About this house rental
Located 150m 2 white sand beaches and GR34, this pretty holiday house, completely renovated and furnished with refinement accommodates up to 10 people.
The 580m2 garden is enclosed with a barbecue, garden, sunbathing and garage.
The house includes:

- An equipped kitchen: dishwasher, cooker hood, ceramic cooking hobs, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, raclette ...
- A large living room with lounge area, internet

- A bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. (A shower is available in the garage, ideal for the beach returns).

Traumurlaub in Traumhaus
Wir hatten einen wunderschöne woch in dem sehr liebevoll reovierten bretonischen Haus. Die Inneneinrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen, sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten zu bieten. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und das Badezimmer luxuriös. Tolle Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort.
Die Vermieter waenr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. man fühlte sich gleich wire zuhause... Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war ein Traumurlaub in jeder Hinsicht. Danke !!!

Excellent Séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très jolie et très bien placée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants (gateau et cidre de bienvenu).
Nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants et tout le monde avait son espace.
Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre semaine à Saint Cava, d'autant que la météo était au rendez-vous.
Nous conservons l'adresse tellement le lieu est magnifique.

A deux pas de la plage
Un super séjour dans une maison magnifiquement bien renovee: le charme de l'ancien mêlé à de la déco moderne. Petits commerces à proximité, et surtout de chouettes balades à faire le long de mer qui est à quelques mètres de la maison. Nous avons également pu profiter des vélos mis à disposition. Une super location que je recommande !

A 2 pas des plages et du phare de l’île vierge
La maison est très fonctionnelle et vraiment agréable à vivre. Nous étions 9 et avons trouvé les 2 salons distincts très agréables pour un côté parents et un autre où les enfants/ados pouvaient jouer. Le garage et la buanderie sont aussi très bien pensés avec le tuyau d’arrosage accessible en sortie de garage pour rincer les combinaisons ou autre matériel, la douche sortie de plage, les nombreux vélos à disposition pour une balade le long de l’Aber Wrac’h, les transats à l’extérieur pour se poser. La literie est de qualité et la maison très bien entretenue. Nous recommandons le café Bzzzt (accessible à pied ou en vélo sur le port de Perroz) ainsi que le Bar a huîtres (à 2 minutes à pied de la maison) ainsi que l’ascension du phare de l’île vierge qui vaut le détour! : des adresses qui donnent envie de revenir!
Les propriétaires sont agréables (les galettes bretonnes à notre arrivée ont été très appréciées!) réactifs et précis dans les échanges avant notre arrivée. Une très bonne adresse.

Propriété chaleureuse, bien entretenue autant intérieur qu’extérieur… très bien équipée (sèche cheveux, fer à repasser mais aussi vélo mis à notre disposition). Très bien située 150 m d’une très belle plage .

Dans cette belle maison typique de la région nous nous sommes réellement régalés. La maison est bien équipée. Nous avons aussi apprécié d’avoir des vélos à disposition pour nos ballades. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir dans la région. Nous reviendrons. 😁

Super Emplacement pour cette belle maison
Très belle maison, très bien située.
Il y a quelques "manques" en terme d'équipements dans la maison (Un fil à linge à l'extérieur, une planche à découper en bois, un plat de four pour cuisiner pour 10 personnes, des couverts pour les fruits de mer, des couteaux qui coupent, une planche à repasser et surtout des PLACARDS dans les chambres pour pouvoir vider les valises !!...)..
Des couverts un peu plus solides auraient également été appréciés ainsi que des vélos qui fonctionnent un peu mieux et un balai avec un manche à bonne hauteur... :-)
Ces remarques ont juste pour objectif d'améliorer cette location pour les futurs locataires, mais, tout cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour !
La maison a été refaite avec goût et la proximité de 2 plages est appréciable !

Très belle maison bretonne
Nous avons passé une semaine du 13 au 20 avril 2019 dans cette maison bretonne magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable, très grande , une décoration très soignée, à proximité de très belles plages et de balades le long des côtes (sans prendre la voiture). Un extérieur très bien entretenu avec une terrasse entourée de haies où nous avons pu déjeuner le midi au soleil. Les propriétaires très sympathiques. Une location à recommander à tous les amoureux de la Bretagne.

calme et confort
Nous avons passé une semaine dans le calme et le confort de ce gite de Saint-Cava. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis en toute simplicité avec des crêpes et du cidre. Nous avons pu apprécier la qualité de la rénovation de cette ancienne maison refait à neuf et modernisée. L'environnement est superbe : plages de sables blancs, chemins côtiers et vue sur le phare de l'Ile Vierge. Nous avons pu découvrir Lilia en marchant et en utilisant les vélos mis à disposition.

Ein gelungener Urlaub
Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub gemeinsam mit Freunden in diesem hübsch eingerichteten und geräumigen Haus. Insbesondere die Kinder wollten bei unseren Ausflügen immer wieder zum Haus zurück um dort zu spielen, denn von Sandelsachen bis Barbie Puppen gab es einiges im Haus zu entdecken. Auch der Fahrradausflug mit den vorhandenen Rädern war ein voller Erfolg.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben auf Emails innerhalb kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Wer kein französisch spricht, kommt mit einem Translator und Händen und Füßen gut zurecht.
Leider sind die Geschäfte im Ort Lilia ausgestorben, das Baguette zum Frühstück kann man aber am nahegelegenen Hotel kaufen oder man fährt zum Bäcker in den Ort Plouguerneau. Dort findet man alles zum Einkaufen was man braucht.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen, insbesondere der kurze Weg zum Strand, der je nach Gezeiten Badestelle oder Wattwanderweg mit Austernbänken ist.

Very nice house close to seaside
We really enjoyed this wonderful house with all kinds of amenities, like dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
The house is well situated in a very quite place, a few hundred metres away from the seaside. With the bicycles which belong to the house, we were able to make very nice trips to other beaches in the surrouding.
All in all it was a very nice place and we had a great time!

4,5 Sterne in Summe
Schönes großes sauberes Haus. 400 m bis zum Strand. Nette Eigentümer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im einige Kilometer entfernten Plouguerneau gegeben. Bei der Waschmaschine die Tür gut schließen, dann läuft sie auch :-). Wehrmutstropen waren unterschiedlichen Mietbedingungen bei FeWo und den Eigentümern sowie irreführende E-Mails von FeWo bzgl. der erfolgten Zahlungen ... schade auch,dass FeWo sich nicht in der Rolle gesehen hat die Widersprüche aufzulösen ...

Schöner Aufenthalt, fader Nachgeschmack
Charmantes, bretonisches Steinhaus, günstige, aber geschmackvolle Ikea-Einrichtung, tolle Lage mit Meeresnähe - tja, eigentlich wäre alles gut gewesen.
Leider bekamen wir - noch auf dem Heimweg - eine vorwurfsvolle Mail über einen angeblichen Farbschaden am Kaminofen, ein Vorwurf, der grotesker wirklich nicht hätte ausfallen können. Um langweilige Details einer albernen Geschichte auszusparen: die Vermieter bestanden auf vollständiger Übernahme von "Reparaturkosten", deren Bagatellhöhe von einem nervigen Rechtsstreit absehen liess. Das Ehepaar Bouchare, in Sachen Garantieansprüche gegenüber Kamin-Herstellern offensichtlich lustlos oder überfordert, scheint noch nicht recht im Land der Profis angekommen zu sein. Jedenfalls ziehen es die Vermieter wohl aus Komfortgründen vor, Kautionen von Feriengästen einzubehalten, die ohne Möglichkeit eigener Inaugenscheinnahme des Vorwurfs 1.500 km entfernt zu Hause nur noch den Kopf schütteln können.
Wertung: Für das wirklich gelungene, helle Haus gibt's 5 Sterne; das äußerst verärgernde Nachspiel schlägt mit Abwertung von einem "Stern" zu Buche, macht also einen Schnitt von 2,5 - wohlwollend aufgerundet 3 Sterne, mehr ist nicht drin. Kurzum: Hierhin werden wir auf jeden Fall NICHT wieder kommen. Irgendwie schade, aber für die Bretagne gibt es ja jede Menge Alternativen ...

Maison très agréable, literie vraiment confortable, plages juste à côté, propriétaires particulièrement agréables et avenants. Enfin une location où le bien-être et le confort des vacanciers apparaît comme une priorité ! Il ne manque rien ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et celle proposant un lit gigogne au dessus de la cuisine est le coin parfait pour des ados. De nombreuses balades à faire, à pied ou à vélo, au départ de la maison. Petite cerise sur le gâteau pour inviter à la détente, des transats nous attendaient dans le jardin ! L'espace salon de jardin devant la maison permet d'être à l'abri du vent et des regards grâce aux haies. Nous étions 9 et nous avions largement de la place pour tous ! Les commerces sont proches et faciles d'accès. La mise à disposition des vélos est suffisamment rare pour être soulignée, un véritable atout. En bref, le lieu de vacances idéal pour découvrir la région.

Je suis moi-meme hôte B&B sur les US et j’ai beaucoup apprécié la maison et la façon dont elle etait équipée et décorée à l’occasion des fêtes. Les hôtes étaient disponibles si nécessaire et toute ma famille trouvait également la maison tres confortable. Merci pour le super accueil!

Komfortables Ferienhaus mit viel Platz
Die freundlichen Vermieter haben sich viel Zeit genommen, alles zu erklären. die Räume, die Ausstattung, die Besonderheiten, sowie Tips für den Aufenthalt.
Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen dem Vorgefundenen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten sowie die Umgebung für zwei Wochen genossen.
Wer Stille und Natur liebt kommt voll auf seine Kosten.
Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küchenausstattung entspricht hohem Comfort. Im Nebengebäude findet man eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und zusätzlicher "Stranddusche". Die vorhandenen Fahrräder laden zur Erkundung der Umgebung ein. Etwas Kondition ist hierfür von Vorteil, da es oftmals windig ist.
Für unsere Anreise mit dem PKW aus Süddeutschland haben wir einen Zwischenstop eingeplant, um nicht halb verbraucht anzukommen.
Wir haben entspannte Ferientage erlebt und können das Ferienhaus guten Gewissens empfehlen.
