With family or friends, discover the sweetness of southern Finistère during a stay in our 180m2 seaside villa, in Douarnenez.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located in the Roches Blanches district, in Tréboul, 450m from the White Sands beach. It overlooks the sea and offers a magnificent view of the bay of Douarnenez.
You can access, on foot, the thalassotherapy center and the nautical center.
Shops and restaurants can be found near the villa.
On the ground floor :
Entrance, 70m2 living space, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (160x200 cm bed) + adjoining shower room, WC.
Upstairs :
Large terrace, four bedrooms (three 160x200 cm beds, two 90x190cm beds), a bathroom (shower + bath), two shower rooms adjoining the bedrooms, WC.
Exterior: 80m2 terrace.
Equipment :
Barbecue, garden furniture, sunbeds, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a second fridge in the laundry room, hairdryer in each room, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, three TVs, stereo system , traditional coffee maker, Nespresso machine.

A wonderful week spent in the most beautiful, modern and well equipped house we have ever experienced. The house was a delight to live in and and worked for 3 generations perfectly. The beautiful house and garden was a joy to relax and dine in . Thank you Alexandra and Yann for a great holiday.

This is a lovely house on an estate of lovely houses, all with attractive landscaped gardens, and it has a good view out to the bay. It's well-furnished and has just about all the cooking utensils you might need if eating at home. If eating out, it's worth checking out the local harbours where there are some nice restaurants. Also, if you haven't been before, take a day out to visit Quimper, with its historic centre, and Locronan. Thank you, Alexandra & Yann, for renting your house, we all had a great time.

Really impressed with the facilities available in this home. Close to family friendly beach and we enjoyed swimming in the sea every day. Our grandchildren loved the spacious gardens and the large patio dining area. Spacious living and sleeping areas and a kitchen we used every day with every utensil you could need.
We were lucky with warm weather and this made a great family holiday to remember.
Downsides…. Uphill back from beach with tired bods!

Modern house with lovely views out to sea. Well furnished and comfortable. Only 2 loos but most rooms have en-suite shower rooms. Would book to stay again if I returned to the area.

Une maison magnifique dans une région sublime
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en avril dans cette très belle et très confortable maison. Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et la maison - très moderne, parfaitement décorée et pratique - répondait parfaitement aux besoins de chacun : 5 chambres, 4 salles de bain, une très grande cuisine, un séjour spacieux, une buanderie et un jardin équipé pour les activités des enfants (et des adultes qui aiment le barbecue).
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la souriante et efficace Clothilde et avons eu le plaisir de découvrir un délicieux présent des propriétaires.
La maison est parfaitement située, à 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage, 5 minutes en voiture du marché de Tréboul et à peine plus du centre de Douarnenez et des centres commerciaux.
La région est bien entendue magnifique et depuis Douarnenez, la pointe du raz, Concarneau ou encore Locronan méritent le voyage.
Bref, notre séjour restera dans nos mémoires en attendant de revenir dans cette belle Bretagne et peut-être aussi dans cette superbe maison.

Super semaine
Nous avons pu profiter des aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs de la maison.
Tout est disponible, aussi bien pour les jeux extérieurs que pour les jeux de société.
La maison est proche du sentier côtier et de la plage et permet de rayonner pour visiter les différents sites de la région.
Les propriétaires et la personne qui nous a accueillie ont été aux petits soins pendant le séjour.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

La maison est encore plus jolie que sur les photos,très bien décorée,confortable et particulièrement bien équipée, il ne manque vraiment rien...l.accueil chaleureux malgré une arrivée tardive, le cadeau de bienvenue avec les spécialités locales, les lits faits, la présence de produits de premier secours dénotent une attention toute particulière réservée aux occupants. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos amis.
Dix personnes dans la maison sans que l’on se marche dessus, chacun peut s’isoler dans un petit coin à l’extérieur, sur la terrasse de l’étage où encore dans le petit coin salon.
La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle, les grandes baies permettent d’avoir une vue sur l’océan de la très grande pièce de vie et lorsque l’on cuisine.
Un seul bémol : galère pour l’accès Internet !

Séjour à Tréboul
Bonjour Alexandra,
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans votre superbe maison du 11 au 18 juillet 2020. Extrêmement bien située, au calme dans un cadre verdoyant et paysager avec goût, à 15min à pied de la plage, votre maison offre un excellent confort et des prestations de qualité (mobilier, couchage ....) Elle est tout à fait adaptée à une grande famille ou plusieurs couples d'amis (espace , vaisselle ... rien ne manque) . A notre arrivée la maison était très propre et nous remercions Juliette pour son travail et son accueil chaleureux ! Un grand merci à vous pour le grand panier de produits régionaux qui nous attendait à notre arrivée et que nous avons partagé en famille avec beaucoup de plaisir! La région est également très agréable, riche en visites et promenades et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir vers vous lors d'un prochain périple dans le Finistère !

Wunderschönes Haus und aufmerksame Gastgeberin
Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser in verschiedenen Ländern kennen gelernt, aber kein einziges war so gut und umfassend ausgestattet wie diese Villa. Der freundliche Empfang durch Christine und der Willkommenskorb mit bretonischen Spezialitäten sind ebenfalls erwähnenswert. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und man gelangt zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit direkt auf den Küstenwanderweg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Toller Urlaub mit Freunden
Sehr gemütliche und saubere Villa mit toller Aussicht. Wir verbrachten unsere Ferien mit insgesamt 10 Personen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Anreise verlief nicht ganz rund, da uns eine falsche Adresse übermittelt wurde.

Großzügige Villa in schöner Hanglage mit Blick auf die Bucht
Wir waren vom 15.9.18 - 23.9.18 zu viert in dieser schönen Villa und wurden äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert von Christine empfangen, so dass man sich willkommen fühlte.
Das große Haus ist lichtdurchflutet und geschmackvoll designt. Der riesige toll angelegte Garten garantiert Privatsphäre. Großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Villenviertel in der Rue Menez Poarzh mit weiteren fertig gestellten Neubauten direkt am Waldrand. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig gewesen. Zum oberhalb liegenden Campingplatz sind es nur etwa 100m, dort kann man leckere Croissants und Baguette für den nächsten Morgen vorbestellen.
Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich umfangreich, es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Betten sind bequem, die Badezimmer und überhaupt das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Fotos im Portal stimmen mit der Realität überein. Den anderen Gästebewertungen können wir uns anschließen, das haben wir genauso empfunden.
Es ist ein wunderschönes Wohngebiet in Tréboul, von dort aus ist es nicht weit zum Küstenweg.
Die Eigentümer sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und beantworten alle Fragen. So macht das Buchen Spaß.
Wir waren sehr traurig, als wir wieder abfahren mussten und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Erholsame Ferien in ruhiger Umgebung mit Meerblick
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet von Douarnenez (Treboul). Das Haus und der große Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich von Madame Christine empfangen und es wartete auch schon ein Gastgeschenk mit bretonnischen Spezialitäten auf uns- Merci, Madame Alexandra.
Wir (6 Erwachsene) haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet (genügend Gläser, Teller, Tassen Besteck, Töpfe, Microwelle, Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränke). Nicht zu vergessen der automatische Krümelaufsauger. Auch auf der Terrasse gab es genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen. Diese Ausstattung ist eher selten für ein Ferienhaus.
Die Zimmer und die Bäder sind sehr geschmackvoll (modern) eingerichtet. Handtücher gab es genügend.
Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich aber trotzdem: das ein oder andere Zierkissen im Schlafzimmer unten ist schon mal in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das wäre ja ganz einfach zu ersetzen.
Auf jeden Fall haben wir aber unseren Urlaub, das Meer und das (Fisch-)Essen (sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen von Madame Christine) sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen, auch wieder zu kommen. Denn es gibt noch eine ganze Menge mehr für uns in dieser Ecke der Bretagne zu entdecken.

Sehr sauberes Haus mit äußerst gastfreundlichen Eigentümern!

geschmackvoll, komfortabel, großzügig, lichtdurchflutet....
Wir (3 Paare) haben den Jahreswechsel in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Es war alles perfekt, sehr gepflegt,, liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Es war kuschelig warm, dank Fußbodenheizung und Handtuchwärmekörpern in den sehr schönen Bädern.
Wir haben uns zwei WCs teilen müssen und die Bauweise der modernen französischen Häuser, sowie die leichten Zimmertüren waren wegen der Hellhörigkeit etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, was aber nicht den äußerst positiven Gesamteindruck störte.
Wir haben uns sehr schnell wie zuhause gefühlt und können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Wir jedenfalls haben schon für diesen Sommer wieder gebucht.

Herrliche Ferien im Finistere
Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus in Douarnenez verbracht.
Platz hat es mehr als genug und an Ausstattung ist wirklich alles da, was man
sich nur wünschen kann. Vom Toaster über Mikrowelle, Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel.
Super war auch die Waschmaschine samt Trockner.
Die Lage ist sehr schön frei und ruhig, zu Fuß ist man schnell am Sable Blancs -Strand,
im nahe gelegenen Camping kann man sich abends Brot und Croissants für den nächsten Tag bestellen - das war ein super Tipp.
Als Ausgangspunkt war es ideal, um das Finistere per Auto und zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Wunderschön ist der GR34, der Küstenwanderweg, der direkt unterhalb des Hauses vorbeiführt.

Sehr schöne Villa
Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und großzügig und bietet für 10 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Betten sind breit. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Alle Räume lassen sich dank elektrischer Rolladen sehr gut verdunkeln. Auch darüber hinaus ist das Haus bestens ausgestattet (bis hin zur Nespresso-Maschine). Das Haus und das gesamte Anwesen sind sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Zu beachten ist, dass es zwar ausreichend (wenn auch kleine) Bäder, aber nur zwei Toiletten gibt.
Das Anwesen liegt am Hang, mit entferntem Blick aufs Meer, also in der Nähe der Küste, aber nicht unmittelbar am Strand. Die Umgebung (insbesondere der Küstenwanderweg, die fußläufig erreichbaren Strände, der Ausblick aufs Meer) ist sehr schön. Die Orte Tréboul und Douarnenez sind eher langweilig. Es gibt aber einige schöne Restaurants. Zu beachten ist die Lage sehr weit im Westen der Bretagne.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir danken für einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub!

Sehr schönes Haus, alles vorhanden, perfekt ausgestattet, traumhafter Blick, sehr ruhig gelegen, köstliche Baguettes, Croissants etc in 50 m Entfernung am Camping-Platz, kurzum ein wunderbarer Urlaub, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Empfang und Übergabe durch Christine, die uns alles erklärte und auch sehr hilfsbereit war. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!

The wider region includes wonderful beaches and spectacular scenery. The hosts are lovely - welcoming and friendly, and they replied to all our queries quickly. We'd definitely recommend a stay!

The description is accurate and it is in walking distance of several beaches ideal for children and families. They have tried to cater for all age groups from young to elderly and it works well.
The owners are very attentive, without being intrusive, prior, during and after the holiday. It made all transactions very easy.
