About this house rental

The house is wood and was built recently. The materials are noble and insulation is optimal. All in a Californian style.
It has all the necessary amenities and a heated pool avec'un lovely garden not overlooked. The view of the bay of Douarnenez is breathtaking. Due west! Incredible sunset.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room of 70m² with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker induction). There are also 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, laundry and storage room.
Upstairs the master bedroom with sea view terrace (beautiful), bathroom and dressing room.
Everything is for you to be at home.
TV, Wifi, Bluetooth Hifi system, library, fitness equipment, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, deck chairs, reading chairs, ...
Summer or winter you will feel warm with a beautiful wood burning stove / fireplace installed in the living room.
The house is ideally located in a dead end and calm. We hear the sea from the terrace. The neighborhood is a rare kindness and will always be ready to help you in case of problems.
A not even 4 km away, you will find everything you need for your shopping and purchases. super markets found there, bakeries, fish shops, hairdressers, Breton shops, banks, bars, restaurant, marina, etc. T
This part of Brittany is ideal for nature lovers and water sports. Everything is there to meet you ... It is everything!
Between hiking or coastal path, between sailing dinghy ride where simply or even sailing, between sea kayaking or padle will not cease to hesitate. You will always have the choice.
Many club for each of these activities are present and open to tourists. Whether courses or simply rentals.

A very nice and spaceous house with a beautiful view over the bay. We enjoyed it a lot. Although it has 12 beds (2+2+2+6), two double bed rooms share one of only two bathrooms so that the second bathroom is shared by (up to) 8 people. This may become tight. While the garden and pool area is very well maintained, the interior - albeit nice and modern - is slightly getting a used touch. But altogether, we would certainly come back!

Well equipped property with stunning views and a lovely heated pool. Had everything we needed and host was available to contact with any queries. Not many instructions but there wasn’t much needed - we had a lovely relaxing holiday with our 3 children, their grandparents and us

overall nice house, just a couple of things were not proberly installed (yet?): e.g. no television, table was not expandable (max.6 person only) and a couple of cupboards were still under construction

House was clean, kitchen well-equipped and the pool and garden were lovely. Less than a 10 min drive to town but in a quiet cul de sac with a beach 5 mins drive away. Owner was responsive and available if needed.
