PERFECT LOCALISATION in the heart of the ALGARVE, a region mostly appreciated for its nice climate, the warm welcoming of its inhabitants, and its numerous tourist attractions.
THE HOUSE CAN RECEIVE UP TO 6 PEOPLE: kitchen – living room – dining room – 3 bedrooms – 2 fully equipped bathrooms (basin, bidet, bath and toilet) – independent toilet.
THE BEST PLACE FOR RELAXING HOLIDAYS: the house is a very comfortable, you will feel at home. The price Include household 1 to 3 times a week and end of stay to be agreed with the housekeeper. The household linen is furnished and cleaned. If asked for, we can provide you with food or anything you need from the local grocery store for your first night and an your first breakfast (to be paid on your arrival in the house).
FOR THE OUTDOOR LIFE: there is a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth: from 0, 80 cm to 2.2 m) on the terrace offering a wonderful sea sight. The garden is very nice and flowery, and you will be able to use the stone-made barbecue. There is a security barrier down the stairs leading to the swimming pool and to the solarium (located on the house rooftop).
THE HOUSE IS UNAVAILABLE IN AUGUST, but we still have SOME AVAILABILITY for the rest of the season (see calendar). ATTRACTIVES PRICES for the low and middle seasons. FORMALITIES AND MOVING are very simple.

We last stayed in the area 30 years ago.
We liked the area of luz with the Villa being situated on the outskirts, in a quiet residential culdesac.
The outside space was good but we felt the house and bedrooms were tired and needed updating. Although the kitchen was updated it was dark. The bedrooms were ok but needed freshening up. We felt it could if been cleaned better, it also had a musty damp smell. The air conditioning was noisy and the TV didn’t work although it had 5 remotes ! Which was confusing and only sorted when the TV repair man came out.
Sorry but have stayed in better for the price.

The villa was perfect for us as we had a baby and 3 year old as part of the family group. The pool was gated and completely safe which is what we wanted. It was well equipped and in a lovely position, close to Luz and beaches. We would book again as we had a great holiday.

Had an absolutely amazing time at this property. Good communication and easy check in. Breathtaking sea views from roof and pool area, lush gardens. Especially loved the herb garden and lemon tree. Although there are neighbors all around, it still felt very private. We had fabulous weather in May and used the pool often. It was clean and refreshing.
Lovely updated kitchen and huge refrigerator. Cooked breakfast daily. Plenty of seating inside and out. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for our group of 6.
Scenic 15 minute walk along the coast to shops, seaside restaurants and the beach. We really liked Luz and it was a quick drive to Lagos for a larger grocery store. Good location, we did day trips to Sagres for sunset, Portimão for a boat tour, Seven Hanging Valleys hike from Praia da Marinha and Lagos for hikes and beaches.
We were sad to leave and would not hesitate to book this property again.

Praia da luz
Wij hebben in de zomer een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze mooie villa in Praia da Luz. Het huis was erg schoon en had alle benodigdheden. Verder was het contact met het contactpersoon erg goed en laagdrempelig. Eventuele problemen werden snel verholpen. Daarnaast was het maar 15 minuten lopen naar het dorpje en strand. Heerlijke plek en zeker een aanrader!

Merry Algarve
Wir hatten über Weihnachten 2019 zwei sehr entspannte Wochen. Mit dem sehr schön gelegenen Haus waren wir rundum zufrieden. Die tolle sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ist besonders hervorzuheben. Kräuter und Zitronen gibt es im eigenen Garten. Bei sonnigem Wetter konnten wir sogar auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Einzig die Sofaecke im Wohnzimmer ist schon etwas durch und könnte erneuert werden. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt kommen wir gerne wieder. 😎�

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit einer ganz neuen tollen Einbauküche. .Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit schönen Garten und einem Dachpool.
Nicht bequem waren die Couch und die Stühle am Esstisch.
Es sollte nur ab und zu mal nach der Beleuchtung gesehen werden. Verschiedene Lampen waren defekt.

The villa is large and maintained to a high standard with maid service every couple of days (very helpful, thank you Maria). Sea views from the master bedroom and many areas outside, without doubt the best overall villa we have stayed at for many years, it felt like a real 'home'. Super villa in the best location of Luz

Great house, very well equipped
We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed it a lot. The location is quiet and the main town/ beach about 15 min by foot.

Superschöne Wohnung mit großem Grundstück und eigenem Pool
Die Wohnung war super um über den Dächern von Luz zu entspannen. Der Ausblick vom eigenen Pool und der Dachterasse sind umwerfend, da man ein Panorama der besonderen Art zu sehen bekommt.
Das Personal (Reinigungskraft und Gärtner) ist sehr freundlich und gibt Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung ist bis auf die Badewannen vollständig Rollstuhlgerecht. Der eigene Gräutergarten lädt zum Kochen und grillen ein.
Alles in allem nahezu perfekt und wärmstens weiter zu empfehlen!

Lovely property in a quiet area of Luz, perfect for a week get-away
The property was lovely - some of it has been updated and some of it is in need of a little modernisation (and smelt a bit musty) but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are a lovely size. There is air conditioning but we generally didn't need it. The pool was clean and well kept and the children really enjoyed their time in it. There are several outdoor seating areas which are lovely - and there is shade to eat outside at lunch time. This was our second time in Luz and we enjoyed our week there.

une villa au top dans une région magnifique
la villa est au top. tout y est, elle est parfaitement équipée. Même des parasols pour la plage, et dieu sait que c'est utile. la villa est conforme aux photos, elle est assez grande. vous ne serez pas les uns sur les autres, un salon important et une salle à manger séparée. les salles de bains ont été refait à neuf, tout est clean et l'équipement Electroménager est neuf aussi. la piscine est vraiment bien, protégée par une barrière d’accès si jeunes enfants et profonde d'un coté pour les plongeurs !
le jardin est tout aussi super. pour résumer, rien à redire, parfait pour nous.
la région de lagos est idéal pour découvrir l'algarve. 30 min du cap st vincent, 15 min de lagos centre. les plages sont magnifiques et l'eau chaude contrairement au nord.
bref que du bonheur, vous ne regretterez pas votre choix. je vous conseil vivement cette villa qui a une âme.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison pleine de charme. La literie est confortable, les salles de bains rénovées avec goût.
Le calme règne en maître, ce qui permet de se reposer après les nombreuses balades aux alentours.
Avec 2 petits, nous avons apprécié la piscine sécurisée, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas.
Les personnes qui gèrent la maison sont efficaces et discrètes. En bref, tout pour passer d’excellentes vacances.

Absolument merveilleux
Bonjour aux lecteurs,
Notre séjour dans cette villa a été formidable ; la description du site correspondait en tout point à celle qui nous a été transmise par Jocelyne Clémentine (la mandataire de Monsieur et Madame Pargoud) que je tiens à remercier pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité.
La maison est très accueillante, la literie confortable, les équipements parfaitement adaptés et es espaces extérieurs tout simplement fabuleux.
Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, l'eau était à 23 degrés tous les jours!
Simple petite suggestion aux propriétaires ; installer un un parasol adapté et "fixe" sur la terrasse de la piscine et envisager de changer le réfrigérateur.
Nous y retournons l'été prochain sans aucun doute.
Merci à Monsieur et Madame Pargoud, à Jocelyne, à Sandrine, à Maria et au jardinier dont le travail participe à la beauté du site.

Wir hatten eine hervorragende Zeit in der Villa, mit 6 Personen (4 Erw., 2 Kinder) ist das Haus perfekt eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für alle. Cleaning Service, Pool Boy und Gärtner kommen regelmäßig!
Die Lage ist super, fussläufig zum Zentrum und Strand, aber in ruhiger Gegend mit herrlichem Blick.
Praia da Luz ist wunderschön, wenn man es eher ruhig mag, besonders gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da der Strand angenehm flach und ungefährlich und der Ort überschaubar ist. Mietwagen sollte man allerdings für Ausflüge haben, auch wenn genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.

Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances à Lagos. La villa nous a beaucoup plus: coquette mais simple, pratique, propre, bien équipée, superbe vue, magasins, plages, nature à proximité. Les enfants étaient aussi enchantés et ont bien profité de la piscine. Nous avons eu du soleil ! Le contact avec les personnes chargées de l'accueil et du ménage était aussi chaleureux. Peut-être qu´on aura la possibilité et la chance de revenir au Portugal ! Les habitants, comme le paysage, nous ont plu ! Et nous voila de retour en Allemagne, bronzés avec un regret que les vacances soient passées.
