Nous recommandons vivement cette location .... vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, tout est comme sur les photos ... en mieux !!!!

EXCELLENTE LOCATION ESTIVALE ET TRES BON ACCUEIL !
nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans cette petite maison très très bien équipée en tout point de vue (comme indiqué sur les photos et le descriptif), rien ne manque, tout est propre et entretenu : appareils ménagers au top, très bien située dans un quartier calme, très près de la mer et du centre de Canet, aucun problème pour dormir au calme. Le propriétaire est très prévenant et est aux petits soins de ses locataires (ce qui n'est pas le cas partout), il nous a donné des "bons tuyaux" sur commerces et adresses dans les environs. En bref, sans hésiter : la meilleure location en bord de mer à ce jour, étant fidèles utilisatrices de locations sur Homelidays depuis plusieurs années. Un endroit où nous reviendrions les yeux fermés si cela se présente.
