Limpio,

Cama muy confortable, habitacion amplia y muy limpia. Buena ubicacion y en general agradable. Creo que me volveria a hospedar sin problema.

aun que son claros sobre el horario del desayuno, baje sobre el el limite de tiempo y aun asi no quisieron buscar compensar con opciones. esto hizo que adelantara mi check out mas de 3 horas por buscar un sitio donde desayunar.

Our best hotel stay EVER!

Truly exceptional hotel. Staff were friendly and very professional, from the front desk, the lovely lady who served breakfast to the cleaning staff, congratulations to you all for making our stay incredible. The breakfast certainly exceeded all expectations, no one could be disappointed with the morning offerings. The parking for our motorcycles was underground and behind 2 locked gates opened only by hotel staff, perfect. Our flight to Bogotá was cancelled so we arrived 2 days late, communication from the hotel was prompt with a solution provided without fuss. Our room with a panoramic window with a view towards Monserat was just so nice to come home to, the afternoon sun streaming in warming the room. The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet location with restaurants and supermarkets within an easy walking distance. Largest most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, then of course all the facilities one would expect, cable TV, microwave, fridge and cooktop. Thanks to every staff member for our best hotel stay EVER!!

Comodidad en la habitación.

El servicio de desayuno, pésimo. No había desayuno porque “los demás comensales arrasaron con todo”. Terrible atención.

Excelente ubicación, comodidad y atención del personal

Se puede mejorar la limpieza de los baños y la puntualidad al momento de servir el desayuno. En mi caso, contaba con el tiempo justo para desayunar y como no estuvo puntual y nadie en el hotel sabía por qué estaba cerrado el restaurante no pude tenerlo

Ottimo soggiorno per qualità/prezzo, con piccoli cambiamenti sarebbe stato eccellente.

Staff amichevole, camera spaziosa, letto comodo, ottimo il garage nella struttura.

In stanza manca un frigo per cibo e bevande. Manca un climatizzatore o qualcosa per scaldare la stanza. Alcune finiture e dettagli della stanza potevano essere migliorati (specialmente nel bagno).

La limpieza y atención, Los recepcionistas súper atentos y amables. La señora Mireya muy atenta en el servicio del desayuno. El señor Edwuar fue muy amable y atento en apoyarnos en un cambio de hotel de la misma cadena. Los desayunos muy buenos. Las camas muy confortables.

Las toallas muy desgatadas. La seguridad en la zona, presenciamos un asalto a una pareja de tercera edad hospedados en uno de los hoteles de la cadena, Deberían de contratar personal de vigilancia externa para seguridad de los huéspedes de los tres hoteles. Las habitaciones del Regency Boutique no tienen un espejo en las habitaciones.

Convenient location

The bed was comfortable, it was clean and well located since I had an event in Agora

The noise, you can hear EVERYTHING, when I say everything, even if the guest next door washes their hands. It was very uncomfortable when you have an event early and the people next door have a normal conversation until 1am but the walls are so thin that you cannot sleep.

Great service, Great people, Great location, Poor wifi

The staff was awesome, always open to answer questions, give recommendations, and attend to some of the needs. The room was really clean, and the room services was great, respecting when we didn't want them in or when we asked for it. The location was great as well

The WI-FI was terrible, didn't work most of the time, and when it worked it was 1-4mb speed so did have issues when trying to work. So if someone is traveling for work, may take a sim card with data
