About this cottage rental

The cottages are situated in a quiet environment and quality, in a green and wooded valley, with many pastures with grazing cows, less than 30 kilometers from the Opal Coast (Le Touquet, Merlimont, Stella, Hardelot Berck sur Mer) where you can indulge in various beach activities.

Only in 1H 30 1H Lille or Calais or 3 H Orly and Brussels.

Open all year, for rentals of minimum 2 nights in weekends or mid-weeks and week mainly in July and August, from Saturday to Saturday.

The main assets of the estate are the beauty of the park that gives the place a sense of serenity and provide play areas and hiding children with its many shrubs, trees and hedges, the indoor pool with water heated to 28 °, many play areas: table tennis and table football (in the courtyard), badminton, volleyball, football, football, football tennis, mini golf, bocce (2 bocce), swings and a slide for children, the authenticity of the place (18th century farmhouse has retained its charm through the preservation of interior and exterior giving the place an old world charm), preserved privacy with rooms that are not "dormitories".
Ideal for family holidays or for family gatherings or friends wishing privacy (13 rooms in total) and space (430 m2 of living space, 7600 m2 of land).

The cottages can be rented separately or with others. We have a total capacity of 31 people maximum, including children and babies.

The lodging of 13 people, "The Farm" has 5 bedrooms (3 rooms for 2, 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom for 3 to 4 people).
The lodging of 9 persons, "The Stable", has 4 bedrooms (3 rooms for 2 and 1 bedroom for 3 people).
The lodging of 5 people, "Le Fournil" has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom and 1 room for 2 to 3 people).
We also have "The Swallows", 2 interconnecting rooms for 4 people, we rent a cottage and more (not included).

Each cottage has a kitchen with the same electrical appliances (gas stove 4 burners and oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster), a dining room, a living room with a television equipped with a demodulator for TNT channels and a DVD player, one or two bathrooms (the gites of 13 and 9 people each have two bathrooms), a terrace with a barbecue and lounges of garden.

Some fruit trees give in season cherries, plums, apples, pears, gooseberries. You can pick the fruit according to your needs and desires.

The pool is common to the three lodgings. The opening hours are from 9 am to 6 pm from the end of March to the beginning of November and from 9 am to 8 pm in June, July and August. Children, even teenagers, should remain under the supervision of adults.

Many outdoor games are available such as table tennis, table football, the petanque, mini golf, volleyball areas, badminton, volleyball, football, not to mention the swings and slide for children.
We pay the rackets of ping pong, badminton, clubs for mini golf, petanque balls. A view to take your balloon volleyball and football.

Nous rentrons d'une nouvelle semaine passée au Domaine d'Etreuille en famille, pour la sixième fois depuis 2008 !.... Nous apprécions toujours autant ce lieu d'exception où nous pouvons tous nous réunir, très bien aménagé : -tant au niveau des intérieurs (nous avons testé l'étable et la fermette) spacieux, au charme ancien mais très confortable, avec une bonne literie dans les nombreuses chambres, et une cuisine très fonctionnelle (réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave vaisselle, gazinière, cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain,etc...), un lave linge commun à tous les gîtes à disposition -qu'au niveau des extérieurs : terrasse aménagée pour chaque gîte, avec salon de jardin, parasol, barbecue et bains de soleil, au sein d'un très grand parc verdoyant et fleuri, très bien entretenu par le propriétaire, jardinier attentif, nous faisant partager le fruit de ses cerisiers et les groseilles ! Il est aménagé pour que tous trouvent à s'amuser ou à se reposer sur les bains de soleil mis à disposition à l'ombre des grands arbres ou au soleil, le domaine dispose d'une piscine chauffée dans une grange aménagée très bien entretenue, et très propre.....Il y a de quoi s'amuser pour tous les âges : terrain de badminton, un mini golf , des balançoires, ping pong, vrai baby-foot traditionnel, de quoi faire un foot ou du volley, terrain de pétanque à l'extérieur; et à l'intérieur des jeux, de la lecture et de nombreux DVD que le propriétaire peut mettre à disposition.... La région est également très jolie, proche de Montreuil sur Mer , ou les plages de Berck et du Touquet, par un joli paysage vallonné....Les propriétaires très disponibles,tout en sachant rester discrets, apportent un soin particulier à toutes les installations et veillent au quotidien au confort de leurs hôtes. Un grand merci à eux pour leur accueil !

We were a party of 28 and hired all three properties, meaning we had full exclusivity. There were 9 children varying in ages from 1 to 9 and there were no issues in letting them run loose in the garden. Fully secure and plenty to keep them occupied (and fed - lots of berries and fruits!). A well kept garden and pool, and the gites are comfortable too. I would definitely recommend this venue and the area is lovely (surrounded by countryside and less than 1 hour's drive from Calais). This was our second stay at this venue and will most likely come again. Thanks Patrick and Sylvie!

I took my family and friends here to celebrate my 40th birthday. We booked all the properties at the location as there were 28 of us. We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the excellent facilities. Patrick and Sylvie, the owners, were always on hand to offer help and advice. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and courtesy. It was a pleasure throughout and I hope to return again soon.
